The payments deposited directly to our account along with the fees for use are withdrawn automatically...all I have to do is enter these into my accounting system. Really like the security features to enable or disable by country. **What do you dislike about iATS Payments?** We have not had any issues or downtimes to report. I have had a download of a journal (I do this monthly) appear empty when I know for sure there were transactions for the month. Exiting and logging back in seems to clear the issue. Reports are easy. Back-end is user-friendly. The self-service features are good. Lot of options is great but don't always working well. Downloading the journals is easy. Multiple accounts is good. **What do you dislike about iATS Payments?** Customer service support to handle investigations is not consistent. Investigations often yield unclear/incomplete information. We cannot trust the info we are provided at face value - we have to check the info we are given. Not proactively providing info re: service updates, interruptions, etc. Something goes wrong - we have to dig in and then find out there was a system update or interruption. High-volume (6-8K transactions) of batches have issues - don't run smoothly - every month there is an issue. **What problems is iATS Payments solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use iATS to process recurring gifts but not working optimally which is causing us extra work. We rarely have an issue logging into the system so its uptime is very good. **What do you dislike about iATS Payments?** We've been trying to get an Aura form that is not so regimented to collect payment information securely for what seems like years since our payments are very unusual and vary quite a bit. I still don't have one and was told one would be ready in March 2021. Transaction downloads into SalesForce can be a little hit and miss and I'll see gaps in transaction histories where I know there aren't any. **Recommendations to others considering iATS Payments:** If you're looking for a payment system integrated with SalesForce, this works well. We've had issues in the past where someone on the backend alters their credit processing criteria and it negatively impacts our ability to process payments, but I don't know how much of that is under the control of IATS. If you're looking for any kind of custom solution from them, keep looking.
