**What do you like best about QuotaPath?**

As an Account Executive, what I like best about QuotaPath is the transparency it provides around commissions and performance. Instead of waiting until the end of the month or quarter to understand where I stand, I can see my earnings, quota attainment, and projected commissions in real time.

The platform makes it easy to understand how each deal impacts my compensation, which builds confidence and eliminates the need for manual calculations or back-and-forth with finance.

**What do you dislike about QuotaPath?**

While the platform does a great job providing visibility into commissions and quota attainment, there are times when I'd like more customization in dashboards and forecasting views to analyze performance from different angles.

**What problems is QuotaPath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QuotaPath solves one of the biggest challenges for sales teams: commission transparency and visibility into performance. Before using QuotaPath, it was often difficult to accurately track earnings, understand how individual deals impacted commissions, or know exactly where I stood against quota without relying on spreadsheets or waiting for finance updates.

**What do you like best about QuotaPath?**

The onboarding team was knowledgable and friendly. With a little customization, they were able to build our complex commission structure into their software with ease. I could not say enough great things about their customer service. It's amazing to interact with real people who are so passionate about the customer experience. Along with all this the pricing model is a no brainer. More features at less cost than our previous commission tool.

**What do you dislike about QuotaPath?**

The end user interface can be a bit complicated for our team but the Quotapath team has been so open to feedback and have even implemented some of our teams suggestions. One other issue is that the system can sometimes take a file to load. Though the team at Quotapath have already rolled out a few adjustments to improve this and continue to analyze ways to further do so.

**What problems is QuotaPath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Commissions can be a complex tool but their onboarding team and user-friendly plan build out tool has made our monthly commissions calculations that much smoother.

**What do you like best about QuotaPath?**

The platform was intuitive enough that I learned it during the trial and, within about 6 weeks (vs. the 3 months we'd budgeted), confidently built out our 2025 historicals plus 2026 plans. Reps especially love being able to see commission splits, multi-year kickers, bonuses, different plan components, and forecast their earnings before month close.

**What do you dislike about QuotaPath?**

There's a small learning curve any time we set up a new use case, but support has been excellent, typically a quick Loom video back from the team and we're unblocked the same day. That's been the single biggest difference from our last tool.

**What problems is QuotaPath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous tool required a technical expert to make any plan change, which meant hours of back-and-forth before anything could actually ship. QuotaPath lets us make plan adjustments ourselves, gives reps real visibility into the math behind every payout, and the period-locking feature lets us change current plans without breaking historical data.

**What do you like best about QuotaPath?**

The conveience of having your comp plan loaded into the platform and not having to run numbers on a napkin or some type of wonky excel sheet. 

If done right, this thing is such a time saver. It also allows you to forecast commission income for future quarters which is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about QuotaPath?**

I sometimes wish there were more granularity in some of the filters (e.g., being able to view commissions by month, quarter, or annually). It would also be really nice to be able to build out a custom dashboard tailored to what I want to see.

**What problems is QuotaPath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was an immediate impact. 

This allows the rep to truly own their number. You know exactly how much you're making and if there are any disputes, it is super simple to take up with the correct team. 

There is no more "maybe" this is what I should expect. Everything is laid out, as it should be.

**What do you like best about QuotaPath?**

I use QuotaPath for keeping track of my monthly and quarterly commission, and it keeps me up to date on where I am each month and how much more I have to attain in terms of opportunities. I like the ease of use and the daily granularity into what's happening in my daily activities has been a great help. This helps because I don't have to keep up with these numbers of attainment daily on my end, saving lots of time. The set up was very easy, and using SSO and Gmail made signing up and signing in very simple.

**What do you dislike about QuotaPath?**

Currently I haven't ran into anything that I do not like.

QuotaPath keeps me updated on my monthly progress, saving time by eliminating daily tracking. It's easy to use and offers daily granularity, helping me stay informed on my current attainment and what more I need to achieve.

It's not easy to adjust the timeframe you're viewing commissions for, but I understand they're working on that for future updates.

Before we started using Quotapath, our sales team was manually tracking commissions in spreadsheets. Since implementing Quotapath and its integration with HubSpot, we’ve saved a lot of time by automating commission tracking between the two systems. The team can now view their commissions in real time, which makes the whole process much smoother.

I really like how easy and functional QuotaPath is. It's great how it keeps me up to date with what my pay is going to be, which helps a lot with budgeting and scheduling my life. The insights into my compensation plan and attainment are really streamlined, giving me a much easier way to break down my compensation. It helps me understand my attainment from both an opportunity standpoint and from an ARR generation standpoint. The initial setup was very easy too.

It has never lagged or been inaccurate, which is incredibly helpful. 

When i first got onboarded, it was easy to understand and navigate. 

I would highly recommend using QuotaPath for their CRM integration. This saves us time by removing the manual work.

There is some parts of QuotaPath that seem a little too in depth for my company's usage.

QuotaPath solved the problem of tracking commissions individually and by management, where there were always discrepancies. It also solved the problem of not knowing what my earnings looked like for the Quarter until the Quarter was well over. 

QuotaPath is benefiting me by giving visibility into my earnings and attainment 24/7.

I like the simplicity of QuotaPath. It's quite straightforward and makes it easy to navigate the whole screen and find what I'm looking for. I also appreciate being able to have a clear overview of my commission plan, understanding how it's broken down, and what is needed to achieve my targets. It makes it very easy to access information on my commission plan, which is often complex, and understand the different factors that affect my commission and pay.

**What do you dislike about QuotaPath?**

I think the syncing would have to be improved. Sometimes when I get my commission, it ends up being less than what I'm expecting due to QuotaPath not being able to sync. I don't know if that's an internal problem, but it doesn't sync properly with our system or it doesn't necessarily show the right numbers sometimes.

I use QuotaPath to track my progress and understand my commission each month. It provides a clear view of my performance towards targets and helps me grasp how much commission I'll earn.

As an AE, I genuinely love using QuotaPath because it makes my attainment, payouts, and the entire commission process completely transparent. I can track my progress in real time and easily see detailed breakdowns of every deal, which removes all the guesswork. It’s hands down the best commission tracking software I’ve ever used, everything is clear, accurate, and accessible. Instead of stressing about what I’m owed or when I’ll be paid, I always have full visibility, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day peace of mind.

I like that QuotaPath allows the reps to see their commissions ahead of time, which improves visibility. It also allows users to review the commission rates to ensure they're accurate and instills more faith in the system, assuring us that we are doing commissions correctly.

The implementation took a while and involved some troubleshooting, with little details getting missed, causing delays. I wouldn't say the software is super intuitive, so it's on the less easy end of things.

I like how QuotaPath calculates it for me, saving me a lot of time. I also found the initial setup to be super easy, and despite a small issue with commission percentages at first, it's fixed now, and I love QuotaPath.

It's flexible, meaning it can support variety of comp plans regardless of complexity. The UI was easy to figure out and use, and the Support from Quota Path got us up and running quickly. It was super easy to integrate with our Hubspot instance.  We purchased on a Wednesday and calculated quarterly payments on that Friday

No complaints yet. It is a vast improvement to manually calculating comp at the end of each quarter

We've been using QP for two quarters now, and it has been a phenomenal experience. No more manual internal tracking of quota progress and commission payouts. I love how easy and accessible the QP interface is, especially being able to drill into specific deals and flag and report any potential discrepancies. QuotaPath has given our AM total peace of mind that all our hard work is being accurately tracked and rewarded accordingly!

**What do you like best about QuotaPath?**

Before QuotaPath, commissions lived in spreadsheets. I was manually calculating payouts, fielding questions, and double-checking everything every payroll cycle. It wasn’t scalable, especially as our team grew from 4 to 20+ reps. QuotaPath automated all of that. It’s easy to use and actually works the way it should. The UI is intuitive, the Salesforce integration is clean, and the visibility for reps is great. Also, support has been consistent. I’ve worked with the same CSM since day one.

**What do you dislike about QuotaPath?**

No major issues. Just a reminder that the simpler your comp plan is, the easier it is to set up and maintain … whether you’re using QuotaPath or anything else. Keep it clean.

QuotaPath has really reduced the time it takes to both calculate variable compensation owed to team members, and it reduces the time required to process the compensation within our payroll system compared to the manual spreadsheet process we had been running previously

**What do you like best about QuotaPath?**

I use QuotaPath to track my commission, and it solves the calculation and forecasting problems for me. I like that it is easy to use and navigate, thanks to its clean interface and explanation of calculations. Previously, I would lose a lot of time calculating with a spreadsheet, but QuotaPath's integration with Salesforce takes away a lot of the manual effort.

I wish it could be more agentic using NLP to find results.

I use QuotaPath to check my commission payment for the month as I close deals. Not having to crunch the numbers myself on what I'm going to be paid in commissions is really nice. I can forecast opportunities that aren't even closed yet and see what they would be worth from a commission standpoint. Being able to view my comp plan very quickly on a whim is great. Also being able to input current deals that I'm working on to see their commission payout is lovely. It's very motivational to see what I'm going to get paid for deals. It pushes me to close more. Setting up my account was damn near instantaneous. As a rep, I don't remember having to do anything to set it up. Just needed to sign my comp plan and I was good to go.

**What do you dislike about QuotaPath?**

Maybe once in a while a certain deal in my pipe doesn't show up. Not sure if that's a QuotaPath issue or something in my company's Salesforce issue.

One specific issue: when I switch tabs between Earnings, Approvals, or Payouts, it doesn’t stay on the same user selection. For example, if I select User 5 on Approvals and then click over to Earnings, it defaults back to User 1, so I have to reselect the user each time.

The platform is very user-friendly—once you understand how to map your deals, managing them becomes incredibly straightforward. Integration with Hubspot is also seamless; it's so simple that even someone from finance can set it up and handle everything without needing IT support. The tracking capabilities are excellent, as the entire deal history is consolidated in one place, which is especially helpful if there are multiple payouts over time. When we encountered an issue of our own making that required immediate attention, customer support was extremely responsive through chat and even offered to jump on a call. Each interaction with customer service included a concise 3-5 minute video explaining the issue and possible solutions, which made it very easy for me to follow the troubleshooting steps.

**What do you dislike about QuotaPath?**

Reporting capabilities are still immature. While I can see the improvements over time, it does need some work.

**What problems is QuotaPath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, the finance team spent around 80 hours each quarter manually tracking multiple spreadsheets for all sales staff. This process was prone to errors, which could overpayments or underpayments to our representatives. We always want to reduce any risks to employee compensation. Additionally, the team had to dedicate several hours to manually reviewing, understanding, questioning, and resolving outstanding issues. Our sales reps also spent hours going through their own spreadsheets. Altogether, more than 100 hours per quarter were lost to inefficient tracking. Now, we've automated our data sources through our CRM and ERP systems, as well as the calculations and outputs. Our focus has shifted to ensuring the accuracy of data transfers, which allows us to trust the results.

If any of your sales reps have long-term compensation tied to their commission package, Quotapath will save you immense amounts of time.
