There are different commands for different types of applications such as desktop and web applications. the excel automation commands provide very quick and accurate processing of the excel, we can even use excel as the database to fetch the data. The best thing is to create the variables while creating bot in A360 **What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?** There are certain minor limitations, as I see sometimes even community and licensed version stops and keep on loading as Deploying Bot. From my end, I feel this has to be fixed IN AA360 or A2019. **Recommendations to others considering Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation:** I would highly recommend Automation Anywhere to other users due to its features, ease of use ,less coding experience and many useful commands and build in functionalities. the metabot and IQ Bots are the added very good advantage to make the process automation get completed with ease. I like the combination of simplicity and intelligence which has been provided by AA. Features like metabot and IQ bot make it best in the market. Most importantly AA keep their tool and its users up-to-date with latest technologies and improvements. AA provides the way to automate processes offline with Metabot, which none of the other tool provides. IQ bot works as Smart OCR, which is truly amazing and works perfect for invoice processing. **What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?** Thing I don’t like about AA is multiple times developer has to rely on writing external vb script. E.g. AA does not provide method to interact with date operation. There should be options to remove/add commands as per requirement from central repository. Credential lockers are very beneficial to restrict unauthorised access of credentials by another group of people in same organisation. This way you will be saving your cost on heavy infrastructure to deploy these components on-premise. - Start with a starter pack and gradually as you keep adding more bots to your production and grow your RPA you can keep scaling your licenses up. - Begin with automating low hanging fruits first to build the confidence of your organization in RPA and then go with complex processes once RPA Automation Anywhere is established as a solution. **What problems is Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?** - We are using Automation Anywhere for helping out our customers gain more ROI(Return on Investment), Save manual hours and have mission-critical processes completed within lesser time. - There are a few business processes that are to be performed on year-end or month-end and during holidays where Business users had to cancel their leave/vacation plans. RPA Automation Anywhere helps automate such processes as well and provides relief to the BU's. - The Automation Anywhere RPA is helping automate processes that require to be run every hour (like Invoice Posting) which eats up a lot of users' time and requires dedicated FTE.
