**What do you like best about RentalMan ERP?**

How quickly you can navigate through everything with keystrokes instead of having to click icons and then type.

**What do you dislike about RentalMan ERP?**

If you accidentally back out/exit of whatever you were doing there's no way to retrieve it or go back into it, it's gone.

**What problems is RentalMan ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You can quickly enter in orders to keep the ball rolling and take care of more customers in a shorter amount of time.

**What do you like best about RentalMan ERP?**

The fact that the accounting and rental side of the system can be somewhat in the same interface.

**What do you dislike about RentalMan ERP?**

How often technical issues arise and how long tickets take to be resolved

**What problems is RentalMan ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to be able to help customers and enter payments on the accounts receivables side, without needing two different systems.
