What do you like best about monday Work Management?

I like being able to load up the 'my work' section and seeing all tasks that I have assigned to me regardless of what project that they are in. I can also choose the columns and order that works best for me in that overall view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday Work Management?

When building automations, the date setting options for items are not intuitive. e.g. wanting to setup regular occurring task where the due date is 4 days from the creation date. There is no option for +4 days. If you pick a date, it's a fixed date. If you try to setup a recurring task for every other Friday, there is nothing in the UI to choose the start date, so upon creating it, it's not clear if it will start the next Friday or 2 Fridays from the date you make it. I've found some workarounds by making 'groups' that when tasks are moved to it, it will set a date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform’s ease of use allows me to organize tasks and projects efficiently, while also being visually appealing. The consolidation of information is not only a great advantage, but it also enables you to create documents, workflows, gain full visibility of board elements, and access information clearly through graphs. I think the limited interaction between boards is a drawback, and sometimes board loading can be very slow. For very complex boards, you usually have to split the information across multiple boards, but there isn’t really a way to consolidate everything objectively into a single one. What do you like best about monday Work Management?

It was very easy to get started and explore the many different features. I really like the automations, which help eliminate mundane tasks and make day-to-day work feel a lot smoother. It was very easy to implement into our daily ordering requirements. Since switching to Monday we use it everyday for tracking orders and it was very easy to integrate with our existing processes and if we needed any help their customer service was there to help. What do you like best about monday Work Management?

I really like how easy and intuitive the user interface of monday Work Management is to work with. Anyone learning it can quickly get the hang of it without any issues, unlike our previous experience with other products, such as Asana, where the interface was confusing. I also appreciated how seamless and fluid the setup was, especially compared to our attempts with Asana. The importing process from our Excel databases was very understandable and easy to set up. I wish there was a way within monday Work Management to have editable files. You know, you could upload a DOC, and it turns it into a document that can be a working document, where we can have information and procedures and the edit way that's easier than the current format. What do you dislike about monday Work Management?

The downside is that work management requires a minimum of three paid users, and if you want the security features you have to be on the Enterprise plan with five users. This is unfortunate for small teams, since they don’t need five seats. It would be great if monday offered a small business plan. Monday.com can feel overwhelming at first. But that is expected, to be honest. There are so many features and boards that figuring out the best setup takes time. Some advanced automations require higher tier plans, which can get pricey. Switching templates or reorganizing boards after they are set up is not always smooth and can be frustrating. For small teams or solo users, the interface can feel more complex than necessary. What do you like best about monday Work Management?

What I like most about monday Work Management is how easy it makes it to see the work at a glance. I can open a board and, within a few seconds, understand what’s in progress, what’s waiting on the client, and what’s late. The status labels, owners, and due dates are very clear, so there’s less guessing and fewer “who has this?” messages in Slack or email.

I also appreciate how visual and flexible it is. We use it for creative and marketing projects, but the same tool works just as well for production, planning, and even small internal tasks. What do you dislike about monday Work Management?

What I dislike about monday Work Management is that I sometimes feel limited by the automations. For certain boards or specific request types, I’d really like to create more custom rules and logic—for example: “if this field has X value and the client is Y, move it here and notify this person.”

What do you like best about monday Work Management?

I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. I use monday Work Management to keep track of routine clinic work that is easy to forget during busy hours. For example, I note follow-ups after consultations, small admin work, and content tasks for the week. This helps me not miss things when patients are coming in one after another.

It was easy to start using. I created a small board and added my daily work without any setup. Updating status and due dates is quick, so I can see what is pending and what I have already finished. This is useful when I have many small tasks in a day.

I open it a few times a week, and sometimes daily when work is heavy. The basic features like task list, notes, and priority are enough for me. I don’t use advanced features, but for simple clinic planning this works well.

When I needed to understand a small option, the in-app help was enough. It also fits into my routine because I plan work here and then do the actual calls, messages, or content work in my usual tools. This keeps my day more organized without making things complicated. What do you dislike about monday Work Management?

Sometimes the page takes a little time to load on slow internet, especially when many items are on the board. I also noticed that adding notes from the phone app is not as smooth as on desktop, so I prefer using it on the computer for updates.
