What do you like best about monday Work Management?

Monday.com provides visual dashboards that provide a clear overview of tasks, deadlines, and progress, ensuring everyone stays aligned. I can easily check on progress on a project without having to wait for an update from the Project Manager. I can quickly view our accounts payable, pull up invoices and problem solve with our customers, again without having to wait for input from acccounting. What do you dislike about monday Work Management?

I do not have any real dislikes about Monday.com. Perhaps the only downside is there is a bit of a learning curve to set up project workflows. It is not 100% intuitive but to be fair the learning curve on other platforms is equal or a higher bar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about monday Work Management?

Its very easy and intuitive to setup a new board for things as simple as a todo list for an individual or team, to as complicated as a full-fledge ECR tracking system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday Work Management?

Its very expensive, and they hide some features that I really think should be included in the Pro plan behind the Enterprise paywall, which is nearly double the price of Pro plans.

Performance can be an issue sometimes, and they lock this behind paywall as well. If you want any help with technical issues or performance issues, the sales team tends to just push you toward Enterprise with promises that it will fix everything but very little proof or evidence. What do you like best about monday Work Management?

I find monday Work Management really useful for tracking agent performance, including how often tasks are addressed or escalated. It helps us know how team members are performing, whether they are doing well or if they're close to termination. We also keep track of login data, including credentials, start dates, and termination dates, literally housing our entire workstation data. We use it to manage everything about agents, making it an essential tool for us. Setting up boards, items, and sub-items is pretty easy, and despite the initial workload of transitioning to a unified platform, monday Work Management simplifies this process, making it manageable. What do you dislike about monday Work Management?

Sometimes when I try to send an email with a link to post into monday Work Management, it just never posts. So, I have to copy and paste the email into Monday or grab a screenshot to have the time stamp. But that's the only real issue I can think of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about monday Work Management is how it centralizes information and improves execution across teams.

In complex environments like real estate development, there are many moving pieces—construction progress, financing, leasing, and compliance. monday allows us to track all these workflows in one place, which reduces miscommunication and helps prioritize tasks more effectively.

I also appreciate the ability to create customized dashboards for different stakeholders. For example, management can focus on high-level KPIs, while operational teams track detailed tasks. What do you dislike about monday Work Management?

One limitation I’ve noticed with monday.com Work Management is that while it’s very flexible, it can sometimes become overly complex as workflows scale.

As more boards, automations, and integrations are added, it can be challenging to maintain consistency and clarity across teams. Without strong governance or standardized structures, different teams may end up using the platform in very different ways.

What do you dislike about monday Work Management?

I think there are still some kinks to work out, specifically with the AI recommendations. I asked it to provide a simple formula to auto-move things into a specific group, based on a column change of a formula, and AI recommended a specific automation, and when I went to add that automation, I keep getting an error message. Integrations are probably the main area where I’d recommend some improvement. Our company uses Monday as a job life cycle tracking system, and it would be really helpful if it integrated with our CRM, Ring Central, and Outlook calendars. What do you like best about monday Work Management?

Having the possibility of tracking tasks, projects and pending stuff we need to keep track of in our company.

UI is very user-friendly and anybody can jump in and learn the essentials in a short amount of time, saving adoption times during onboarding process for all new users.

AI helper can make some mistakes but I believe it's still coniderably dependable and helped me a lot for specific migration tasks between workspaces.

Performance is top-notch, any decent internet connection will work with the solution.

I have not tried the integrations yet, but I did browse a bit, they seem very well-thought-out and easy to set up, I will most likely start using the Gmail ones to make sure emails can be converted into tasks for easier tracking.

Pricing is one of the best in the market, I tell this both as a former seller for Monday and a current user, it's simply that good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

AI helper needs a bit more work on, I had to write very specific prompts for him to actually get a full scope.

Overall, my experience with monday.com has been highly positive and transformative for our workflow. The UI/UX is exceptionally intuitive, which significantly streamlined our Onboarding process for both technical and field teams.

From a strategic perspective, the platform delivers a strong ROI; its Performance remains stable even under the heavy data load of a large-scale rollout. We have also started leveraging AI / Intelligence features to summarize updates and predict project bottlenecks, which adds a layer of proactive management.

The seamless Integrations with our existing tech stack have turned the platform into our centralized 'single source of truth.' Combined with highly responsive Support, the platform has allowed us to manage complex phases with greater precision and minimal administrative overhead, justifying the Pricing through clear operational efficiency. As the project scales, managing navigation and dependencies across multiple boards and workspaces can become slightly cluttered. While the 'Search Everything' tool is useful, a more streamlined way to visualize and manage cross-board dependencies would be a significant improvement.
