 Hi G2 experts! I want to start a discussion with this voip solutions community. Can someone tell me the best cloud-based VoIP solution for remote work? Looking at the different solutions on G2’s category page, I’ve narrowed my top software picks to: Nextiva, Zoom Phone, and Webex Calling. My full software list based on G2 reviews is below:  1. Nextiva  Known for its unified communication suite that packs voice, SMS, video, and team collaboration into a single cloud interface, which is perfect for distributed teams needing everything in one place. How well do Nextiva’s mobile and desktop apps stay in sync when wifi gets spotty or team members switch between devices?  2. Zoom Phone  Recognized for bringing AI‑powered voice into the familiar Zoom ecosystem, offering seamless transitions from video meetings to complete VoIP calling with smart meeting summaries. I’m curious if Zoom Phone’s AI assistant can automatically join and log insights from ongoing team huddles or meeting calls?  3. Webex Calling  Known for enterprise-grade cloud calling wrapped in Cisco's secure Webex platform, giving remote teams reliable, scalable voice with top-notch security. Can Webex Calling support hybrid routing or offline voicemail delivery when users are off the grid?  4. OpenPhone  Best known as a lightweight, shared‑inbox phone system with a built‑in CRM, ideal for remote startups wanting flexibility and team collaboration without bloated features. Does OpenPhone support scheduled group voicemail digests or message tagging for async follow‑ups?  5. Can someone tell me how well Dialpad handles multilingual call transcription or real-time coaching across remote time zones?  6. JustCall  Trending fast among remote-friendly teams, JustCall is known for CRM integrations and simple multi‑line management in the cloud, making it quick to spin up and useful for lean, distributed sales/support teams. Does JustCall support smart routing rules like send messages to Slack or SMS after hours, or timezone‑aware forwarding?
