What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

Salesforce's sales cloud is one of the best bacause of its end to end sales cycle which is highlly custamizable and user frienddly. There are several things such as the standard objects and the previlage to create custom objects and other things as per the business requirements. What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The one thing which I dislike about salesforce sales cloud is that the lightning UI is is sometimes takes too much time to get loaded. For example, If I make any kind of changes in the page layout or in flexi page (lightning record page) it takes too much time to get reflected which is a headache for me as a developer. What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

Sales Cloud offers an excellent sales model that is especially easy for newcomers to grasp. One of its standout features is the lead conversion process, which I find particularly effective. During the sales cycle, when it's time to handle contracts, it's possible to integrate DocuSign, making the process smoother. After integrating DocuSign, the approval process allows documents to be signed according to the role hierarchy, which adds a layer of security and organization. Additionally, the lead scoring functionality helps determine the likelihood of converting a lead, which is very useful. What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

Salesforce offers a highly capable service cloud agent, but I believe there is still room for improvement in the sales agent. When I tried to schedule a meeting for a client using the sales agent, the meeting was not successfully set up. What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The best part about sales cloud is the end to end journey of a lead, I can see the business is getting the lead and the entire journey of the lead is something that gives a lot of insight - where to put in more efforts to convert the lead and where the process is going smooth.

We had a requirement in which we had to enable the Person Account. But the limitation of Sales Cloud or we can say it is a Salesforce limitation that once the Person Account is enabled, we cannot disable it. There is one issue I found when we are change the account record to person account record then the system will change the created date of linked contact. What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I gotta be honest, one of the toughest parts about Salesforce Sales Cloud is dealing with how complex it can get. The sheer volume of features means that while the frequency of use is high, you sometimes feel like you’re only scratching the surface.

The initial ease of implementation can be deceptive, as customizing it to fit niche business processes often requires specialized, and sometimes expensive, expertise. The core system might be straightforward, but the advanced setup has a steep learning curve.

Regarding customer support, while generally helpful, navigating the different tiers and getting quick resolution for complex, specific issues can sometimes feel cumbersome. It’s not always as instant as you’d hope.
