Horrible service! Over promised and under delivered on all the services he said he would provide. The software is outdated, I've been with them for months and the system wouldn't even take a payment correctly. This software is a joke. **Recommendations to others considering Rent Centric:** Stay away Michael is a liar, I know 3 other people who've had nightmares working with this company **What problems is Rent Centric solving and how is that benefiting you?** Absolutely none, they are supposed to be a car rental software to help people franchise and it's not, they claim to be in business with major brands like Avis, budget etc. That is a lie, this is a mom and pop operation where the owners answer the phone and don't know anything about the development of the software. I've had to put in several support tickets with issues not being resolved almost daily. I've been on the phone with them for hours and they're answer to everything is I have to send it to someone else. They just made this crap and charged me upwards of $3,000 for something I could have probably paid someone in India to develop myself and I would have probably had better results. ### 2. We had specific deadlines to meet for our integrations and our whole project is delayed because of their lack of resources. I would recommend them only for a simple solution whereas our platform is very multi facetedd and beyond their scope. **Recommendations to others considering Rent Centric:** I would only recommend them for their simpler services.
