## About Attention
Attention is an AI-native revenue orchestration platform designed to transform sales conversations into actions that drive deal closures — in real time, across your entire sales org. The platform integrates seamlessly with Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, as well as your CRM and email providers, to automatically capture every call and point of context so that no insight is ever lost. By transforming verbal interactions into structured, actionable data, Attention empowers sales teams to make smarter decisions and move faster at every stage of the revenue cycle. The platform serves sales representatives, team leaders, and revenue organizations looking to eliminate manual work, improve performance, and forecast with confidence. Its feature set spans call recording, CRM management, pipeline intelligence, coaching, and forecasting — covering the full revenue workflow in a single platform. Key features and capabilities include: CRM Autopopulation — Uses custom prompts to extract structured findings from every conversation and fill any CRM field the moment a call ends, maintaining a living, present-value record that updates continuously as new context emerges. Every field change is fully auditable, with a complete history of which conversations drove each update. Super Agent — Allows users to query a specific deal, account, or their entire recorded sales history in plain language and receive a structured, evidence-backed answer in seconds, without manually searching recordings or relying on incomplete notes. Scoring & Scorecards — Fully flexible scorecards built on custom prompts, with AI that automatically applies the right scorecard to the right call based on methodology and playbooks — making it straightforward to evaluate new initiatives and track rep development over time. Coaching — Surfaces where each rep excels and where they need development, with evidence drawn directly from call transcripts rather than manager observation alone. Forecasting — Grounds pipeline projections in what is actually being said in the field, with AI assigning forecast categories according to defined playbooks rather than relying on rep self-reporting. Attention also includes follow-up automation through a library of Revenue Agents, allowing teams to select pre-built automations or create custom ones using natural language. Generalized Insights synthesizes patterns across hundreds of conversations to surface organizational intelligence on demand. Together, these capabilities give revenue teams a more accurate, complete view of their pipeline and a systematic way to improve performance at every level of the organization.

## Attention Reviews
 ### 1. Genuinely saves the team hours every week

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joaquin R. | TechOps Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Attention?**

Honestly, it’s the workflows. Once you set them up properly, everything just runs in the background and you almost forget it’s there, which is basically the dream for an ops tool. CRM fields get filled in automatically, follow-ups get drafted, and nothing falls through the cracks.
Support's also been solid whenever I've needed to dig into something more custom.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

Not much, honestly. Setting up workflows can be a bit fiddly when you’re trying to do something more complex. It would also be nice to have a bit more flexibility on the templating side of things.

Nothing deal-breaking, though.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CRM hygiene and automation have improved a lot. Now everything happens automatically off the back of our calls, so the data stays clean and is actually usable for forecasting and reporting.
People were spending way too much of their day on admin.

**Official Response from Harry Abram:**

> Joaquin -- than you so much for taking the time to leave a review, so happy to hear we're saving you time and effort. Re workflows, feedback taken! We just shipped some improvements to the product a week ago so hopefully it's improving, and plz feel free to reach out to the FDE team for help if you haven't already!

 ### 2. Instant, Insightful Call Summaries That Capture Strengths, Weaknesses, and Key Meeting Highlights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elad F. | Senior Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Attention?**

It captures many key aspects of the call and creates a strong summary of both strengths and weaknesses. It also clearly recaps the areas we covered in the meeting, including highlights from my demo as well as the prospect’s pain points and the solutions they’re looking for.
Also, the summary is being provided in an instant which helps sending a recap email to prospects very fast.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

Sometimes it doesn’t capture the names of people and companies very well, and it can take a long time for the recording to come through.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It captures many of the key aspects of the call and produces a strong summary of both the strengths and the weaknesses. It also clearly recaps the areas we covered in the meeting, including highlights from my demo, the prospect’s pain points, and the solutions they’re looking for.

On top of that, the summary is provided instantly, which makes it much easier to send a recap email to prospects quickly.

 ### 3. Supercharges Call Management & Saves Hours

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barbara A. | Sales Development Coordinator , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Attention?**

I love querying the super agent in Attention to get a bigger picture, find patterns, and iterate quickly. The ability to ask about all calls with a specific account, get insights from all calls at a specific deal stage, or check the top 3 most frequent questions prospects ask during demos is super useful. Having the super agent available on Slack makes it easy to use on the go on between calls. Asking for a list of all my action items after a day of back-to-back meetings has been a lifesaver.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

It would be great to be able to always see all call participants, and not just the person talking. When demo'ing, it's easy to miss small body language and micro-expressions that I could pick up when reviewing calls if the recording kept the display I have in my meeting room.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attention saves me from spending 4+ hours everyday reviewing calls, updating CRM notes and keeping track of action items. I love querying the super agent for big picture insights and to prep for meetings

**Official Response from Harry Abram:**

> Barbara, thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review! I'm so glad the product and super agent in particular streamline your day to day.

 ### 4. Insightful Tool with Setup Challenges

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Max P. | Director of Marketing & Communications, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Attention?**

I love the notes that Attention provides. I love the insight it gives us into the calls, helping management get a good look into what kind of calls and the quality of calls that the sales and account management team members are receiving and providing. It really helps me understand both what is being said to them and what they are saying back to prospects or partners. I really love the data that Attention spits back and how it helps us make informed decisions on where to go next.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

I know we had some issues in getting onboarded a little bit. It required a little bit of setup and we have to purchase another service called Aircall to really enable things. There have been some times where notes weren't properly logged or we had some issues in the setups. The initial setup was a bit of a challenge because we lost our guy who was doing our implementation early on, and we were given another person who wasn't really part of the sales process and therefore maybe didn't know us and what we were intending to use Attention for right off the bat.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attention to track calls, identify friction points, and successful talk tracks, which helps in making informed decisions in operations, marketing, and sales.

**Official Response from Harry Abram:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave a review Max!
I'm not personally familiar with your use case but sounds like you're using us primarily for intelligence around outbound calling, so the aircall (or any other dialer) integration makes sense given we don't have the dialer itself built in, but I am very sorry if that came as a surprise. Here's to making this a 5 star experience from here on out!

 ### 5. Your Daily AI Tool for Data Based Insights, Direct from Customers' Words

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer R. | RevOps Manager/BD Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Attention?**

Attention is probably the most useful add on to our core tech stack I've purchased. Outside of our critical systems, it provides daily value and insights for our sales and leadership.

It's automated enough to make it extremely convenient while balancing manual intervention to allow us to tailor it to our specific requirements. The summaries are accurate, the quality is great, and the new feature development is actually productive.

The team at Attention is highly responsive and helpful, I never have to wait long to engage with them. Responses are friendly, professional, and nearly always resolve our requests. Integrations work beautifully.

System setup is very easy, as is ongoing admin maintenance. Any more complicated features are supported by an SE to make sure it's done right, and quickly.

Additionally, their contract terms are excellent. They are confident in their product so they don't lock you in, and they size the contract to meet your business needs on a monthly basis.

Overall I am a huge advocate of the software and 100% would buy again.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

There are minor issues with it disconnecting from calendars (easy to fix) and I would like more proactive communication on new feature releases - those are exciting and I want to engage with them right away.

Not many downsides.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to get real visibility into our sales pipeline and gain voice of customer insights for all GTM departments. Attention's AI easily combs through our conversations to provide exactly that in an easy to use format. It also allows us to score our sales reps and helps us improve their performance with data rather than bias opinions.

**Official Response from Harry Abram:**

> Jennifer, you are a dream :)

This genuinely made our whole team's day. Everything you described, the daily value, the integrations, the support experience, is exactly what we're building toward so it means a lot to hear it's landing that way.

Sorry to be responding late!

 ### 6. Elevated Selling Experience with Minor Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** London W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Attention?**

I love not having to update Salesforce anymore since Attention automatically updates it after every call, which saves me a lot of time. My team can program the details they want from calls to be captured, so my manager gets what they need, and my pipeline stays updated. I really like being able to pull transcripts or call clips or insights from calls which helps me better understand them, saving me a ton of time. Attention also writes my emails for me when integrated with Gmail, and it's super helpful to set up email templates and have those emails automatically created.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

Attention can be kind of slow. Sometimes it takes a while to pull an insight or get an answer back from Super Agent. Sometimes the scorecards might be a little bit off or sometimes there's context maybe that isn't pulled, but I also understand that that comes back to how it was set up by my team.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attention to self-coach by evaluating my calls with scorecards. It helps me gain insights, plan deals, identify pipeline patterns, and keep my sales pipeline updated automatically in Salesforce. It also saves me time by pulling call transcripts and insights.

 ### 7. Tailored Call Insights, Seamless HubSpot Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daylon R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Attention?**

I love using Attention for call recording, meeting notes, AI insights on calls, and call scoring. It's extremely helpful when looking back at summaries of calls and getting insights about what went well. It really helps me understand what went well in my calls and what to focus on next. I like how it syncs pretty well with our CRM, HubSpot, as it makes writing and sending demo summaries really quick. We switched from Gong to Attention because it's a lot more customizable and fits our needs better.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

Sometimes it won't be working 100%, might be a delay until the call recording and insights are ready, that's the only issue I have is when it's not working as it normally does.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attention helps me understand call performance and focus on improvements. It gives a quick snapshot of call details and next steps. Syncs with HubSpot to simplify demo summary creation, saving time.

**Official Response from Harry Abram:**

> Thanks for this, Daylon!

Really glad the customization is landing, that's one key reason that teams make the switch from other, more rigid platforms. More control over scoring, summaries, and CRM sync without being locked into a one-size-fits-all setup.

On the occasional delay from call recording to insights, noted -- and we apologize for the friction. While we beat out competitors on this angle by multiples, we're always looking to get faster to provide the best possible experience.

Appreciate you taking the time to leave a review!

Harry

 ### 8. Revolutionized Sales Conversations with Impressive Note-Taking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zak F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Attention?**

I really appreciate Attention for making it easy to keep track of everything that's been said by prospects. It allows me to look back when I need to recall details from conversations, which is especially helpful during high volumes of sales calls. I find it great that I can differentiate between every prospect and see information in an organized way. My favorite part is the super agent feature, which lets me ask questions across the team's sales calls, not just my own. This helps me pull information super easily if I'm curious about an opportunity or a prospect I haven't worked with before.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

I don't know if I'd call it a 'could be improved' type of deal, but in terms of errors when it comes to importing to our CRM system, I don't know if that's just a CRM integration issue. You kind of have to read this full extensive code to figure out what's going on, which is fine if you have a technical background. But for the average user, not knowing where the error came from is impossible to find if you've never written any type of code before.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attention makes it easy to keep track of everything said by prospects, allowing me to recall conversations and manage high volumes of sales calls efficiently in an organized fashion.

 ### 9. Attention turns every call into coaching and deal momentum

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucas T. | Enterprise Sales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Attention?**

Attention is part of my daily workflow. It pulls real deal intelligence from calls, highlights the exact moments that move opportunities forward, and turns 1:1s into repeatable coaching with scorecards I can track over time. The automatic CRM capture is a huge win, pain points, decision criteria, competitive intel, and next steps get logged without me typing notes. Also, the team support has been excellent, Matthias in particular has been a great partner and always helps us get more value out of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

Occasionally the AI needs a little tuning to match how we talk internally, and there are times I still do a quick pass to tighten up phrasing or tag the right takeaway. I’d also love even more flexibility in how scorecards and fields are customized for very specific workflows, but overall it’s a small tradeoff for the time it saves.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves three big problems for me, missed deal signals, inconsistent coaching follow through, and time wasted on admin. Attention captures what matters from every call, makes coaching measurable with consistent scoring, and keeps the CRM updated automatically. Net impact, I spend less time on notes and data entry, and more time coaching, progressing deals, and improving how we sell.

 ### 10. Revolutionized Our Sales Decision-Making with Seamless Customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Spencer M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Attention?**

I like that Attention is very simple and easy to use and quite customizable. With Attention, I can customize every aspect of how it grades our conversations and select the data and metrics I want to pull. I can ask it questions and it pulls information from all of our sales call transcripts to capture specific data. We also love that we can program it to coach our sales reps on each conversation, not just the ones our sales team leads review, and that we can tailor the coaching to specifically what we're looking for, not just a template. The integration with tools like our CRM, HubSpot, and Slack is also great, as it helps us receive summaries and flags important deals, making our team more proactive. I was impressed with the hands-on support from Attention's team during our initial setup, which made the experience smooth and engaging.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

I think since this is a smaller company, they're working out a lot of bugs and a lot of kinks, specifically in regards to the AI agent side of things. There are some bugs and kinks being worked out.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attention helps us extract valuable data from sales calls to make better business decisions, identifying objections and trends. It saves our sales reps time by automatically capturing and analyzing conversation data that they can't manually log in CRM.

**Official Response from Harry Abram:**

> Thank you Spencer! The ability to coach every conversation automatically, not just the ones a manager happens to review, is one of the things we're most proud of. As Joseph B mentioned in another review, the best reps are always looking to improve, and auto scoring means that manager review is a bottleneck of the past for reps who want to know what they can do better. Really glad the customization is landing too.

On the bugs, fair and appreciated. Hypergrowth has a way of surfacing edge cases fast, but that also means we're fixing them just as quickly!

 ### 11. Automated Note-Taking, Time-Saving Marvel

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Attention?**

I've used other AI platforms to get summaries for calls, and I'd say Attention is probably the most accurate. It provides the most detail I've ever seen on a sales call summary, which I really appreciate. Another aspect I really like is the way the automations are set up, allowing me to update my CRM with just one click instead of manually opening my CRM and making edits. These features are giant time savers, probably saving me about two hours a day on admin work that I can now automate.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

Sometimes there are challenges where sending over to my CRM bugs out and that causes problems. I wish I could customize maybe some more of the insight prompts within the platform. Sometimes it does take a little bit to load when I give it a prompt to get insights on a call.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attention automates my note-taking for deals, sparing me from manually taking down notes or creating transcripts. It integrates seamlessly with CRM for quick updates, saving me about two hours a day of admin work and providing accurate and detailed call summaries.

**Official Response from Harry Abram:**

> Thanks for this, Joe! Two hours a day back is huge — that's exactly what we're going for. A quarter of your day back to ply your craft in closing more deals. Really glad the accuracy and detail on summaries is standing out, we've put a lot of work into that. In this day and age, it's table stakes.

 ### 12. Phenomenal Coaching Tool with Superb Usability

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Attention?**

I really appreciate the ease of use, which is phenomenal. The super agent feature is amazing as it brings everything together and makes it a breeze to find insights and information I'm looking for. It's also helpful for pulling insights not only from my team but across the board. When I'm coaching someone, I can easily find specific examples from live demo calls to share with them. I can ask super agent about a specific competitor objection, and it pulls snippets and timestamps for example calls. This feature saves me hours and hours of manually combing through calls.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

There are times where there are some bugs or it's slow to load, but nothing abnormal from other software.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attention to save time monitoring my team's progress and preparing for call coaching sessions. The super agent feature is great for pulling insights from calls quickly, saving hours of manual work.

**Official Response from Harry Abram:**

> Thanks for this, Sam!

The coaching use case you described is one of our favorites — being able to ask Super Agent for real examples of a specific objection and instantly get timestamped snippets helps a lot of our customers cut down ramp time dramatically for new hires (and nip AE mistakes in the bud before they spread to the org.)

Side note for anyone reading — our scorecards are fully customizable and AI picks the right one per call type automatically independent of deal stage. Discovery, demo, renewal even custom rubrics users role out for things like new product launches!

 ### 13. Time-Saving Call Recap Tool with Minor Spelling Issues

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marc M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Attention?**

I really like using Attention for call recaps and summaries which save me a lot of time in my day-to-day job. It's amazing because it also allows me to quickly send follow-up emails and find key insights from call transcripts for follow-up items. I appreciate that Attention provides a thorough and great experience that I can use to give my customers a good experience. I also have assurance that it will flag any major issues or technical matters I need to look into for my clients. My company uses it, and I'm really glad it does because it's an awesome tool.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

The main thing for me is it often misspells common phrases or systems that I use every day. An example is Acculynx, which is always spelled Accu Links or some version that is not correct. So I usually have to do a good amount of manual editing on spell check.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attention for call recaps, summaries, and quick follow-up emails. It lets me handle many meetings by ensuring thorough email recaps and flags any major issues or technical matters I need to address.

**Official Response from Harry Abram:**

> Thanks for the glowing review, Marc!

Really glad the summaries and follow-up automation are saving you time, that's hours back to close more deals.

On the misspellings, totally fair, industry-specific terms and product names are an edge case but i certainly understand the annoyance.
It may solve your issue to drop these terms and spellings in the organization agent context!

 ### 14. Efficient Demo Summaries, Needs Sync Improvements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathaniel T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Attention?**

I really like Attention's automatic demo summaries because it saves me from wasting time and allows me to focus on selling. The insights and summaries are also great, especially when I need to go back and look at some information I might have forgotten.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

There was a couple of weeks where Attention was really bad, with it just not working and the delay between calls. So just consistency with the upkeep and uptime of it. Also, the syncing speed can be an issue. Sometimes the calls don't sync as fast, though sometimes they are instant. If we could keep those instant, it would be awesome. Additionally, the consistency of the grading could be improved, maybe with some more logic towards it.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attention for demo summaries, saving time and helping me focus on selling. It also provides great insights, allowing me to review and improve my skills based on what I did well or not.

**Official Response from Harry Abram:**

> Thanks for this, Nathaniel! Saving time on summaries and automating admin so that you can stay focused on selling is exactly what we're here for, really glad it's clicking.

Noted on the consistency issues, we hear you and it's being worked on. Appreciate the feedback!

 ### 15. Efficient Call Analysis, Time Saver!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott P. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Attention?**

I really appreciate how Attention helps surface the exact moments and calls where the prospect reveals pain points, objections, or buying signals, so I don't have to rewatch entire recordings. The biggest value for me is being able to quickly jump directly into the important parts of a call, like when the prospect mentioned those pain points or next steps, which saves a lot of time when reviewing deals. Preparing for follow-ups and internal alignment is much easier with the outputs, which I use to prepare follow-up emails, internal updates, next step planning, and forecast notes. I find the ability to turn calls into transcripts extremely helpful, as it allows me to create structured deal intelligence, and I use the copy transcript feature 100% of the time to identify the stakeholders, budget timeline signals, technical requirements, and objections. I'm also very happy with the searching capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

I'm very happy overall with searching. I think what could be improved is separating calls into folders. Although there's a capability there, but you have to constantly go back and even though it can identify to your CRM what the account is tied to or what deal it's tied to. Creating a company contact folder automatically, that would be super helpful.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attention helps me find key call moments where prospects reveal pain points, objections, or buying signals, eliminating the need to rewatch entire recordings. This saves time reviewing deals and aids in preparing follow-up emails and planning next steps.

**Official Response from Harry Abram:**

> Thanks you so much Scott!

Jumping straight to the moments that matter without rewatching entire calls is exactly the workflow we designed for, really glad it's saving you time on deal reviews and follow-up prep. In some other platforms, tags exist but have to be applied manually -- which kinda misses the point!

On the folder organization, totally fair and well articulated. Automatic company/contact folder creation is a great shout and going straight to the product team.

 ### 16. AI-Powered Notetaking Boosts Call Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Niti P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Attention?**

I really love how good the AI is at giving me customized answers. It's pretty good at summarizing all of the details from a specific call for me, rather than me having to go and find that portion of the conversation myself. The super agent is great too. If I ask anything about any customer or any conversation we've had with that customer, it can point out a specific detail that they've mentioned and summarize what they want to see. It's very good at just returning the summary or the response. I would be a lot less efficient without Attention.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

It is rare, but when the bot does not join the call with a customer on time, which has happened once or twice, it causes the beginning portion of the conversation to be cut off. Also, the platform doesn't always process a call quickly enough. While it’s usually pretty instantaneous, I sometimes have to wait an hour or two for the call to show up, which is inconvenient when I need it to send a follow-up email. But overall these issues don't come up too often.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attention serves as a notetaker, helping me track action items for myself and customers. It lets me escalate parts of conversations to my team and offers reminders. I appreciate its AI for providing customized answers and summarizing calls, so I don't have to search for conversation parts.

**Official Response from Harry Abram:**

> Thank you Niti!

Having Super Agent pull exact details from any customer conversation without digging through transcripts yourself has been a cornerstone use case ever since we came to market with it!

On the bot timing and processing delays, noted and sorry for the friction. Both are on our radar and we're working to make them more consistent. Appreciate the grace on it.

 ### 17. Streamlines CRM Management with Effective Deal Scoring

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Attention?**

I find deal scoring and coaching to be the most valuable aspects of Attention. It really understands what information our sellers need to uncover in order to increase our win rates. Having all this information pre-populated in Salesforce makes preparation extremely streamlined. Attention is incredibly versatile, catering to the diverse needs of different users such as our customer support team who use it in a completely different manner. The team behind Attention is awesome, delivering on very large asks during the evaluation and onboarding period.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

The odd time Attention will pull data for the wrong account but that could also be an issue with our CRM data. Usually a quick prompt change to be more specific fixes the issue.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attention to save hours on admin work by organizing Salesforce notes automatically. It helps me prepare for calls, provides deal scoring, and offers coaching on discovery questions, making me a better seller.

**Official Response from Harry Abram:**

> Mike! Thank you so much for the review, getting sellers back to selling is our OG focus and we're proud to be part of the stack! Love to hear that we're being used across teams, and always happy to improve our product and workflows to make things even more seamless. Really appreciate the partnership and the thoughtful feedback.

 ### 18. Boosts Meeting Efficiency, Needs Setup Improvements

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kate H. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Attention?**

I like that Attention takes what I say and gives me detailed and clear descriptions on next steps and recommendations I made during the call, especially for things I wouldn't normally remember after the call.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

Because I'm based in Australia, some of the summaries are in US spelling. I do find that the notes or the insights from customer calls could be saved as a prompt. I use the insights quite a lot, and the prompt would help save a little additional time to get next steps or additional information that I always ask for. There have been bugs and issues with starting with Attention, which has impacted some work that we're doing and caused some downtime.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attention to record customer meetings and follow ups with clear emails. It reduces my admin time significantly, creates summaries and notes, and provides company-wide visibility on call notes.

**Official Response from Harry Abram:**

> Kate, thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review!

I've sent a note to our product team on potentially getting localized language preferences, and I'll try and reach out to you directly to better understand your request around saving notes to use as a prompt.

I'm confident we can get you up to a five star experience in short order.

 ### 19. I miss gong

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Attention?**

There is not a single thing that Attention does that Gong doesn't already do better. I don't like anything about it.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

Attention pushes you to rely on the “super agent(s)” instead of providing a real dashboard or clear reports to help you understand how conversations are going in the business. I don’t want to have to ask an agent for updates; I want a dashboard I can check myself.

On top of that, it’s incredibly buggy. It doesn’t record half of our calls for no apparent reason, and the scorecards are a mess and hard to make sense of. I hate it. I’ve never hated software more.

I miss Gong.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are no problems that Attention is solving that Gong couldn't solve better. Attention is giving me less visibility into my team.

 ### 20. Incredibly Easy to Use—Boosts Sales Call Efficiency and Drafts Great Follow-Ups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mikhael G. | Head of Revenue & Ecosystem, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Attention?**

Ease of use is incredible. Plugs into my sales calls and CRM and allows me to be hyper efficient at everything that I do. Can also auto draft up really high quality emails for follow up.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

Nothing really yet to by honest. The team has been super helpful on all set up things that I thought may take too much of my time.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

*Call recordings
*Linking info to CRM
*Follow Ups
*Searching into past calls & deal info much easier

 ### 21. Effortless Call Insights and Coaching That Help Daily

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren N. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Attention?**

I love the AI gives me insights about my calls, grading my calls and making recommendations for future calls, what I could have done better, etc. My company has it linked to every call I make, which is so helpful. I don't need to do anything, and it helps me out daily.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

Sometimes it doesn't join my video calls, and that's frustrating. But every single phone call, it's always listening!

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the problem of auditing my calls, giving me action items, so I don't need to take constant notes during the call. It really streamlines my workflow/ process.

 ### 22. Efficient Call Analysis, But Limited Coaching Features

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Attention?**

I really appreciate Attention's easy-to-navigate UX. It's been doing great at analyzing my call transcripts and providing them quickly. I like how these transcripts are easy to drag and drop into other LLM systems, which I use for notes and follow-ups. It's straightforward and gets the job done.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

The coaching aspects of the tool are a little bit limited. It seems like they are using more templated models. Well, it's not as hyper personalized to my sales cycle.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attention analyzes my call transcripts and provides coaching, making conversation handling more effective. It's easy to navigate and quick at generating transcripts, which I use with other LLM systems for notes and follow-ups, enhancing my daily workflow.

**Official Response from Harry Abram:**

> Hi Brian! Thanks for taking the time to a review. Re dragging transcripts to LLM's it's great to hear that you're using Attention's recordings to power your insights.I might suggest using Attention's MCP connection to claude for even more powerful workflows, and/or using Attention's in built agents and workflow builders. So appreciate your love of the UI!

On coaching we actually pride ourselves on being hyper customizable as every field for every scorecard can be tailored to fit your needs, and you can have as many fields/cards as you like! Please reach out and we'd be happy to get this to a place that's a 5 star experience for you :) If you're not sure who to reach out to please feel free to shoot me an email an I'll get you sorted. It's Harry at Attention dot com.

 ### 23. Coaching and Clear Call Summaries That Keep Deals Moving

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Attention?**

I like the coaching and that it provides a clear, concise call summary. It also helps me draft next steps email and helps me stay organized in moving deals along.

The chat feature is also useful when I'm looking for example calls or references that I can use to look back on and help win deals.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

I'm still a relatively new user so it takes some syncing with my RevOps guy and exploring all the different features.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attention solves the problem of time-consuming sales admin by automatically capturing call notes, updating the CRM, and drafting follow-up emails. This helps me focus more on the actual conversation with prospects instead of multitasking or doing manual updates after the call. As a result, I save time, keep our CRM more accurate, and can move deals forward faster.

**Official Response from Harry Abram:**

> Thanks for the review! Staying present in the conversation instead of scrambling to take notes is one of the biggest wins we hear from reps, glad it's clicking for you. Excited to hear you're a new user, there's so much more to explore! I'm sure your RevOps guy will get you fully dialed in fast, and we've got a growing team of forward deployed engineers to help your co make the most of Attention.

 ### 24. Empowers Sales with Insightful AI and Seamless Usability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neema Z. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Attention?**

I find Attention highly usable because it doesn't require me to log in and manually do things. The AI is very useful for identifying information on deals and trends, and it helps in coaching reps at scale. The scorecards are good, and I really like Attention. It integrates with Claude, making it very helpful. The initial setup was very easy with quick field mapping, and their team and support are really hands-on.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

Nothing. I mean, AI, like, any AI tool a little bit of prompting, but you can just use other AI to prompt it.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attention to coach my reps at scale, keep CRM updated, build sales playbooks, recover or close lost deals, and provide real-time coaching with scorecards. It also offers account intelligence at scale.

**Official Response from Harry Abram:**

> Thanks for this, Neema!

Coaching reps at scale, keeping the CRM clean, and building + deploying playbooks all in one place is exactly the use case we're built for. Really glad the setup was smooth too, our growing FDE team works hard to make that part as painless as possible.

And love the Claude / MCP callout! The integration is getting a lot of love right now as we meet customers where they are. We'll always be the quickest major revenue intelligence platform in rolling out new features like this.

 ### 25. Powerful API for CRM Data and a Trainable Chatbot

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yaron B. | Enterprise Account Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Attention?**

The best part is the API that can be used to retrieve information and push into CRM + have a chatbot trained ontop of calls to ask for quick info instead of re-watching the call entirely.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

The only thing I dislike about attention is the search which could be a bit improved to find calls faster. Also - if you and your colleagues join the same external call you'll have multiple Attention bots joining the call.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Faster answers in my sales cycle and better accuracy + intelligence

**Official Response from Harry Abram:**

> Thanks for this, Yaron.

Appreciate the callout of our api (and now MCP)! We pride ourselves on being a more open platform than others -- this context is yours to do with whatever you wish!

On the duplicate bot issue, take a look at your settings! There's a toggle you can use to only have the bot join if no one else from your co already has attention on the call.

Noted on speed, it's normally quite quick but larger call catalogs can take a bit more time to look across so that nothing is missed.

 ### 26. Effortless Call Review and Coaching

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Attention?**

I like that Attention allows me to review calls, which is really helpful for follow-ups or future account management. It also provides coaching, showing me what I could do better and what I did well. The ability to easily review my calls helps me identify areas where I need support or improvement and aids me in future conversations with potential clients.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

It is silly but it sits in my waiting room and makes me think that a lead is in there waiting but its just attention

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attention has been pivotal to reviewing my sales process with its grading system and having notes laid out for follow up calls and onboarding for ease of jumping back into that conversation

 ### 27. Revenue Intelligence Layer for Salesforce with Powerful Call Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Attention?**

Attention functions as a genuine revenue intelligence layer on top of Salesforce, not just a transcription tool. It automatically extracts 50+ CRM fields from calls — pain points, decision criteria, next steps, feature requests — and syncs them without manual entry. The killer feature is timestamped recording snippet links embedded directly in Salesforce records, so our CS and implementation team can click through and verify what was actually said on calls they weren't on. This eliminated the telephone game between sales and implementation entirely. Cross-call pattern recognition is also underrated — we built a workflow that aggregates feature requests by customer and contract size, which actually informs product prioritization decisions.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

Not the most out of the box tool. Definitely requires a good amount of work to configure. However, you get out what you put in, so if you have someone that will be dedicated to the implementation, the leverage you get out of it is incredible.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

3 core problems: (1) CRM data quality — reps weren't logging call intelligence consistently, now 50+ fields populate automatically. (2) Sales-to-CS handoff fidelity — implementation managers can now audit AI-generated insights from calls they missed via timestamped snippets. (3) Product prioritization — we can now aggregate feature requests across all customer calls, weighted by contract size, which was impossible with manual notes.

**Official Response from Harry Abram:**

> This review genuinely made our day. Thank you for taking the time to write it so thoroughly! The way you described the sales-to-implementation handoff problem is one of the the key issues what we built Attention to solve. That "telephone game" between sales and CS is one of the most common — and most costly — breakdowns we hear about, and seeing that the timestamped snippet links actually eliminated it for your team is exactly the outcome we're after. Context is key!

The feature request aggregation workflow you built is a use case we are going to highlight from here on out. Using Attention to weight product feedback by contract size and feed it into prioritization decisions is a heavy hitting example of what makes us a "revenue intelligence" platform, and not simply a call recorder.

Your point about configuration is fair, and it's feedback we've taken seriously. While our basic features are pretty plug and play, getting the full value out of the product suite is a pain point people have brought up before. The customizability we allow is a core product differentiator, but as with anything the tradeoff can be complexity. To address this, we've 2x'd our Forward Deployed Engineering team in the past month, and are adding more documentation, templates, and examples to the product. The ceiling is still as high as ever — but the floor is a lot more accessible than it used to be.

Thanks again for the detail here. Reviews like this help other revenue leaders understand what's actually possible with the platform.

 ### 28. A must have solution to bridge GTM, Enablement & PMMs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam S. | Enablement, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Attention?**

Attention is a really intuitive tool to configure and embed within your sales workflows with excellent customer support. Its core features like automated call scoring & its integration with our CRM have saved GTM reps hours of manual work each week, whilst guaranteeing system data quality. What I’m loving most lately however is its new agent feature - the insights it provides across all buyer conversations are proving to be invaluable to deepen our customer understanding and better equip our GTM teams across new product launches.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

A few improvements still needed to better tailor its Agent feature to our sales methodology + would love an SSO configuration. Beyond this, I'm very satisfied!

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

> Sales methodology reinforcements through automated call scoring

> Reduced admin time for GTM reps to focus on selling and improve the buyer journey

> Leveraging mass buyer conversation data to refine our ICP and product rollout motion.

 ### 29. Attention AI is a Game Changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tung B. | SR Sales Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Attention?**

Attention AI has truly streamlined my workflow. Beyond its core functionality, the data it collects has been invaluable in improving other aspects of my work. Another standout is the team behind the product—Sari, Karim, Nick, and even the CTO Matthias himself—who have all been incredibly accommodating, supportive, and easy to work with. Their responsiveness makes a big difference.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

Some features are still under development and need further fine-tuning to reach their full potential. It requires a bit of patience, but I see the progress being made.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a Coordinator and QA Call Control, I can honestly say Attention AI has taken on all the tedious legwork for me. It handles the heavy lifting so I can focus on higher-value tasks. The biggest benefit is the data and insights it provides—by learning from Attention, we’ve been able to make our processes more efficient, adjust scripts to be more effective, and uncover areas of improvement that were never visible before.

 ### 30. Attention has changed our company for the better

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Frank F. | Senior Director of Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Attention?**

We adopted Attention for our Sales Team about 2 years ago, and it changed how we operated. It allowed my team to focus on their conversations as opposed to the notes they needed to take, and it created an immediate workflow improvement by importing all notes (curated by the concepts we needed) directly into our Salesforce opportunities. It also allowed me to help onboard and coach in a completely new and better way. It helped so much that I introduced it to our CS team, and they also adopted it immediately. Our teams are operating at a much higher level as a result. It's a game changer. Training and implementation was a breeze, and we use it daily... I can't imagine going back to "the old days" without Attention. The ROI has been, without question, one of the best we ever experienced.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

Honestly, I can't think of a single downside.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Removes the need to write notes while also listening and talking. Summarizes calls based on concepts important to our industry. Opens the ability to view calls and coach my team. Allows team to better focus on what's important in the next call. Helps team to self-coach.

 ### 31. Automated Follow-Ups and a Coaching Agent That Improves Discovery Skills

 ### 32. Hands-down the best Revenue Intelligence Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam J. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Attention?**

What I like best about Attention is how fast it makes me. Instead of wasting time piecing together notes or trying to remember what was said on a call, it captures everything cleanly and gives me the insights I actually need. On top of that, their Super Agent and native agentic workflows connect directly into all my tools, so instead of just recording and summarizing, it actually takes action across my stack. It takes admin work off my plate, helps me show up sharper in the next conversation, and does it without adding noise. Add to this the team and their responsiveness, and you won't find anything better. It is the only tool I use on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

Nothing - it is genuinely the best platform I've found.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attention is solving the problem of wasted time and fragmented workflows. Before, I’d lose hours every week writing notes, logging activities, and bouncing between tools to keep deals moving. Now calls are captured automatically, insights are surfaced, and the Super Agent pushes updates straight into my stack. The benefit is simple: I spend more time selling and less time on admin. My follow-ups are tighter, nothing slips through the cracks, and my pipeline moves faster with less effort.

 ### 33. Effortless Meeting Insights, Minor Search Glitch

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Winsor B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Attention?**

I like that Attention is very easy to use and navigate. It pulls out great insights, which helps me capture what went on in meetings without having to take notes during them. It also allows me to identify the pain points of customers without relying on memory or taking notes. Plus, the initial setup was very, very easy.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

Sometimes the search function makes it hard to find specific calls, especially those I'm not in.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attention helps me capture what went on in meetings without taking notes and pulls out customer pain points accurately.

 ### 34. AI-Powered Call Reviews Made Easy with Robust Reports

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maja K. | Sales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Attention?**

Ai tool that helps you easily go through calls and make an easier evaluation of the full team. A lot of reports and features.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

It needs a huge set up in the beginning in order to teach the AI tool what you need.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training the sales team, tracking progress and evolving training tools

**Official Response from Harry Abram:**

> Thanks for this, Maja! Really glad the reporting is standing out. It's something we've invested heavily in and honestly something a lot of people don't fully realize we offer. Attention isn't just conversation intelligence, it's a full sales analytics layer, so the reporting and insights go pretty deep if you haven't explored everything yet. The new MCP connection takes this even further.

On the setup, fair and we hear it a lot. We've added 50+ templates to help teams get value faster out of the box, and our forward deployed engineering team just doubled to make the implementation as painless as possible. Worth getting out what you put in!

 ### 35. In-Depth Insights with Room for Integration Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin K. | Software Sales Executive , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Attention?**

I like the level of detail that I can search by with Attention. Super agent is my AI best friend, and I really love using Attention.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

Sometimes the connection to Salesforce where it's connecting MRR to Attention feels like that can be improved.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attention for really filtering data to find things quickly, see areas my team needs focus on, and learn about my product demos.

 ### 36. Efficient for Meeting Prep, Needs Better Integration

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maayan L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Attention?**

I find Attention very easy to use. I like the configurable insights as they allow me to use predefined templates and have a summary after the call.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

Integration to existing systems could be better. Automatic sending the script somewhere or creating things like Google Notebooks is lacking. Also, the bot doesn't join calls that easily.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attention helps me with meeting preps and recordings, saving time by eliminating manual note-taking and providing summaries.

**Official Response from Harry Abram:**

> Hi Mayaan,

Thank you for taking the time to review -- I'm sorry it hasn't been a five star experience so far.

What you're asking for with sending transcripts to third parties is certainly something we are able to do right now through our workflow automation feature, and I'd be happy to help get that set up for you personally.

I'd love to learn more about the bot joining issue you described so that we can look to remedy that asap!

 ### 37. Attention provides clear visibility into customer goals, risks, and coaching needs for our reps

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniela P. | RevOps Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Attention?**

Attention has become the single source of truth for our customer conversations across Sales and Post-Sales. We use it every day. Its AI makes it effortless to research themes across all recorded calls—from churn risks and product requests to recurring pain points—so we can prioritize action confidently.

Reps use it for coaching and performance improvement (playbacks, moments, and trends), and leaders get real visibility into what’s happening with customers and where teams need enablement.

It’s easy to use, works reliably with Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and other meeting types, and drastically reduced the time we spend storing and searching for call information.

The Attention team is simply fantastic—they were super-helpful throughout implementation and their customer support is the best I’ve experienced so far as a RevOps Manager.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

Nothing blocking adoption so far. More native, point-and-click integrations over time would be a plus for the future, but overall, the product delivers exactly what we need.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have call knowledge scattered across notes and different meeting platforms. Attention centralizes all recordings and makes them searchable with AI, so Sales and Post-Sales can instantly research churn risks, recurring pain points, and product requests across our entire portfolio. That gives leaders real visibility into what’s happening with customers and what reps are struggling with, so we can prioritize coaching, enablement, and roadmap feedback based on evidence—not anecdotes.

Practically, this means:
- Single source of truth for customer conversations (no more hunting through docs or drives).
- Theme and trend analysis across calls to spot risks early and share insights with Product.
- Coaching at scale with call snippets/playbacks that help reps improve specific moments.
- Smooth handoffs between Sales and CS because everyone can review the same calls and summaries.
- Works everywhere (Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, others), so adoption is easy and complete.
Overall, Attention turns our calls into actionable, organization-wide intelligence, improving focus, alignment, and the quality of customer outcomes.

 ### 38. AI-Powered Sales Assistant, Superb Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yan K.

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Attention?**

I love how the platform tracks all conversations and automatically uploads them to the CRM, making this process seamless. The AI coaching agent is outstanding, providing daily and weekly notifications for AEs to improve their demos or discovery calls, even in multiple languages. The 'Ask Me Anything' feature is fantastic for gaining deep insights into our clients' needs and objections, aiding the product marketing team considerably. The setup process was super easy and integration with Salesforce was efficient, with exceptional support from the onboarding team. It’s remarkable how it captures insights from calls in over ten different languages and updates CRM with relevant details, aligning rep inputs with reality. The agent builder quickly pings me for vital calls and the system keeps my reps well-coached, reducing the need for additional enablement. Our reps use it as a favorite tool, saving time on manual tasks, and the support team is exceptional at solving any issues promptly. I admire the continuous innovation introduced in the product.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

I would like to have better insights and visual insights on the reporting dashboard. This improvement would help in understanding what my reps or colleagues are struggling with. Being able to compare each of my reps from both a sales and product management standpoint would be beneficial. Enhancing the reporting dashboard capability would be a welcome addition.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use the product to track calls in multiple languages, automate CRM updates, and coach AEs, saving time on manual tasks and improving accuracy in deal valuations.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

Once I got over the learning curve, I can't say there is anything I dislike about Attention.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real-time call reviews save me hours every week, the AI instantly creates personalized follow-up emails that wow our clients, and the HubSpot integration couldn’t be smoother. It’s like having a productivity superpower built right into my workflow!

**What do you like best about Attention?**

Visibility on overall weaknesses and strengths as well as trends over time.

> Thanks you for the review!

Staying present in the conversation instead of scrambling to take notes is a great start, and really glad it's improving your calls.

If you haven't already, definitely worth exploring beyond the note taking. CRM auto-population, follow-up email drafting, Super Agent for deal insights, call scoring, there's a lot more to unlock and it compounds fast once you're set up.

On the inconsistency, fair point and something inherent to how LLMs work; they reason fresh every time, so exact phrasing can vary even on similar inputs. That said, the direction and substance should stay consistent, and if it feels like it's drifting meaningfully we'd love to dig into it with you!

 ### 42. AE in PropTech

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Attention?**

Attention is the bones of our sales process. Automating this part of my process has allowed me to take on more deals at once. More deals means more pipeline!

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

I don’t dislike anything about it so far. It is truly a workflow tool for us.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attention solves the manual process for deals after a call. My SPICED notes are auto populated into HubSpot and an email is written for me within seconds. Their insights are also great.

**Reviewed by:** Michael H. | Senior Director of Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Attention?**

It can do everything every other conversational intelligence can do but better. They truly have an AI first approach and it's amazing everything it can do. From the basics of call recaps, ingesting crm information to advanced technical workflows and automating onboarding guides, the solution can do more than you can even imagine.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

They shouldn't even be thinking about Gong or other solutions

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Selling much more effectively and consistently. Coaching with ease. Sharing best practices

**Reviewed by:** Zach L. | Senior Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Attention?**

It's quick and comprehensive. Support is super fast and they put new things in place based on our ideas. We feel like we have a hand in the changes, and we are hoenstly in contact a few times a week with questions and thoughts.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

I wish there was a little more automation from a total pipeline perspective.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping notes, drafting emails, giving us deal intelligence

 ### 45. Super Agent Makes Coaching and Call Reviews Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

The Super Agent. Makes coaching easy, and reviewing calls a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

The follow up email templates are a bit generic.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes call review and recording easy, especially when selling a very technical product.

**Official Response from Harry Abram:**

> Thanks you! Glad Super Agent is making call review easier, especially for technical sales.

On the templates, fair point. We're adding more and they're fully customizable so definitely worth tailoring them to your voice and flow!

 ### 46. 10/10 AI Recording Software for Sales Team & Client Success

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brad B. | COO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Attention?**

Being able to read a scorecard on performance from the team, and being able to quickly see and understand where things went right and where things went wrong in the call. I also like how AI prompt will provide any and all details on the meeting, allowing our team to move faster, same time, and be more accurate.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

There is nothing with the program that I don't like.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving time and being more accurate. Allowing less manpower and one manager to manage more reps effectively.

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Attention?**

I like the features that it has in common with fathom and fireflies.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

No customer success function what so ever. Worst of all, they overcharged me for more than half a year. Shameful.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Follow up and in call engagement.

I love that Attention brings true automation capabilities to your everyday call recorder. Their MCP search has also been very helpful for our teams as we scale up!

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

It would be great if the company rolled out a phone app!

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us record calls, automate CRM pushes, and generate coaching insights.

 ### 50. Greatest tool to onboard sales reps and grow your win rate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Constant D. | Head of Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Attention?**

Attention has been a great add to our sales stack. We now can easily onboard sales reps who can review calls, get efficient coaching, and prompt their own calls. Peer reviewing is also powerful. The team was dedicated to help us integrate easily. The team now uses Attention on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about Attention?**

There is no major downside on Attention - only wish I used all features to its maximum.

**What problems is Attention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales get instant coaching, can gain time on low value times such as follow-up emails or filling our CRM, and they onboard faster than before.
They can also get instant assistance thanks to Attention's real-time capabilities.
