**What do you like best about OutReach?**

I am extremely enthusiastic about Outreach. It's a tool that I would actively seek out in my next company, or at the very least, highly recommend. It would be unwise to overlook investing in this technology if you have a sizable team of SDRs and Inside Sales professionals. Personally, it has significantly reduced the time I spend on dialing and has helped me stay on track. The progress reports are user-friendly, and when collaborating with my SDR to engage with multiple contacts within an account, we can easily monitor each other's activities to avoid duplication.

**What do you dislike about OutReach?**

Sometimes a small lag occurs while assigning leads to my teammates. Sometimes it takes time to see the assigned leads.

**What problems is OutReach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OutReach is is an effective sales dialer for sales organizations of any size. Dialpad Sell offers multiple real-time and post-call sales coaching features that drive efficiency.

**What do you like best about OutReach?**

What I love about outreach is that it's a complete solution for the entire sales organization. The fact that this product provides less risk at a lower price than competitors is the icing on the cake

**What do you dislike about OutReach?**

So far I haven't seen much if any issues with outreach. Their customer service at times can take a little long but nothing out of the ordinary. Overall a good app

They're solving the sales team issues and making their process more streamlined for all clients/customers invovled. Overall a great product to implement into a sales team

**What do you like best about OutReach?**

This was a very good tool for our teams, collaborating on architectural projects across different offices nationally. It helped us keep track of pitches, contracts, and potential clients in the pipeline.

**What do you dislike about OutReach?**

No dislikes really.  It was working well when I left the company. I don't believe they were looking for alternatives.

**What problems is OutReach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was able to allow us one central place to keep all of our customer pipeline information as well as track the process from contract signing to completion

**What do you like best about OutReach?**

Emailing is the gold mine of outreach! Very easy and very useful.
I love templates and sequences. Getting to Salesforce is also a nice touch.

**What do you dislike about OutReach?**

Calls are 50/50 
I have done an internet connection test and changed headsets, and the call quality is still hit or miss at best.
Texting could also use a lot of help.

**What problems is OutReach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Task and emails. Outreach is helping with productivity.

Amazing UI and Performance to deliver great results of the sales teams and evaluate performances of teams and individual effectively

**What do you dislike about OutReach?**

There is nothing at the moment that I do not like about it.

It helps me manage all my calls and notes and lead history in one place without juggling between other apps.

It's an easy way for me to keep track of my prospecting efforts. I can see email opens and it helps me to make sure I'm not neglecting my clients

The UI isn't as good as similar tools I've used but you get used to it

It helps me keep a track of who I've contacted and who I need to contact.

The new interface is not my favourite and I have issues with the calling function.

Many features are available that are generally used daily wrapped up into one "box"

**What do you dislike about OutReach?**

Seems overwhelming at first.  Pricing is high contingent on your income/business income.

Multiple uses in one software. If using a CRM, dialer, recording, AI etc.

**What do you like best about OutReach?**

The initial setup was fairly straightforward.  The outreach team was helpful in getting us into the system.  It seemed simple enough and we were optimistic about its potential.

**What do you dislike about OutReach?**

AFTER we onboarded we learned that most of the functionality would not work with our CRM and in effect we were FORCED :)  to move to SalesForce in order to really utilize Outreach.  For users already using SFDC, I suppose this would not be a nuisance, but it was for our team.

**What problems is OutReach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The idea was to leverage Outreach to generate Sales opportunities through its email campaign and related workflow tool.  Using our database as well as external sources like LinkedIn we would target those prospects through Outreach.

Outreach is a centralized tool for me to sequence/cadence all my prospects, know what accounts I'm working, and keep track of all my activity/engagement in one place.

Nothing. It's been a great experience. Happy that we have this tool at our reach

**What do you like best about OutReach?**

This tool is well built to create sequences based on various cluster campaigns and has an admin view which would help you have an overview of how your team is using the tool

**What do you dislike about OutReach?**

It still needs a lot of new features like email automation, setting drip sequences. The other issue is whenever we have tried to send more than ~500 emails per day per account, we have had problem with the account getting blocked.

**What problems is OutReach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well, the problem we are trying to solve is to automate the email sending process, which would save a lot of person-hours and also have a dashboard of individuals who are using it to track if they are using the tool to its best of abilities.
