I don't like Captain Data's customer service terms. They sold a lifetime license for software that they decided to discontinue without offering a refund. We had taken a license with a higher tier, the maximum they offered, which provided five hundred thousand credits per month, which was huge for our team, and now we have access to nothing, the account has been closed. I find this approach very dirty and really unprofessional, know that this is how you can be treated when working with them.
