**What do you like best about Beamer?**

I love how easy the setup is with Beamer. We could go live in just a few hours instead of spending a lot of time on configurations like with other software. This ease of setup makes it incredibly valuable to us.

**What do you dislike about Beamer?**

Maybe pricing. We have had to move over several tiers because they have weird pricing.

**What problems is Beamer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Beamer to send product announcements and deploy NPS surveys, solving communication by informing users about new features and measuring their satisfaction.

You can reach a wider audience, and it’s integrated with the SaaS platform, which makes it easier to use.

It’s a hassle when it comes to segmentation—you have to do it manually, and it’s really difficult to integrate with HubSpot.

You can reach a wider audience of SaaS users, including those who have unsubscribed from email communications.

Beamer is really easy to use. Changelog is a great tool both for marketing and product.

**What do you dislike about Beamer?**

I've been using it for 3 years and there hasn't been anything I disliked

**What problems is Beamer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a tool that lets me create product release notes so that I can market my products both on my website and on my product. Beamer is great because I can do this without any dependency on other teams.

Before Beamer, our product update emails were getting below 50% open rates and adoption of our new features was low. Using Beamer to replace email, we immediately saw 30% higher adoption with 50% less effort!

Beamer is the perfect tool to be in continuous alignment and contact with our end users by sharing any new updates, and announcements, having our end users' feedback and opinions about our roadmap

Limitations in NPS limit, and you need to upgrade to increase the limit

**What problems is Beamer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Beamer is enabling us to be in contact with our customers, sharing our roadmap, and having continuous feedback from our customers.
Sharing any important announcementt instantly.

I like the ease of use, & the world-class support.
This tools is more then just inapp notification provider. Stunned with its analytics!.

Dashboards can be more engaging. More activities and events are required .

This helps send personalised notification to the user.

**What do you like best about Beamer?**

Your news feed will look professional and engaging and depending on your membership level with Beamer, you can boost posts as noticiations or top bars on the site to make sure that people have really seen an annaouncement. 
I love that you can set expiration (and activation) dates for posts so you don't need to manually remove a post on a certain date. e.g. a webinar sign up.
Most of all, I really apprecaite the customer service which is available if you have any questions about using Beamer. The team are super helpful and patient and they have made it a no-brainer for me.

**What do you dislike about Beamer?**

Nothing really. For my use case, I needed to understand how to tweek things a bit. The product continues to improve all the time and the team help you if you need it.

**Recommendations to others considering Beamer:**

Dont hesitate - get it!

**What problems is Beamer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My members now know about updates as soon as they get on the site and I'm no longer using several tools to achieve the same thing. The set and forget nature of a post is made easy with the scheduling and expiration settings for each one.

It's easy to use, and it allows you to notify your customers about all product news and other important changes!

**What do you dislike about Beamer?**

It could be improved when you have to segment your audience.

The best thing is that you don't have to choose a time for communications: when you launch a new message, it remains on the left bar with a notification until the customer doesn't read it!

**What do you like best about Beamer?**

What i like the best about Beamer is that it is so easy to use and configure. From User feedback to NPS (net promoter score), user segmentation, advanced analytics, and bult in zapier integration.

The widget also looks lovely and blends well with any website / app.

**What do you dislike about Beamer?**

The part I dislike about Beamer is that their native integrations rely on Zapier and recent Webhooks. There's a ton of external platforms that would have connected with beamer natively like CRMs, ESPs, Page / App Builders, etc.

There's also a ton of improvements to work on inside beamer like having multiple products per beamer account, having a roadmap board for improvements and priorities, custom statuses, landing page improvements, and so much more, which similar products in the market have already done.

**Recommendations to others considering Beamer:**

I'd definitely recommend beamer especially for SaaS which would want their users informed of any updates inside the platform.

**What problems is Beamer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My initial use case with beamer is for a small app to integrate Beamer with. Benefits realized is that the users are informed of changes and they can easily browse thru them as they enter the app.

We absolutely LOVE the customer support team. They are responsive, helpful, and have totally increased our ability to use Beamer more effectively! (Shoutout to Anna and Laura!!) We also love that the Beamer product keeps improving by adding features that are actually useful!

We love everything about Beamer...nothing to improve!

Highly recommend choosing Beamer as a partner!

We are able to communicate to our users quickly without coding and development! Marketing has been able to push out promotions, education, and special relevant deals using Beamer. We can segment and personalize our messaging and we have seen an increase in engagement and a positive ROI when selling through Beamer. Plus, Customer Support is amazing and the product only keeps getting better and better!

**What do you like best about Beamer?**

The setup process was pretty easy. At the previous job I used our internal tool for release notes, but it was always a pain and required too much time. With Beamer, I can bring updates to customers in just a few minutes. 
Another thing that I really like is the stat and feedback from customers that I can check directly from Beamer.

Nothing really, it covers our use case which is to bring our customers' product updates.

We use it to posting product updates.

Easy to use without much explanation, with simple UX

**What do you dislike about Beamer?**

There's not much to dislike, since it's such a basic application. Has one job and does it!
Sometimes, it reads as incompatible with our system and shoots a 404 message - I am in marketing and like the tool, but I know our company's computer developers would prefer to switch.

Needed to have notifications for "new and upcoming" features on technology products

**What do you like best about Beamer?**

Every time I want to customise our notifications to suit our product requirements, I'm always able to do so thanks to deep customisation options, backed by having Intercom support available within the app. Additionally, the Intercom integration works perfectly for us, and keeps our customers engaged with new feature updates.

**What do you dislike about Beamer?**

I don't really have anything negative to say about the product. The price is high, but you get what you pay for, which is a quality, polished product.

**What problems is Beamer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have significantly increased user engagement by beaming updates to our users within our app, so we know whether what we're doing is hitting the spot or not. The fact we're using "Beam" as a verb reiterates that Beamer have created a niche product which addresses the problem of telling users about new features within your product or service.

Some of the additional features are being advertised too much even after dismissing them a few times.

Nothing at least for now, it seems to be a great product

We were having some trouble using their API but with the support of their team we were able to resolve our issue very quickly

PRO'S
- Easy to add to your website
- Easy to get any message out there
- Users feel like there is good things going on with my website and brand
- Users can give fast feedback on your updates
- You can customize the colors very easily
- Good stats provided in the admin dashboard


**What do you dislike about Beamer?**

I hope in the future they can do the following:

- Custom Category
- Fix TImezone issues
- Multi-account
- Better link design (Especially for the CTAs)

The product is great and does its job and more. I had fun adding things to my changelog and receiving immediate engagement from my visitors. This solves my issue with my important posts on my blog being pushed down due to the number of entries per day.

**What do you like best about Beamer?**

I like that it is extremely easy for our customers to find out about our newest updates. We can send anything to them and it isn't through email or text, but simply when they login. 

**What do you dislike about Beamer?**

I dislike that Beamer can't do more for our website. I would love for it to track more that happens within our website, or to place the notifications at different places throughout the page.

Beamer is a great way to notify your customers about any updates. Your customers already receive enough email, and Beamer eliminates one email avenue. 

**What problems is Beamer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notifying our customers about important things. Allowing our customers to receive fewer emails and texts from us and stilling keeping up to date on what is happening.

Easy interface to create and share posts, love that we can create drafts of posts and share them internally before posting, and then receive and share feedback from customers

**What do you dislike about Beamer?**

Wish there was a way to email users updates. They have push subscribe but my users would prefer email.

Users not knowing what was changing and either getting surprised or not finding out about new features to try.
