**What do you like best about Gameball?**

Everything is laid out clearly, so I'm not overwhelmed by too much information all at once. As someone who isn’t a developer, I appreciated how the site breaks things down into easy-to-understand sections, explaining the benefits of loyalty programs, gamification, and referral systems. Setting things up didn’t require any coding knowledge, and the website guides you through the process step-by-step.
Our account manger, Ganna is extremely helpful and always available if there is any problem or inquiry

**What do you dislike about Gameball?**

Although the website is mobile-friendly, there's no standalone mobile app for managing the loyalty program on the go. A dedicated mobile app would make it easier to manage things on the go.
