Comprehensive data base and Good UI and ease of use

Everything thing good still I haven't find any thing which I dislike

**What do you like best about matrix?**

I love the Layout. Easy to use. File folders. 

**What do you dislike about matrix?**

Sort of slow to load. Have to click multiple times. Sometimes unresponsive 

**What problems is matrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client intake. Processing files. Uploading media documents. Typing oral reports

**What do you like best about matrix?**

I have only used for 6 months as I an a new agent and older,not so tech savvy, and I found it easy to pick up in a few hours

**What do you dislike about matrix?**

Being that I am not that tech savvy, I don't like using this method to find the correct paper work

**Recommendations to others considering matrix:**

Definitely try it

Everything you could possibly need is right there in front of you

**What do you like best about matrix?**

I like that we can view documents and interact with cases through our prosecutor's office

**What do you dislike about matrix?**

sometimes it freezes up and gets slow. this has improved some throughout the years

**What problems is matrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving communication between our office and the prosecutor's office. We have access to all of their documents.
