What do you like best about matrix?

I have only used for 6 months as I an a new agent and older,not so tech savvy, and I found it easy to pick up in a few hours Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about matrix?

Being that I am not that tech savvy, I don't like using this method to find the correct paper work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
