It has become a central part of how I organize and manage my business without making things feel complicated or overwhelming. I especially love having everything in one place and being able to communicate, organize tasks, and keep track of my classes. It saves me a lot of time and mental energy, which is incredibly valuable as a small business owner. What surprised me the most is that I wasn’t even looking for a platform like this when I was introduced to it. I decided to try it, and it quickly became something I genuinely rely on. At this point, I honestly don’t see my business working without it. **What do you dislike about Teams?** The only thing I would say is that it can take a little time to figure out the best way to use everything. **What problems is Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has helped me solve several practical problems in my business. One of the biggest benefits is that I no longer need to rely on so many separate Zoom licenses, which helps me reduce costs and keep everything more centralized. It has also made it much easier to keep track of my teachers, organize their work, and have better visibility over what is happening in my business. They make running my educational business really simple as I can operate all areas of it from one place, with constant improvements. And all this at a very affordable rate! ### 3.
