What do you like best about CHORUS?

Chorus is a good tool for identifying areas in your talk track that need to become more enhanced. It's also a great tool to understand how previous conversations went within past opportunities so you can come to deals with a bit more context than you would have known doing external research. What do you dislike about CHORUS?

I personally do not like how the Chorus logo pops up while you're on a call, which informs the client that they are being recorded. I have has a few times where customers will say to turn it off, but I assume this is due to a security/privacy maybe even a legal obligation. Nothing too bad to say about Chorus in general. What do you like best about CHORUS?

Phone call recordings are super helpful. We use them to listen to other teammates that are succeeding in order to learn from their talk tracks and incorporate them into our own versions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

sometimes not all my calls end up being recorded which is frustrating when I have what felt like a really good convo and then when I go back to listen to it I can't find it anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CHORUS?

I like the simplicity of the Chorus.ai tool to record the call, analyze the call, and provide a detailed summary of the overall call. I also like the tools that allow you to grab a snippet of the call easily and be able to share it with other people and colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CHORUS?

What do you like best about CHORUS?

What's most helpful is not only being able to go back and cut/clip to the best parts but also getting to see the most viewed clips from other team members. I find it allows me to learn more by seeing top bits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CHORUS?

None at this time- I also like that I can search in the transcript. The only flaw I could find is sometimes it takes longer to load- not sure if that is Chorus or on my side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CHORUS?

I love that I can listen to anyone at the company including AEs and fellow SDRs, it really helped when I was first training and creating a talk track and getting confident with objections Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CHORUS?

Sometimes it doesn't link up so I am not able to listen to a really good call. I don't know if that is Chorus or SalesLoft's fault but it is sometimes not logged Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
