  ### 1. Chorus helps scale opportunities faster

**What do you like best about CHORUS?**

Chorus is a good tool for identifying areas in your talk track that need to become more enhanced. It's also a great tool to understand how previous conversations went within past opportunities so you can come to deals with a bit more context than you would have known doing external research.

**What do you dislike about CHORUS?**

I personally do not like how the Chorus logo pops up while you're on a call, which informs the client that they are being recorded. I have has a few times where customers will say to turn it off, but I assume this is due to a security/privacy maybe even a legal obligation. Nothing too bad to say about Chorus in general.

**What problems is CHORUS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chorus helps me identify gaps in my sales talk tracks and processes more than just taking notes on my own. This is a very good tool to understand how I can add additional value on follow up calls, listen to the call again to grab additional notes, and review opportunities with my manager as we rewatch the videos together.

**What do you like best about CHORUS?**

Phone call recordings are super helpful. We use them to listen to other teammates that are succeeding in order to learn from their talk tracks and incorporate them into our own versions.

**What do you dislike about CHORUS?**

sometimes not all my calls end up being recorded which is frustrating when I have what felt like a really good convo and then when I go back to listen to it I can't find it anywhere.

**What problems is CHORUS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CHORUS is giving me the opportunity to relisten to my cold calls in real-time so I can see what worked and what didn't so moving forward I know how to best approach my next cold call in order to be successful.

**What do you like best about CHORUS?**

I like the simplicity of the Chorus.ai tool to record the call, analyze the call, and provide a detailed summary of the overall call. I also like the tools that allow you to grab a snippet of the call easily and be able to share it with other people and colleagues.

**What do you dislike about CHORUS?**

I cannot think of any downsides of Chorus.ai.

Recording and analyzing the effectiveness of our sales and discovery calls.

That it gives me a quick and easy recording

I don't have any complaints so far chorus

Makes it very easy for me to do my job. Has fixed several issues and make it much easier to do property management.

**What do you like best about CHORUS?**

the fact that the system automatically starts recording and is unobtrusive.

**What do you dislike about CHORUS?**

it could seem a bit "big brother like" but once you get over that, the benefits of being able to listen to your previous calls is fantastic

**What problems is CHORUS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

being in the moment can be tough if you have to do that, and take notes.  Chorus eliminates the note taking allowing me to focus on the conversation.

**What do you like best about CHORUS?**

What's most helpful is not only being able to go back and cut/clip to the best parts but also getting to see the most viewed clips from other team members. I find it allows me to learn more by seeing top bits.

**What do you dislike about CHORUS?**

None at this time- I also like that I can search in the transcript. The only flaw I could find is sometimes it takes longer to load- not sure if that is Chorus or on my side.

**What problems is CHORUS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to learn more and understand relationships and additional info by going back and listening to the call again.

**What do you like best about CHORUS?**

I love that I can listen to anyone at the company including AEs  and fellow SDRs, it really helped when I was first training and creating a talk track and getting confident with objections

**What do you dislike about CHORUS?**

Sometimes it doesn't link up so I am not able to listen to a really good call. I don't know if that is Chorus or SalesLoft's fault but it is sometimes not logged

**What problems is CHORUS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It really helps out with getting people more comfortable on the phones with their talk tracts and  how to deal with objections and turning those calls into meetings.

It's the only one I've used so I don't have anything to base it off of, everything is great so far.

Not a whole lot... Maybe could be organized by team for easier switch between calls/recordings of interest

Chorus is great to share calls internally with directors, and to maintain transparency by sharing calls with prospects, as someone in a sales role.

Would be helpful if transcriptions included speaker name.

Chorus is super useful to review and improve our calls with customers. We use it all the time with my SDR.

Sometimes I don't want to record and it's complicated process. To very straightforward.
