**What do you like best about Saastic?**

I strongly recommend it! We are using SaaStic for collecting customer reviews and honestly, there is not much you can dislike about it. The interface is really easy-to-use, the setup is quick, it looks good, and it will do the job. What I want to highlight is their super prompt and helpful support. For instance, we wanted to implement Google Analytics and event tracking of review collection, and they launched it within a few days. I really appreciate this approach.

Maybe it's lacking some advanced functionality and connectors to other systems, but for our needs, it's more than sufficient.

**What do you like best about Saastic?**

Saastic is a great tool for soliciting and collecting reviews. The gating functionality is clever and well implemented. Overall, the tool has all the features you might need.

**What do you dislike about Saastic?**

Nothing to dislike in particular, but there are always additional customization features that could be useful. But the product team has been very responsive in implementing our suggestions.

**What problems is Saastic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a central tool that would help us capture customer feedback and solicit online reviews. Being able to automate and track this process has been hugely helpful.
