"Iterable: The Intuitive Platform That Makes Data Actionable"
What do you like best about Iterable?

It's an intuitive platform that makes connecting your data and making it actionable incredibly easy. The platform allows my team and I to quickly move from idea to execution to orchestrate user touch points that create real value to the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iterable?

The out of the box reporting is lacking insights, it provides what every system provides which is overall and per campaign analytics but diving deeper into those data points aren't well supported. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing customer service and high-quality cross channel marketing platform!"
What do you like best about Iterable?

1. Iterable Team: From the moment we started working with them, their team was there to guide us through every step of the process. They provide expert advice, support and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns our team ever has, they always go above and beyond to ensure a smooth resolution.

2. Product: It's one of the best I've seen so far. The platform is highly intuitive and easy to use, with a robust set of features that enable our teams to create targeted and personalized campaigns that resonate with my audience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-use ESP with flexible and versatile tools and impressive customer support"
What do you like best about Iterable?

Iterable is a straightforward platform that can do a lot. Its engagement and personalisation features are great and customer support is amazing. The UI is easy to use and they don't over-complicate their tools. They're also bringing in a bunch of cool AI tools I'm excited to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iterable?

As Iterable is still growing, it doesn't have some of the tools other ESPs provide (like preference centres), but they have partnerships with other providers, and I understand this feature, as well as others (like SMS) are coming soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Our Email Marketing with Confidence"
What do you like best about Iterable?

I like Iterable for its ease of use and user-friendly interface. The ability to integrate with AI is really valuable to us, as it helps in growing our company. It's easy to make visible changes, which adds to the flexibility in design. With Iterable, we can integrate onboarding, automated emails, and email marketing into one place, and it's great for expanding and growing our marketing outreach with more trust and experimentation. It consolidates the tools we used before, enabling us to scale quickly without much developer support, allowing our team to be creative on a faster timeline. Viewing data is much simpler and can be done across multiple teams, keeping everyone on the same page and helping us execute and ideate without roadblocks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iterable?

I'd love to be able to delete data forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Stable, Flexible Platform for Modern Lifecycle Teams"
What do you like best about Iterable?

Iterable is significantly more stable and reliable than other ESPs I’ve worked in. I’ve used platforms where glitches, lag, or inconsistent behavior created friction in day-to-day execution — that hasn’t been my experience with Iterable. Campaigns build cleanly, journeys function as expected, and segmentation updates predictably, which builds trust in the system.

The segmentation and Journey Builder are both powerful and intuitive. We’re able to build fairly sophisticated lifecycle programs without heavy engineering dependency, and the UI makes it easy to QA, iterate, and scale. That balance between flexibility and usability is one of the platform’s biggest strengths.

Customer support has also been a standout. Responses are thoughtful, timely, and solution-oriented — not just surface-level troubleshooting. Beyond that, the product team is genuinely receptive to feedback. I’ve shared input on specific functionality, and have seen tangible adjustments and improvements made as a result. That level of responsiveness makes the relationship feel like a partnership rather than just a vendor contract.

Finally, their integration ecosystem is strong. Iterable connects well with the broader marketing stack, which makes activation across channels and tools much more seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iterable?

At times, it feels like product prioritization leans toward larger, headline features — such as the AI suite — while smaller quality-of-life improvements that would meaningfully enhance day-to-day usability take longer to address. The platform is powerful, but there are workflow and UI refinements that could make it even more efficient for power users managing high campaign volume.

Additionally, while the experiment reporting is strong from a data perspective, the experimentation framework itself doesn’t always align cleanly with how many lifecycle marketers conceptually structure tests. The measurement capabilities are there, but the setup and organization of experiments can feel slightly disconnected from standard marketing test design (e.g., how teams think about holdouts, variable isolation, or campaign-level vs. journey-level testing).

Neither of these issues are blockers, but they represent opportunities to better align product development with how practitioners actually operate day to day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Marketing Automation with User-Friendly Interface"
What do you like best about Iterable?

I like the nice interface of Iterable, making it easy to use. The data integration is straightforward, and the APIs are solid. I appreciate the instant segmentation and results, which are crucial for marketing. The email builder is easy to use, and the support for handlebars language throughout the product allows for technical specificity. Iterable is also part email, push, in-app message, SMS engine, and part orchestration engine, which efficiently delivers messages to different channels. It's built for rapid responses, allowing marketers to quickly reach the audience or information they need. I also find the modern interface, faster results and deployments, and easier access to everything—including data segments, email building, and verifying KPIs—very beneficial. The setup is pretty straightforward, too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iterable?

I need to be able to delete fields. I need to be able to change field type. I need to be able to edit field names. I need to have a proper Sandbox and promotion capability to move anything from one project to another, or to share across projects. I would love for Partners to have more access and input to the future of the tools, as well as the time to preview and train on new features prior to general availability for end users. "Streamlined Marketing with Iterable's User-Friendly Interface"
What do you like best about Iterable?

I've been an Iterable user since 2022 and I am beyond thrilled with the AI features and the ability to grow with the AI community here. The tool is great for our marketing campaigns and engaging with our audience, especially since it's a very seasonal business. The ease of creating templates within Iterable makes my job so much easier. I take full advantage of the creative library and keep organized with folders for parts of my templates that I use daily, as well as one-offs. It's so much easier to have all of our interactions with users in one platform, which gives us better data on preferences and customer engagement. The transition to Iterable has been very smooth for our life cycle marketing, and I'm quite happy with the progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iterable?

I'm still learning some parts of Iterable that we should be taking more advantage of, like handlebars. I think our company needs to focus on data hygiene, and that's something I need to work on a bit more to use the data to our advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful, Intuitive Iterable—Great Support, Still Evolving Beyond E-commerce"
What do you like best about Iterable?

Iterable is a powerful tool that has made significant investments in its capabilities over the last few years. It offers comprehensive, user-intuitive features that are easy to navigate and apply. One of the best parts of Iterable is the resources and the people you work with to help optimize and get the most out of those enhancements. The drag-and-drop functionality and journey optimization features have been especially helpful for our team, and the data ingestion capabilities—along with the newer features around data ingestion and usage—are extremely exciting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iterable?

Iterable is a great tool but it is very much skewed towards e-commerce and mast blasts versus consistent triggers and ongoing triggered journeys. I think it is making significant investments towards changing this, but many of the features, like embedded messaging, still skew heavily that way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Iterable: Easy Campaigns, Outstanding Flexibility"
What do you like best about Iterable?

I love how Iterable makes it super easy to stand up email and SMS campaigns without needing to rely on our production or engineering teams. Its ease of use is a major plus for me. We have a fantastic customer success partner at Iterable, Tracy, who truly understands our business and product, and partners with us in an extraordinary way. This level of partnership is both unusual and amazing. Journey creation is a standout feature for me. Moreover, switching to Iterable from Responsys and our homegrown platform was a great decision as Iterable is way ahead in terms of stability, reliability, and flexibility. It allows us to set up tests, change journeys, or update email copies on the fly, which we couldn't do with our previous systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iterable?

It's been tough to land on the right tech support partner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly with Responsive Support"
What do you like best about Iterable?

I find Iterable helps with building campaigns and making journeys quicker. I like that it's very easy to get a hold of CMS agents and that the code is easy to use. The different colors and HTML code are great because they help me find things, locate specific issues, and update the code easily. I appreciate having a CMS on hand where I can chat with them through Slack and get a hold of them quickly. The initial setup of Iterable was very easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iterable?

Updates will be pushed through with the UI interface and won’t let us know so sometimes it’s hard when we will go back into the platform and it looks completely different or operates differently and have been updated about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
