**What do you like best about Brevo?**

Brevo is easy to use and rather intuitive to get started with. It does not overwhelm you when it comes to sending out marketing emails. It's also really great for small teams because it offers a whole lot of functions at an affordable price.

**What do you dislike about Brevo?**

Some of the templates may not be enough, and complex automation may require some time to grasp. The UI might be a bit quicker in some areas.

**What problems is Brevo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brevo enables the management of email campaigns as well as consumer communication in the same place, streamlining tasks while facilitating connection with consumers via email among other basic mechanisms.

**What do you like best about Brevo?**

We used bravo for marketing tools. Best part for brevo is the mail which we use and send for Marketing, didn't sent in the spam box , it delivers in the mail box.  Also it's a low cost tool with extra features.

**What do you dislike about Brevo?**

Limit of 300 mail per day in free plan . 

Also the email customisation is not advance, it's just basic .

**What problems is Brevo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't need to use the multiple platform for email, sms, whatsapp. Also we were cancelled use the CRM tool and automation in it .

Helping to save money by using multiple tools and also it's a time saver.

Automatic emails and live chat are the best features of Bervo.

Additional payment is necessary to eliminate branding.

**What do you like best about Brevo?**

I find Brevo to be the most complete product in the category, even just the transactional email option can solve a lot of problems, with API and quick domain validation it can route messages from a website. Adding the contact management for newsletter with a fully integrated workflow makes it perfect.

**What do you dislike about Brevo?**

Nothing in Brevo that is not working, overall is a grat product

**What problems is Brevo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brevo is fantastic to take care of email routing via SMTP and API, also has great potential to manage a user group for newsletter and mass emails
