I adore this scheduling software! It's neat, simple, and, as it's name designates, tidy... and all at an amazing cost. The team is continuously developing new features and customer support is very responsive. I’m running into a few limitations: I can’t set global limits across booking types, and I can’t create a single booking type with variable session lengths (for example, letting someone book anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours instead of a fixed duration). There is very little to dislike. But, sometimes the customers say they can't access the site or can't book any meetings. I assume all software has temporary glitches like this, so I don't hold anything against TidyCal; which is why I highly recommend this software especially for individuals who don't need lots of fancier features like round-robin or access to multiple calendars. When it comes to booking my calendar, I use only tidycal to book call with mentees. I just need to put the slot and particular day and the tidycal does the all. So no call without tidycal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only this where tidycal needs to work is auto fixing of the slots. In calendly you just need to put the slot and rest calendly will do but not in tidycal. In tidycal you have to manually set aside 1 hour / 45 minutes slot. If you give single slot of 4-8 PM for example - tidycal will keep on showing different slots of 15 minutes each if your call is 15 minutes call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the life-time deal, because I think we get caught up with so many recurring payments for software. But I also love that it is super simple to use and doesn't over-complicate things. It has the capacity to do everything I need it to do, within a clean and user-friendly dashboard. I have recommended it to many colleagues and clients and will continue to without hesitation. There could be slightly more customisation options - you can customise reminder emails but not the original booking email. I can see that this might be helpful. The #1 best thing about TidyCal is it's affordability. It does all the basic things, plus a little extra that would be needed to with a calendaring tool. I appreciate the simplicity of sharing a link, embedding information on a website or in and email, and the ability to create meeting pools. It was very simple to set up and use. The one big downside for me was the limitation of calendar to refer to for bookings. I use 20 different calendars for different aspects of my life within my Google Calendar interface. TidyCal will only check a maximum of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
