## About Maileroo
Maileroo is a transactional email platform built for developers, founders, and engineering teams who need password resets, receipts, notifications, and other system-generated emails to land reliably, without paying enterprise prices for it. You can send through SMTP (plug in your credentials and you're sending in minutes) or through a clean REST API with SDKs and copy-paste snippets in most major languages. Both support the things you actually use day-to-day: HTML and plain-text bodies, attachments, custom headers, custom tags for categorizing traffic, scheduled sending (RFC 3339 timestamps or natural language like "in 2 hours"), and per-message reference IDs so you can correlate sends with your own systems. On the delivery side, you get real-time webhooks for opens, clicks, bounces, complaints, and unsubscribes, plus a dashboard with detailed message logs, so when an email doesn't arrive, you can actually see what happened instead of staring at a vendor's silence. Dedicated IPs are available for higher-volume senders who want full control over their sending reputation, and a guided DNS wizard handles SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup so authentication isn't a half-day project. Beyond sending, Maileroo includes an inbound parsing API to route incoming email straight into your application, a free email verification API to clean lists before they hurt your reputation, and a suite of free tools: SPF/DMARC generators, blacklist monitoring, a mail tester, that are useful whether you're a customer or not. Pricing is usage-based with a generous free tier. Connections are TLS-encrypted, accounts are protected with 2FA, and the platform is GDPR-compliant.

## Maileroo Reviews
 ### 1. Fast, Efficient Email Solution with Clear APIs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isaac D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Maileroo?**

I use Maileroo's API to handle automated emails from the apps I develop on a React Supabase stack hosted with Vercel. It allows me to trigger emails with lightning-fast delivery, usually within 5-10 seconds, and they almost always land in my users' inboxes instead of spam. I really like the clean dashboard and the really clear API, which make it easy to use. The backend is responsive, and the email delivery is really fast, which is great. The clear logs make issues easy to debug, enabling me to handle problems quickly and efficiently. Setting up email delivery has been made faster, and the clear API documentation made the initial setup a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Maileroo?**

Sometimes it feels a little vibe-coded - UI layouts feel a little hard to find obvious things, but overall I really like it.

**What problems is Maileroo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maileroo triggers emails with fast delivery and avoids spam, improving communication. It's got clear logs for easy debugging and a user-friendly API.

 ### 2. It Just Works: Reliable Transactional Emails with Great Delivery Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew S. | Owner of Schaeffer SEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Maileroo?**

It works great. I've never had any problems with it. The transactional emails go out, and are delivered. I see a record of them along with metadata and form fields. It just works. And, I got the lifetime license!

**What do you dislike about Maileroo?**

Not much to dislike. If someone is new to transactional emails, they might feel a little lost. But it seems like the documentation is there, and there's always support or AI (Claude, ChatGPT) to help clear up doubts.

**What problems is Maileroo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They solve my transactional email problem - I didn't have a service. WordPress transactional email alone isn't reliable. You really want a service so the emails get to the intended target.

 ### 3. Generous Free Tier, Feature-Rich, and Fantastic Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Franne N. | Digital Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Maileroo?**

A very generous free tier with plenty of features and fantastic support.

**What do you dislike about Maileroo?**

I honestly don’t have any major complaints. The UX and admin panel feel a bit outdated compared to some newer platforms, but it still works well and gets the job done. Apparently there's a cleaner dashboard already planned, which should improve the overall experience.

**What problems is Maileroo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick go-to-market for clients. If clients already depend on Zapier, there’s a connector ready to go. Need a simple form API? The API docs are straightforward and easy to implement, so setup and integration are fast without unnecessary complexity.
