**What do you like best about Ring.io?**

the program works without hiccups 99.9% of the time. The .01% of calls that experience a hiccup can be quickly mitigated via the aptly named "magic-fixer" button which serves as exactly that. The ability to "bluff" dial-out numbers is exceedingly useful as is the automatic "ring-local" call option. 

**What do you dislike about Ring.io?**

sometimes I feel as though it doesn't always display inbound calls, especially when already interacting with a live call. my desk phone should be the device indicating the inbound, yes, though an indication of inbound while on a call would be an excellent addition. 

**Recommendations to others considering Ring.io:**

If you primarily operate by means out outbound calls, this is a fantastic tool for organization and call recording purposes. The recordings are clear, in full, and very rarely cut short or otherwise have issues.

**What do you like best about Ring.io?**

It works well with Zoho CRM and the implementation time took us less than a day. It's simple, straight forward, and easy to train on. 

**What do you dislike about Ring.io?**

It's a little buggy when recording calls but not a deal breaker!

**Recommendations to others considering Ring.io:**

If you use Zoho CRM and are looking for a power dialer, take my advice, use Ring.io first and save yourself a lot of frustration. 

**What problems is Ring.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have had a tough time finding a power dialer that integrates easily with Zoho CRM. Ring.io is by FAR the best solution we have tried. We were up and running in less than a day.

**What do you like best about Ring.io?**

Ring.io has been our chosen platform for recording calls and working within our CRM for the last 5 years. We love it for many reasons. 1. Easy 2. User interface 3. great supoprt

**What do you dislike about Ring.io?**

I wish they had a mobile application. Once they have that completed they will be 100% effective. It is imperative for us to record each booking to prevent errors and for training. Ringio is the best application 
I have found yet that merges with our CRM and makes it easy to go back and listen to the sound file. Bravo !

**Recommendations to others considering Ring.io:**

Once your using it you will never switch to anyone else. 

**What problems is Ring.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a hotel booking company and we need accuracy for bookings and we use it to train new hires. Ring.io also has launched a SMS platform and it working great.. We are now sending itinerary numbers to our clients cell phones and getting responses within our CRM. That in itself it a great feature.

**What do you like best about Ring.io?**

The Salesforce integration is superb. Made it supereasy to log calls exactly how my team wanted them. Dashboards on calling activities worked like a charm. Reps love the softphone and calling from their computers. The addition of SMS gives reps one more kind of touchpoint. Love getting local presence connect rates right in my SF reports.

**What do you dislike about Ring.io?**

There's nothing major (hence the 10/10). I'd like to see them support conference calling in the future.

**Recommendations to others considering Ring.io:**

Consider buying quality USB headsets for team and ditching your office phone system.

**What problems is Ring.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a 35 person sales prospecting team that has significant call workloads. We were unhappy with InsideSales because their platform was buggy for us, and there were days when the sales floor was quiet because of downtime. The other vendors we talked to had long deployment cycles, and they were not as quick to customize. We were able to roll out the new calling system in one week and sales mgmt is happy.

**What do you like best about Ring.io?**

I like that we could use their voicemail drop feature and the fact that it is super easy to get the call recording and easy to generate reports! 

**What do you dislike about Ring.io?**

Sometimes there were a few bugs in the number dial function, but the team was quick to get on it. 

**What problems is Ring.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a VOIP provider that has a voicemail drop function. Ring.io suited our needs perfectfly as they also integrated with ZOHO.

The app is very simple to use and the google chrome extension is nice

**What do you dislike about Ring.io?**

RELIABILTY! Ring.io is down all the time and often misses recorded calls/ double dials

look elsewhere if possible

It integrates very well and quickly with ZoHo CRM. It is a great price for a smaller shop like us. 

**What do you dislike about Ring.io?**

The reporting is very robust but then again it meets our needs with great features like recorded calls and local dialing.

High dials and high touches.

Being able to toggle on and off the app. Google chrome plug in for copy and pasting the number 

**What do you dislike about Ring.io?**

Over the course of using Ringio I've had some lost calls and dropped calls.

**What do you like best about Ring.io?**

Disclosure:  We are both a User and Partner of this Vendor.
We spent months reviewing Cloud Telephony platforms to add to our portfolio and had very stringent requirements.  Exigo Group is a "Born in the Cloud" Systems Integration firm and we choose Vendor solutions very careful as we only incorporate "nimble" integration ready technology into our mix.  We found many platforms that we (with a lot of effort) could string together to get an all inclusive hosted PBX, CTI, IVR cloud telephony end product out of but at the end of the day the cost and effort was excessive.  We had hoped Ring Central would come into play with API we need for connectivity to Zoho and the Zoho Suite of solutions however, the roadmap for that has long been delayed and our clients couldn't wait.  We found Ringio.  We launched them in our own corporate infrastructure and have never looked back!  We have now deployed Ringio in over 5 client environments and not one unsatisfied human nor any major gotchas along the way.  VERY pleased and happy to also add that not only does Ringio integrate with Google and Zoho but the newest announcement from Zoho/Ringio is deeper integration within the CRM platform for Screen Pop and even more kick-butt features!!  It just gets better!!  Highly recommend this solution and yes, we are a Alliance Partner now with Ringio as they are a perfect fit in our ecosystem to recommend to our client base. 

**What do you dislike about Ring.io?**

Would love to see conference calling feature added. 

**Recommendations to others considering Ring.io:**

100% recommended solution and ask for Emily as she is amazing and one of the best support POC's we've had the pleasure to work with.  CEO Sam and Tech Mehrtash are equally amazing and hands on with their clients and partners!  Great team!

**What problems is Ring.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Full integration of phone and CRM platform affords massive lift in productivity and workflow!
