Personalizeing messages feature is well designed and aslo we are able to process report on the sent vs rejected messages. **What do you dislike about Instasent?** Instasent has been higly reable and their services are top notch.We have no negative issues toward the application. **Recommendations to others considering Instasent:** Ease to use for any users. Very affordable and sending messages is relatively cheap. Quality of support is top notch and it's very secure. **What problems is Instasent solving and how is that benefiting you?** The simplicity of API design helped alot to integrate with our core system. And I said, ok I cant do business with you, and I need a refund of the unconsumed amount, and she told me she couldn't... avoid this scammer, you waste time with them **What problems is Instasent solving and how is that benefiting you?** i was trying to sent informative SMS to my employees ### 12.
