What do you like best?

The platform hasn't ever been buggy for us, and the Talkable team we work with is incredibly responsive and proactive about implementing changes, testing, and optimizing with very little effort needed on our end. The flexibility of the platform is incredible too. There are many different options for testing referral incentives, coupon codes, sweepstakes for referrals, sharing settings, etc. which has led to the successful testing of our program. We've found cost-saving and even revenue-boosting incentives that have brought brand new customers to our site. As a prospective campaign, the ROI has been impressive. What do you dislike?

We use Talkable to run our referral program. With the team in place, we essentially just approve the tests they come up with to run and they do all of the implementation and analysis. It's been great to be able to essentially pass this initiative to a team that really understands the program. When there is something we want to test, they get it together for us quickly and offer amazing support. What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

Since Talkable's current scope is limited to just referral software, the costs of added programs like loyalty, etc. can add up, and the impact becomes more and more vague as you bring on more and more partners. What do you like best?

From the beginning, the campaign started bringing new customers, which contributed to an increase in sales. The customer success team also suggested running the A/B test to find out what discount is more attractive for advocates and their friends. What do you like best?

Sometimes customers try to refer themselves by providing a fake or second email. Talkable referral program saves from cheaters. Its engine helps to define the rules to catch and prevent fraudulent behaviors. Plus, there is a customer portal where we can manage customer issues directly. What do you like best?

First of all, Talkable took care of the entire referral program integration and set up, everything was up and running in three weeks. Second, they do all the tests and adjustmetns on their side, so it's easy to manage. I see a steady flow of new customers coming from referral and joining our loyalty program. What do you like best?

Being skeptic about referral programs, we weren't expecting rapid revenue growth (from what we heard). To my surprise, Talkable's program brings us a huge amount of new clients with LTV sometimes higher than other clients. What do you like best?

We've quickly saw impressive results from referral program. The traffic and the conversion rate are great, I'm very pleased with how our program is managed and with the reports we get. What do you like best?

The best thing about Talkable is customer acquisition and new sales. When I was using the tool they were one of largest sources for acquiring new customers. My only recommendations would just to do a price comparison between other referral tools in the market. A lot of them accomplish the sames things, so price would be my major decision maker in choosing a new referral tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Talkable allowed us to tie customer referrals to new sales which is key to the success of the program. We could see when a customer referred a new person to make a purchase which allowed us to give a customer reward credit.
