# What's your favorite conversation intelligence software? - Advice needed

 Hey, G2 community! I’m in the market for a new conversation intelligence software tool. I’ve spent a few hours browsing G2’s category page and compiled a shortlist. I have a good mix of paid and free software options. Can anyone tell me what other products I should consider?  Gong: Gong is a leading conversation intelligence platform that records, transcribes, and analyzes sales calls to provide actionable insights. It helps sales teams understand customer interactions, improve performance, and drive revenue growth.  Fathom: Fathom is a free application that records, transcribes, and summarizes meetings conducted over Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. It allows users to focus on conversations without the need for manual note-taking.  Salesforce Sales Cloud: Salesforce Sales Cloud is a comprehensive CRM platform that centralizes customer and lead information, automates tasks, and provides reporting tools for sales teams. It uses conversation intelligence to offer a holistic view of customer interactions and sales pipelines.  HubSpot Sales Hub: HubSpot Sales Hub is a powerful and easy-to-use sales CRM with conversation intelligence, sales engagement tools, configure-price-quote (CPQ) functionality, and robust sales analytics for growing teams.   Avoma: Avoma is an AI-first meeting assistant that records, transcribes, and analyzes meetings to provide actionable insights. It is designed to enhance productivity and collaboration across teams.
