It is a highly customizable platform that adapts to any type of online store. Also, it is very easy to use, make a promotion, configure a product. I can have all the data of my costumers, and do a little CRM with Vtex. I thing Vtex is a very complete tool for any e-commerce **What do you dislike about VTEX Commerce Platform?** Some thing that I can't delete, like the colections, the coupons and the promotions. Also, I speak spanish and english, and sometimes it a little dificult to understand what it say because it is in portuges. Another thing that I would like to improve in Vtex is the logistic part, so we could manage the orders not only by time in which costumers buy, but also by the which I should ship first (In case a costumer buy first but want his order later). **Recommendations to others considering VTEX Commerce Platform:** I recommend others to use Vtex, not only because it's worth every $, but also it's very easy to use, It got everything you need for a e-commerce, you can always have support if you need and capacitation. **What problems is VTEX Commerce Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** The logistic. We can manage everything that we need to make a sale, almost with any external tool. Also, we even could manage a little of accounting where Vtex show us the costs and the sales. It possesses all the advantages that other platforms have developed and adds security and a better user experience by being flexible in design and having a very short and simple checkout, which increases conversion. The implementation of this platform leads to far fewer problems or complexities than other platforms present. VTEX is very user-friendly for the end user but also for the administrator and back office. **What do you dislike about VTEX Commerce Platform?** For some, it might be a disadvantage to pay a monthly percentage for using the platform, but this amount includes all the developments made on the platform, which would otherwise have to be directly financed by the company.
