What do you like best about Resend?

I love how Resend simplifies my workflow by replacing multiple tools like Mailgun and Mailtrap, while offering a much better user experience. The quick onboarding process is particularly beneficial, allowing me to get started with minimal delay. I appreciate the intuitive interface that ensures my interaction with the software is seamless and straightforward, escaping any unnecessary complexity or bloat. Additionally, the responsive and quick customer support provides me with confidence that any issues will be resolved efficiently. Resend eliminates the friction experienced with other alternatives like Sendgrid, where logging in can take several minutes due to unnecessary hurdles. The ease of the initial setup, supported by good SDKs, further emphasizes Resend's user-friendly design. Overall, the efficiency and convenience provided by Resend make it an invaluable tool for sending transactional and marketing emails, as well as offering users their inboxes. What do you dislike about Resend?

• API-first approach: The platform is designed for developers, offering a clean RESTful API and official SDKs for Node.js, Python, Go, Ruby, PHP, Java, and more. This makes integration into modern stacks and frameworks straightforward, whether using serverless functions or traditional backends.

• React Email integration: Building and maintaining email templates is simplified with React Email support. I can use React components to create responsive, maintainable templates, avoiding the usual headaches of HTML table layouts.

• Robust deliverability features: Domain authentication (DKIM, SPF, DMARC), suppression list management, and dedicated IP options help ensure messages reach inboxes, not spam folders. There are also tools for monitoring DNS configuration and domain reputation.

• Real-time webhooks: Modular webhooks notify my application instantly about delivery, open, click, bounce, or spam complaint events. This is essential for building reliable, event-driven workflows.

• Clear analytics and logs: The dashboard provides detailed visibility into email activity, including delivery rates, bounces, and engagement. This helps me troubleshoot and optimize campaigns without digging through raw logs.

• Modern, minimal UI: The interface is clean and focused, making it easy to manage domains, templates, and contacts. I can start sending emails in minutes without a steep learning curve.

• Developer-centric documentation: The docs are concise, code-oriented, and cover integration details for multiple environments. There are also guides for debugging and error handling during development.

• Regional sending: The ability to send emails from the region closest to my users (North America, South America, Europe, Asia) reduces latency and improves deliverability for global applications.
