All-in-One Business Admin Platform: Responsive and Practical, but UI and Mobile App Need Work **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Juan R. A. | Certified Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Trainer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026 **What do you like best about Moxie?** Works really well for a solopreneur or a boutique-sized business because it brings together the foundational features you typically need in an admin platform to manage day-to-day operations. It includes a meeting scheduler (like Calendly), project management (Trello), email checking, a ticketing system, invoicing, basic accounting, and integrations with calendars, banks, and payment gateways. It also feels very responsive to use, and the support team seems active and still developing the product. The user interface isn’t the best, but it’s intuitive enough to get you started. **What do you dislike about Moxie?** Their mobile app is very basic, and some tasks aren’t intuitive. I actually avoid using it because it feels like there’s very little I can do in it. The design also looks outdated; it reminds me of when the Google website was basically a barebones input box with no styling. While it covers a lot of the admin needs, it doesn’t feel like it does any one thing extremely well. It comes across more as a “get it done” platform than a polished tool. Since it’s a relatively new company, I also have concerns about its longevity. **What problems is Moxie solving and how is that benefiting you?** Moxie puts my revenue and expense tracking in the same place as my project management system. What I have liked most is being able to use a time tracker and quickly assign time to the respective project and client. It's a simple way for me to seamlessly track working time and properly invoice a client. ### 2. There are so many delightful little features that just make my life so much easier. I can't think of one specific feature I like best; they're all incredible and save tons of time! **What do you dislike about Moxie?** There are few areas where Moxie falls short; 1. The UI could be more modern and easier to navigate. 2. The project management feature is clunky and frustrating to use at times. 3. There is no package feature as of yet, where you can sell a number of meetings in one scheduler. **What problems is Moxie solving and how is that benefiting you?** Moxie allows me to use one platform for my scheduling, proposals, contracts, invoicing, time tracking, and bookkeeping.
