Clockodo tracks your work and project times. For every one of your co-workers, the cloud software creates a personal work time account with a target-actual comparison. Set individual target hours and holidays. Manage absences in the system, approve absence requests and see all holidays, sick days, and more in a calendar. Furthermore, you can enter customers, projects, and services for every time entry. Clockodo automatically creates reports for your data and you see what takes up most of your time. With project budgets and hourly rates, you gain a financial overview. Connect Clockodo to the partner payroll systems or the invoicing partners to use the data to the fullest.

"The easiest way to track my time as a freelancer"

What do you like best about Clockodo?

I really enjoy to be able to attribute a client and a project as I start and pause the clock. But the real deal is to be able to produce a report by time period that turns into an invoice in my Quickbooks online in one click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clockodo?

Some settings are a bit hard to deal with just because they're not obvious (to me at least). While there is not a lot of documentations and tutorial, I've been able to communicate with the Clockodo team directly and I've been amazed by there efficiency to get back to me in no time with solutions.
