Calendly is the software that helps us in scheduling business meetings quickly by sending a link with all the date and time details to the another party and when they agrees to the preferd time and date which happens just by clicking on that link then it automatically schedules the meeting and sends a reminder to both the parties. If you are using free plan of the software then it is not customisable at all. Also, if you face any bug while maintaining all the to do list then their support team is also very unresponsive. Its Ai agent is amazing helping me in all my Scheduling and the best thing is that its smart meeting summaries, because of this functionality I don't need any additional meeting recorder or summarizer to actually summarize the entire meeting for me and make the minutes of the meeting.
