# How can you set a time buffer before and/or after appointments? Can we set a global max number of appointments in a day?

I hate when my day gets packed with back-to-back meetings. I would love to set more limits on buffer time between meetings and the number of appointments in a day.

you can set it in the event .
1. got to edit the event.
2. then click on "when can people  book this event?"
3. then go to bottom of it you will find ther what you want
