Supademo saves us an incredible amount of time when it comes to training and onboarding walkthroughs for our clients. Because we work across the construction and fintech industries, it can be challenging to demonstrate complex workflows and features: videos are extremely time-consuming to produce and often aren’t very engaging, while screenshots can lack the context and fidelity our users need.

With Supademo, creating walkthroughs, tours, and tutorials is much faster. It’s also a more intuitive and engaging alternative to video, and it embeds directly into the tools and support platforms we already use.

The ability to easily capture and edit a demo recording has been very helpful. Also, the AI voice-over feature has been very impressive and is quite customizable. Supademo's onboarding was informational and explained everything I needed to know to make a great demo. I also love how easy it is to embed the demo on our website, which has been a great integration. The pricing is more than reasonable, and it performs very well with no lag or buffering at all.

**What do you dislike about Supademo?**

I wish I could have more control over the transitions. Sometimes, especially with voiceovers, the transitions do not seem "smooth"

Explaining what our product does and how it works to potential customers. We have a complicated SaaS product that is geared towards very technical people, and this allows us to showcase what our product does quickly and confidently.

I like that Supademo is a step-by-step tool as opposed to being just a video capture tool. This lets us go back and edit components within tutorials individually rather than having to re-record an entire section. The ability to capture step-by-step components rather than one long video capture is a feature I preferred when we switched from using Loom.

**What do you dislike about Supademo?**

The Supademo editing tool is probably the worst editing tool I've ever used. It's atrocious. Specifically, the lack of ability to go back and undo changes that have been made, the auto navigation when working through the slides that takes you if you delete a slide that's unnecessary, takes you back to the top. It's just not necessary. The user interface is terrible.

Supademo helps with user training through tutorials and walkthroughs, allowing editing of components without re-recording entire sections.

It’s been a game changer for on-boarding our users on to new product features. Demos are great in the way they allow th user to actually play with the tool instead of just static images or a video. The UI of the platform is also very intuitive and easy for any team member to use, and Supademos pricing is the best on the market for this kind of tool.

I haven’t found anything I’ve disliked for now.

Allowing our team to launch in-app demos with no development effort required. Demoing our products in a more interactive way on our website.

My favorite part is the automation. I simply just have to record my screen and Supademo already starts drafting out recommended tooltips.

There are some minor issues that I noticed. For example, we typically repurpose our Supademos and transform them into videos as well. For our videos, we prefer not to have the navigation arrows and despite hiding the navigation, they still sometimes appear in the video so I have to manually delete them afterward.

**What problems is Supademo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us educate our clients on how to use our product. Supademo has been great because sometimes our clients have a different setup that make it challenging to create in-app product tours as the UI may look different. With Supademo, it's a controlled environment that allows the users to click through and learn without having any tooltips potentially breaking on them.

I like the ease of use with Supademo. I appreciate the fact that you can use many different inputs, like HTML, video recording, or screen mirroring, which gives lots of options. It's quite easy to navigate around the platform, which is good because I don't have too much time to spend on it. Also, the initial setup was fairly easy with not too many steps.

**What do you dislike about Supademo?**

Sometimes, I found some bugs where the AI narration won't save the first time. And I'll have to reimport voice over. But I'm not sure if that's a cloud issue or if I've got it open on a different browser, but I don't think that's the case. It just doesn't seem to save.

**What do you like best about Supademo?**

One thing I’ve started appreciating more about Supademo is how easily it lets me create guided, step by step experiences that people can follow at their own pace. Instead of scheduling meetings or explaining the same process repeatedly, I can simply share the walkthrough and users immediately understand what to do.

I also like how polished the final output looks with very little effort. The annotations, highlights, and automatic step detection make the walkthrough feel structured and easy to follow, even when the underlying workflow is complex.

Another great aspect is that it works well for training, documentation, and onboarding. It helps turn internal processes into something visual and interactive, which makes it much easier for teams or clients to learn new tools without needing long written instructions or live demonstrations.

**What do you dislike about Supademo?**

While Supademo is very useful, there are a few areas where it could improve. One area is deeper customization options, especially for branding and styling. Having more control over fonts, layouts, and visual themes would make it easier to align demos with a company’s brand guidelines.

Another improvement could be better handling of complex workflows. Sometimes when capturing longer or multi step processes, it takes a bit of manual adjustment to ensure each step is captured and displayed exactly as intended. A smarter capture process could make this smoother.

It’s very intuitive and easy to use. I was able to create a demo of our website in minutes, and the zoom-in feature, along with the AI-based text suggestions for hotspots is super awesome.

It would be great if we could mute uploaded videos. I couldn’t find a button or setting to do that. Other than that, everything is great.

I love the chrome extension, makes it super easy to use and to install. I also like the record feature, everything is super user friendly, especially to non-tech people.

Nothing so far! I think the biggest barrier would be finding the tool amongst all the options out there and getting it to be useful in the workplace. I know the chrome extension is blocked on some company computers for example.

I like Supademo for its easy screen recording to video editing and hosting, especially with its capture of mouse movements. The prebuilt animations like zooming in are super intuitive to use and really time-saving. The setup was super easy too, just a Chrome extension, which made things smooth from the start. Compared to another demo product we tried, Supademo stands out because it is much easier to use.

Sometimes the motion capture is overly sensitive. Like when I move the mouse with 3 drags to click on a button, it treats it as 3 actions.

Supademo save much time in creating interactive videos. It also helps the user to go through process steps one at a time. Tutorial doesn't go to the next step unless the user do the current step. This interactivity in learning make it more enjoyable and more productive.

I really appreciate Supademo's simplicity. It's incredibly easy to set up and get started, and within 15 minutes, I was able to create my first HTML-based interactive SOP. Sharing is a breeze, and the analytics feature is helpful since it shows me who engages with my demo. The AI voiceover is amazing, especially when I can clone my voice to make it feel more personal. The localization feature is also great because I can easily use these SOPs with our external partners in other countries.

It's already very versatile and complete. But if I have to point out something, it'd be great to have some kind of AI agent where I can direct Supademo to replace all PII all at once instead of having me do it. Would be even better than what it is now.

The automated step copy using AI is fantastic, as are the voice capabilities, including cloning. Its so easy to use. There is a lot of flexibility on how to create steps (recording, screenshot etc). The barrier to getting started and getting value from it is extremely low as there is barely any setup required. Ability to voiceover and blur content are really nice. 

Overall, I find it extremely easy to use. I've needed support from the Supademo team only once, and they were very helpful.

I didn't like their AI bot when I was trying to get help. I wish a human had been there right away, as the bot wasn't helpful at all!

It's a relative delight to use, with a modern and full-featured user interface and ample opportunities for the user to customize and tailor their supademos. The Growth Plan comes with a significant cost increase, but given the ease of recording the source material, the power of a one-click HTML environment is simply not to be understated. I could go on forever. 

Contact their team, try the two-week trial. Supademo is generous with their time, and respectful of yours.

The price hike for the Growth Plan may be a deterrent, some granular controls related to design and layout in the future would be appreciated.

I like using Supademo primarily for creating product demos and walkthroughs. It saves me time by streamlining the product training process. I appreciate that I can use the browser extension to quickly click through a product or feature and have Supademo record each step. I also find that the demos are easy to edit after being captured. The initial setup of Supademo was very easy.
