Our team has deployed multiple customer onboarding forms with a direct URL branded to our website. It's been an integral component of our client operations, and the collection of results, automated email responses, and advanced integrations with our tech stack is perfect. **What do you dislike about Feathery?** The downside is you'll want to place Feathery forms just about everywhere! And for most, that's not a downside. These forms can be embedded to look native as if it's a guided experience taking place in the app. **What problems is Feathery solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to create a branded form with advanced customization. Almost a form that looks like a signup page on a website. None of the other providers, typeform, google form, etc. could come close to the level of customization for the price. We also needed to collect large amounts of data from our clients and have that integrated into our tech stack. We use Feathery as our customer onboarding form. ### 2. More than this, though, is that the founder Peter hopped on a call with me at midnight to get my form up for an important launch the next day. I emailed at 10pm, got a CEO response in 10 minutes, and 1 hour later I was on a call with him. This speaks wonders about the founder and the team. Highly recommend. **What do you dislike about Feathery?** Very hard to think, but a feature request would be to allow easy embedding within my website. **What problems is Feathery solving and how is that benefiting you?** Feathery helps with creating an intake form for inbound leads on my company's landing page. It benefits me by organizing my inbound leads, having a professional form to intake them, and convert them to customers. ### 3. Having the chance to put up aesthetically good and functional design in spite of being a design newbie is one of my favorite benefits of this software. The vast choice of layout types gives me the opportunity to obtain all the data I needed from users. **What do you dislike about Feathery?** The struggle of Feathery with my in-place marketing automation platform is featured in the frustration. This works as a clumsy and prevails high skill set requirements. Ideally, I need a full scale connection with forms, marketing tools and with no need for an IT involvement. **What problems is Feathery solving and how is that benefiting you?** The introduction of Feathery into my axiology redefined how I give forms. Previously, the process of designing forms felt more like a burden than a pleasure, but this is no longer the case, because now it is a fast and friendly process. This is great and is even greater that this feature is included in the free plan. **What do you dislike about Feathery?** It was not obvious that I could use previous values in the form using brackets. If you add a tooltip somewhere explaining that feature it could be great. **What problems is Feathery solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows you to quickly create very complex forms with no code and many features ### 6.
