I don't like that Calendly didn't fulfill its main value proposition, which is particularly disappointing since the last encounter was entirely ineffective. I was really frustrated with the customer service, as they were rude. Also, the confirmation email didn't help at all—it lacked the date, time, or a meeting link, just pushing a free trial instead.
