What do you like best about Calendly?

I don't currently appreciate anything about Calendly. I may have given it a second chance, but rude customer service was the final straw. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

I don't like that Calendly didn't fulfill its main value proposition, which is particularly disappointing since the last encounter was entirely ineffective. I was really frustrated with the customer service, as they were rude. Also, the confirmation email didn't help at all—it lacked the date, time, or a meeting link, just pushing a free trial instead. It's annoying because the whole point is to make booking meetings easy, but now it just made things complicated for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
