I have been using streak for a long time now and it has made email tracking very easy for us. With the way it gets intergrated with Gmail it helps us track and view all emails sent to Clients and candidates. In this way we get to know when the email has been viewed and not and accordingly plan the next step. We have been using streak daily. Streak + Gmail is really powerful. First I love that I can easily connect it with my Gmail. Nothing fancy, just setup and you're good to go.

My favorite is the 'Email tracking' where it informs me real time, what email was viewed or opened, how much time the client stayed on the email and if or when links are clicked. These are important information real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A lot of it's features are still not a ready to go template, but I need to set it up almost manually. For example, the Pipelines are ready as a template but to optimize it's use, there are still few steps to take, to upload or add etc. And not just 1 click or 'next' button.
