**What do you like best about RoboRecruiter?**

What I like the best about RoboRectuiter is its ability to automate repetitive tasks, it has improved initial candidate screening. It has reduced time to hire. Recruitment process is easy.

Sometimes it is challenging to assess certain qualities in candidates like soft skills and problem solving abilities.

**What do you like best about RoboRecruiter?**

RoboRecruiter is easy to use. It is time saving. It makes comfortable to reach to desired candidate group for the roles. It is easy to integrate and implement.It has many good features like GDPR complaint, applications, interviews scheduling etc.

**What do you dislike about RoboRecruiter?**

There is not much to dislike about it. Just the user interface or the layout can be made more simpler.

It is much time saving. It helps avoid reaching irrelevant candidates.

**What do you like best about RoboRecruiter?**

The customization available on the chat flows is excellent, allowing us to create bespoke candidate journeys for each project to meet individual needs.
The reporting also provides valuable MI that allows us to continuously improve our talent attraction strategies in the way other tools cannot at this speed.

**What do you dislike about RoboRecruiter?**

Setup is very involved, especially for the first flow. Often having to work closely with the implementation and technical teams to get desired outputs with multiple rounds of testing.
There can sometimes be a bit of a disconnect in the sales process to what can actually be delivered. Make sure you do your own testing on what can be achieved before pitching to your client!

**What problems is RoboRecruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our recruiters has saved a lot of time speaking to non-relevant candidates as the chat flow can do early stage screening and then successful candidates can book in their own call back slots at a time that works well for them.
This means our teams are really efficient and we anticipate this will also allow us to cut time to shortlist dramatically compared to traditional methods.

**What do you like best about RoboRecruiter?**

RoboRecruiter has enabled us to differentiate ourselves from our competitors and reach out to candidates with interactive technology.  Our response rates have been impressive, allowing candidates to reply on a platform they choose when it's convenient to them.

**What do you dislike about RoboRecruiter?**

There is very little to nothing I dislike about RoboRecruiter.  If I had to write something, it would be handing over control to our account manager, rather than handling tasks in the back end ourselves; having said that, her response time and service has been impeccable.

**Recommendations to others considering RoboRecruiter:**

There was an initial concern with the cost of using RoboRecruiter for a small company, but the results and return on investment have been genuinely valuable.  It is certainly worth the money, time and effort and will save you time in the long run.

**What problems is RoboRecruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've seen a huge increase in candidate response to all conversations sent out (both new and existing). Our ability to reach more candidates, in less time, with higher response rates has been more than worth the cost.

**What do you like best about RoboRecruiter?**

We’ve predominantly used Roborecruiter to capture applications, pre-screen information and book assessment centres for high volume, temporary blue-collar roles. Working with Roborecruiter to provide an efficient, streamlined application process for our candidates, the technology has led to significant cost savings on our direct sourcing campaigns.
In addition to this, Roborecruiter have been supportive in creating new functionality for us – such as assessment centre booking through Calendly –  to ensure we can continue to provide the best possible experience for our candidates. They’ve been able to support us in providing exactly what we require, with valuable support and advice along the way.

**What do you dislike about RoboRecruiter?**

We don'y have any major dislikes. For ease of use we could benefit from amendments to the user dashboard and reporting, but these are things we're already working with Roborecruiter on solving.

**What problems is RoboRecruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On one volume recruitment campaign we worked with Roborecruiter to streamline the candidate application and pre-screen process, which resulted in us onboarding over 2,000 Warehouse Operatives over three months.  Through implementing this process, we saw three main benefits:

•	Cost savings of over £58k in 2019, compared to 2018. This is broken down into a saving of just under £12k on media spend, through having a more efficient way of capturing applications and managing the candidate journey – and a saving of over £46k on the candidate application and onboarding process. 

•	Through spending only £4k on advertising throughout this campaign in 2019, we drove traffic to a client-branded webpage on our website, where we hosted the Roborecruiter chatbot. We achieved 6,045 engagements on Roborecruiter and successfully hired just over 2,000 temporary warehouse workers.

•	We’ve been able to access thorough reporting, in real time. Not only does this enable us to align advertising budgets in the most effective way in order to drive the most applications possible, it’s also helped us build more detailed trends on our candidate persona behaviours. We know Wednesday are the most popular day of the week for candidates to apply for a role with this client, which media channel was most popular and for the small percentage of people who didn’t complete the full chatbot process, which questions made them exit.

**What do you like best about RoboRecruiter?**

Robo Recruiter enables us to reach out and engage at scale both current and prospective members. A process which used to take us weeks now takes seconds - it has quite literally transformed our approach and we LOVE it!!!

Not only does Roborecruiter (affectionately known as Kit!) feel like an extension of our team but so do the entire team that sit behind him. The Customer success team are fantastic and hold your hand every step of the way which is invaluable.

**What do you dislike about RoboRecruiter?**

No downsides we can think of however a top tip is to make sure you invest the time working through your decision pathways as we did and it has paid dividends

If you are looking to engage with your database at scale and with ease then its a no brainer - use Roborecruiter!

**What problems is RoboRecruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RoboRecruiter has enabled mass engagement of both current and prospective members through inbound and outbound campaigns. From an inbound perspective then Kit sits on our website dealing with queries which normally would have been handled by our team so this has greatly reduced their workload. Through the outbound SMS campaign Kit has engaged prospective members so successfully that indeed Nestle signed up as one of our corporate clients within 48 hours of receiving the text. We are delighted and now looking forward to testing out the functionality to leverage our job board!

**What do you like best about RoboRecruiter?**

Ease of use and the speed at which you can contact a large number of candidates are two of Roborecruiters strongest features. My teams can create a variety of chats quickly and easily and we can see immediate results, engaging with candidates in today's digital age. Candidates can respond immediately, whilst on the move, which considerably improves time to hire and the level of engagement from our candidates

**What do you dislike about RoboRecruiter?**

We haven't seen as much success utilising Roborecruiter for engagement surveys and would like to see enhanced functionality in this area.

**Recommendations to others considering RoboRecruiter:**

It is worth investing the time to understand the full functionality of Roborecruiter, we have now rolled out the product to more than just our recruitment teams, using the tool to communicate with our candidates at all different stages of the recruitment journey, including ongoing engagement once placed in a role.

**What problems is RoboRecruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Although primiarily used to pre screen volume candidates, we have recently deployed Roborecruiter to contact candidates working at one of our key financial services clients as part of a disaster recovery test.
Our client was running a disaster recovery test and we had to contact over 1000 contractors in a 30 minute window and ensure that the candidates had read and understood the message. 
We built a chat to inform the workforce of the disaster recovery test and built in a response function to show how many had read and understood the message.
The results were very positive we had a greater level of response than the method used by the client to contact their own permanent workforce, so much so that the client is considering deploying Roborecruiter themselves.

**What do you like best about RoboRecruiter?**

RoboRecruiter enables you to reach out to a large candidate base at scale. Its optimised RPA enables efficient and "to the point" conversations. We get great engagement with candidates, as they get to converse in their the channel of their choosing, at time they choose and in a location they choose i.e. on a train on the way to or from work.

**What do you dislike about RoboRecruiter?**

There is nothing I dislike about RoboRecruiter. If I had to pick something it is that is stands alone and requires a few clicks to get to. As such we built an integration to our Salesforce System so that our recruitment team can execute campaigns and outreach directly from a contact or list of contacts.

**Recommendations to others considering RoboRecruiter:**

Give it a go. Results get better with time and optimisation.

We use RoboRecruiter to maintain an active bench of contractors. We also use it to re engage candidates who dropped out of the recruitment process or were rejected for a specific role and offer them new, more appropriate work opportunities.

**What do you like best about RoboRecruiter?**

Screening at scale inside and outside of operational hours. We're limited regarding when our team can talk to candidates due to industry H&S policies on construction sites. RoboRecruiter made it easy to engage with candidates at scale during lunch/break and evening hours all while integrating with our ATS. There was no duplication of admin effort and a pipeline of engaged people for our team to talk to following a campaign. 

The level of customer service was great. A gent by the name of Nick Treser has supported me through this entire process and has been beyond helpful. 

**What do you dislike about RoboRecruiter?**

Some teething issues regarding the full ATS integration but the RoboRecruiter Engineering team were always so helpful in solving this for me. 

**Recommendations to others considering RoboRecruiter:**

I would deeply understand your audience's 'research and purchasing' behaviors online, how they consume content, what devices they use. I researched our audience, our Google analytics, website heat mapping tools and various other aspects of their behaviours and found our audience very receptive of an SMS (this has been our major success with RoboRecruiter having this capability) I have also kept our chatbot conversations short (1min 20seconds) as my audience are impatient and time poor. I would ensure you have the human resource to fufill your candidate service level agreement following any campaign launch. Our candidate SLA is 24 hours and our team are 100% committed to this. I would also have someone on your team who is excel savvy as there can be some background preparation in terms of a candidate list. This is 100% dependent on how you capture the information in the first place. Our info wasn't being captured in 100% accordance with RoboRecruiter's requirements - for example we have to add +64 to all mobile numbers. I have since changed this on our new website so that the user needs to enter their international code even though they may be based in NZ. 

**What problems is RoboRecruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resourcing and engaging at scale. Effective inbound lead gen tool (because the tool sits on our website, we often get candidates engaging with it there as opposed applying for a specific job online) Increased productivity benefits. Time saving benefits - freeing up our Resourcers o focus on candidate engagement through other digital and traditional channels. Increase in website engagement. Decrease in bounce rate (because users are engaging with the chatbot online).

The ease of which we can contact lots of candidates at the same time and monitor the response.

**What do you dislike about RoboRecruiter?**

Dislike is a strong term, but being able to write more scripts ourselves would be good.

**Recommendations to others considering RoboRecruiter:**

We use Robo as our web bot and to contact groups of candidates, either to ascertain availability or to re-engage. It's been an absolute boon.

We're able to contact large numbers of candidate in one go, using Robo means we're saving money on texting and calling.
