What problems is RoboRecruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?
On one volume recruitment campaign we worked with Roborecruiter to streamline the candidate application and pre-screen process, which resulted in us onboarding over 2,000 Warehouse Operatives over three months. Through implementing this process, we saw three main benefits:
• Cost savings of over £58k in 2019, compared to 2018. This is broken down into a saving of just under £12k on media spend, through having a more efficient way of capturing applications and managing the candidate journey – and a saving of over £46k on the candidate application and onboarding process.
• Through spending only £4k on advertising throughout this campaign in 2019, we drove traffic to a client-branded webpage on our website, where we hosted the Roborecruiter chatbot. We achieved 6,045 engagements on Roborecruiter and successfully hired just over 2,000 temporary warehouse workers.
• We’ve been able to access thorough reporting, in real time. Not only does this enable us to align advertising budgets in the most effective way in order to drive the most applications possible, it’s also helped us build more detailed trends on our candidate persona behaviours. We know Wednesday are the most popular day of the week for candidates to apply for a role with this client, which media channel was most popular and for the small percentage of people who didn’t complete the full chatbot process, which questions made them exit.
