It is one of the most user-friendly solutions I have ever implemented, runs like clockwork, anticipates all your needs, and since its free tier gives you access to basically everything without a countdown trial, I know it inside out and it is now one of the first purchases I recommend as a consultant for mid-size companies. I frequently meet with extremely busy engineers, and I don't have to chase them down anymore—they pick a time, I prepare for my meeting, they show up. The Calendly product team have done an amazing job at anticipating user needs and creating a truly seamless workflow, I have literally never had any issues with it. If and when I ever talk to anyone on the support team it will be to deliver them gift baskets. **What do you dislike about Calendly?** This is only an issue for non English speakers—the localization of the app is unnatural at times and can make the solution a little difficult to grasp, but nothing that can't be solved with a bit of back and forth, nd since the app is exceptionally smooth-running it takes no time. Could probably do without the header image too, or with a more robust solution with options (i.e. circle cropping). **What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm a resume writer. It's very helpful that it takes into account other events on my work calendar to help me stay on track. I use it nearly every day, and it's simplistic to set up and even fun to navigate overall. I appreciate the trainings offered by Customer Support, as well, and the opportunity to view them at a later date. **What do you dislike about Calendly?** The different types of events and rules associated with scheduling can be a bit confusing to navigate. Buffers are challenging. I don't like the lack of good editing options once they are set. The integration with the Microsoft live calendar can be a little bit messy. Sometimes I want to go ahead and block out time for a specific type of event whether or not I have one scheduled, but that negates the opportunity for one to be scheduled later because Calendly takes it as though I'm already busy. It even assists with rsvps being in one central place. I appreciate how it allows me to gather information on clients before I meet with them with various question formats. I like everything about it but mostly how easy to use it is. The intuitive user interface makes it so easy to access all the available features and use them comfortably. I like how Calendly uses automation workflows to automate the scheduling process as it makes it so accurate and precise by eliminating any possible human errors. It integrated swiftly with the virtual meeting products i was already using like GoTo Meeting therefore i did not have to look for additional products. Calendly autonated notification alerts makes sure that am always aware of a coming up appointment giving me ample time to prepare for the appointment. It has always been keeping my schedules very safe by protecting them against any form of unauthorized access. By integrating it with my Google Calendar, am able to sync my existing schedules so that i can find the perfect time that am available for scheduling another appointment. Calendly is easily accessible and has no limitations on when or where to access it from. **What do you dislike about Calendly?** Genuinely, i have had zero dislikes about Calendly so far. I delivers to my expectations and am happy with every aspect about it. **What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the transition to the virtual meetings from the physical meetings, I needed to have a reliable tool for scheduling appointments with my clients and Calendy has been doing the job for me. Calendly is mindful of privacy of data and have in place best security and compliance measures in place for browser connection and integrations. **What do you dislike about Calendly?** I would want to be able to customize my scheduling interfaces even more. When scheduling in a client in a different time zone becomes cumbersome and lastly the dependence on internet connection have disadvantaged me in times when I have crashes in connectivity **What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a music producer, Calendly has created a simplified and seamless scheduling experience for my clients. It clearly show my availability and only the can my client book slots. This has especially been easy when we are working on individual projects with specific clients. We are able to create a personalized working engagements, full focus and assistant to them because I no longer experience walk-ins and interlocking appointments. A well laid out plan and scheduled appointment in Calendly has eliminated that need of soo many apps to keep my tasks in track.
