Its pricing is clear, it is very simple to set up, and over the last 2 years of use it has proven reliable, performative, and the Skyvia team have consistently improved the offerings and added features. **What do you dislike about Skyvia?** We have found the experience of attempting to use the generalized API connector - even with a clear spec from the source vendor - to be challenging. To be fair, this is a very challenging problem to solve compared to the specific and well-supported endpoints it offers. **What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?** We provide technology support to midsized nonprofits who have a Salesforce ecosystem and have neither the budget nor the internal technical capacity to support complex ETL, but have the need for data warehousing or other, similar data ingestion/transformation tasks in an automated fashion. This is our primary use of Skyvia. We are able to roll out solutions in this environment extremely quickly. Everyone on my team, including those with limited or no experience working with ETL solutions, is able to create and support Skyvia solutions easily. ### 3. That's sooo much better than having to export data from HubSpot and then paste it into a spreadsheet, especially for data I want to review every day. **What do you dislike about Skyvia?** The biggest thing is Skyvia Query can't run by itself on a schedule, so I have to do it manually every day. And sometimes I log into the wrong Google account by mistake and then switch to the right one, but it says it can't run the query. I also had a blocker issue with ActiveCampaign, where Skyvia Query always froze. Support mentioned it's an issue with ActiveCampaign returning so much data for the query, so it couldn't be remedied. None of the data querying solutions are perfect, of course. **What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?** It saves me time, because I don't have to export data from HubSpot and then paste it into a spreadsheet every day. Simple interface that is easily interpreted and configured. The software seems to be well designed, simplistic, but very powerful. We found Skyvia to be a very good solution for our Use Case. **What do you dislike about Skyvia?** Easy to mess up and click the "reset time of last sync" option, which will reset your whole replication flow and potentially drop/recreate all tables in your destination depending on how you have the package configured. New columns in the sources do not propagate through to the destination like the Data Export Service (soon to be deprecated) of Dynamics 365. More information could be included in the Replication Logs so it would be easier to determine the root cause of a failure. **What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Microsoft is about to discontinue the dynamics 365 plugin Data Export Service, so we needed a replication solution to take its place. A well designed reliable back up tool, that works exactly as required.
