Clearbit is a high-quality service provider for collecting B2B data, prospecting sales leads, and obtaining 100% accurate contact information for specific purposes. I strongly advise you to utilize this application.

There was not a single mistake that I hated. It's a wonderful tool for me.

The UI is relatively intuitive. The match rate is very good compared to other sources I've looked at.

It takes a little onboarding to make sure you've got everything set up correctly.

**What do you like best about Clearbit?**

Clearbit integrates directly into the Gmail side-panel, so it's super easy to go between prospecting activity windows onto my always-open inbox, and search for prospect emails within my primary communication tool.

**What do you dislike about Clearbit?**

Honestly, nothing. It's a fair trade-off to give domain-level visibility to Clearbit in order to gain access to the full prospecting capabilities of the tool. It's free, easy to use, and super useful. I'd use this tool at any sales position in any company.

**What problems is Clearbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm solving the problem of finding valid email addresses, to have another prospecting communication tool outside of cold-calling and LinkedIn. It saves an enormous amount of time and guesswork.

The interface is very simple to set up and use; All we need is just an email domain, and all information is displayed at a glance; It offers pricing benefits compared to competitors

The features and database is limited; More enrichment information related to technographic (for companies) and psychographic (for leads) could be added; Recent scoops/intelligence could be improved a bit;

Clearbit is a really precise data platform where you can see who visited the platform, which site to be precise and for how long as well. Clearbit also provides a quick report on how many employees work under the company - this is helpful.

**What do you like best about Clearbit?**

Clearbit is overall a great product but I like the interactive charts used for transferring the thoughts. I used it in college and I remember it was the only tool with which I could show some insights.

**What do you dislike about Clearbit?**

To be honest, I haven't used it frequently hence not know about demerits. I only faced a little slowness while refreshing the data. It might be because of massive data.

**What problems is Clearbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves Business Problems like managing channels, funneling, etc. I like the efficiency of it. Clearbit clearly filters out the data based on the conditions.

**What do you like best about Clearbit?**

Clearbit Enrichment is an extremely easy-to-use tool. It integrates directly with Salesforce and enriches Lead, Contact, and Account records for which we may have incomplete or out-of-date data. Enrichment has saved us a significant amount of time by decreasing the amount of information we need to research manually to create a new "complete" Account record. We use Enrichment to append all of the missing data for important Account fields, saving hours each week. Enrichment on Leads allows us to append information for fields that may not have been included on a form submission. 

We also use Enrichment to keep our data up to date. The refresh feature allows us to have accurate data on our Accounts. It is also very helpful that Clearbit flags when any Leads/Contacts have switched roles so that we can update our records if needed.

**What do you dislike about Clearbit?**

There is some room for improvement on the match rate for personal emails. Clearbit is very strong with their matches for work emails, though.

**What problems is Clearbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can easily enrich data on SFDC records where information is missing or out-of-date, which helps us get an accurate picture of the Accounts in our database. We also have access to valuable data (like Company Technologies) with Enrichment.

**What do you like best about Clearbit?**

Great CSM partnership. Our CSM Margo has been very responsive and helpful whenever we have questions or issues. Some other vendors are quick to point you to some documentation that may or may not actually help. Clearbit's team has been a willing partner in strategic discussions and hands-on support to address our specific questions and use cases. Beyond that, the match rates and data itself has been on par with or better than other data providers I've used and it's a relatively easy tool to maintain.

**What do you dislike about Clearbit?**

The form shortening solution is the strongest "out of the box" I've used. However there are some limitations that we chose to apply some custom coding to work around. Namely, if we have form field data for a prospect in our database except for one field (let's say Job Title), and Clearbit doesn't find a match, the default behavior is for Clearbit to show all form fields that were hidden on page load (except for true hidden form fields like for UTMs). So, our visitors would have to fill in not just the Job Title field, but any other form fields like Company Name, Number of Employees, etc even if we have that data in our CRM/MAP.

**What problems is Clearbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Page view to form submission conversion rate. We've now got it to a place that we never ask a visitor for data we already have, which has been great for conversion rates and a smooth visitor experience on any conversion pages. Conversion rates have trended up the last 4 months.

All the unique B2B data points contained in Clearbit's Enrichment product have been indispensable in helping us shape our Named Account strategy. 

It's also been super helpful in improving personalisation in our email outreach.

Lastly, their API docs are a great way to understanding all the possibilities.

**What do you dislike about Clearbit?**

There are no features in the Enrichment product that I dislike. It's a pretty rock-solid solution.

take it for a test drive!

Improving our meeting to opportunity creation conversion rate by being more focused and targeted in our scaled email outreach programs.

I like all the different data points you can access. I also really appreciated the ease of use with the API and simple Zapier integration for testing new use cases.

Using it for SME presented some challenges. The plan options seem to be geared toward enterprise customers.

Try it out and think about how you might use some of the data points to personalize marketing and sales outreach.

Clearbit saves us hours of data research and input. Finding simple things like LinkedIn urls, company size, and revenue off of an email address was a gamechanger for us.

**What do you like best about Clearbit?**

The most helpful thing about the clear bit is that it can be used directly in Gmail and directly can be used to get the leads. Its various tools, such as zapier, salesforce, etc., are used to enrich the data and used to save time and helps to concentrate on the prospects who are really interested in buying our product.

**What do you dislike about Clearbit?**

The least helpful about the clearbit is that the application is very complex to use. Beginners will not be able to use the software at first. It also does not sometimes work; it suddenly stops, so you have to restart to work again. Rest all is good for use and will help generate leads.

**Recommendations to others considering Clearbit:**

I would like to recommend using clearbit enrichment to others because it is the one-stop application that has everything you need to find out the right prospects for the products you sell. So guys, go for it.

Many problems have been solved by using the clearbit enrichment. It has many tools such as zapier, slack, salesforce, etc. It helps in generating leads for us; it also saves so much time. It helps in developing the fully enriched profile of the prospects that gives you a whole scenario so that you can understand if the prospects are really going to provide you with a response or not. From this, you can get an idea about the prospects and will save you time and help to find the right prospects.

**What do you like best about Clearbit?**

We use Clearbit to shorten our forms (so that users on our website require fewer data fields to enter) and to enrich our leads and accounts in our CRM. 

I like that there's a high match rate between our records and theirs, ensuring we get most of the data points (demographic and firmographic) that we need.

**What do you dislike about Clearbit?**

One area that could use improvement is how non-business emails are handled, and we seem to get better data quality matches with North American accounts compared to European accounts.

We're trying to optimize our conversion rates (through shorter forms) and improve our data quality for lead scoring and sales intelligence.

**What do you like best about Clearbit?**

Clearbit Enrichment is an invaluable addition to our tech stack. By shortening our forms, we are able to reduce friction and increase conversion rates, and by providing so much background information about people and accounts, our lead scoring model is even more polished now. Our top-of-funnel metrics wouldn't be where they are without Clearbit!

**What do you dislike about Clearbit?**

It can be tricky to implement on forms/landing pages, you'll definitely need a web developer to troubleshoot issues that arise on different browsers, but the effort is well worth it.

**What problems is Clearbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Clearbit Enrichment, we are improving our lead generation by truncating forms alongside our web development efforts. Our SDRs also love the enriched data that we wouldn't be able to capture otherwise.

**What do you like best about Clearbit?**

This is the second company I've been at where I've used Clearbit, and I recommend it to virtually everyone I speak with, as it should form an integral part to any GTM organization's tech stack. Though there are over 100 data points available on the account level, I've found that the ability for Clearbit to get firmographic data (company size, industry, etc.) as well as technographic data (technologies used by said companies) across a huge portion of our database is really the biggest differentiator for us. Despite the COVID and the ensuing move to WFH for most companies, Clearbit was still able to provide a strong match rate on companies for us, which is absolutely essential to know if a prospect should receive Sales outreach or be pushed down the self-serve path.

**What do you dislike about Clearbit?**

As with any data provider, there's always a desire for an event better match rate on accounts. That said, Clearbit still performs impressively well here. It's also important to note that any prospect of consequence (i.e. one we'd have Sales speak to) will likely be enriched—it's often the smaller, non-US companies that have the lower match rates.

**What problems is Clearbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working in a product-led growth business, we have a lot of monthly signups that, though valuable, do not individually merit Sales resources (i.e. there's a low ceiling on what they could pay us each month); as such, it's critical that we're judicious with what we send to Sales: not only must the prospect be engaged with our product, but they must also fit firmographic criteria we've established to ensure they have the potential to meet our price point. This is where Clearbit Enrichment is a life-saver for us. We're able to automatically route leads to the right path based on what we know about them from Clearbit upon signup. It saves us so much time and prevents our Sales team from engaging with the wrong prospects.

Like the title says, Clearbit Enrichment is a straightforward data enrichment option that just works. The Clearbit team is also quite helpful, and has spent time working with our team to get us ramped up quickly.

Depending on the audience you work with, there can be a low match rate. We also see occasional errors in lead information, but not any more than other vendors.

**What do you like best about Clearbit?**

We use the forms product, and the ability to get additional, deeper data with our form fields has been amazing. Now that we just need an email address to get most demographic info, we've added a few more qualifying questions to our forms to improve overall lead quality. Also, it plays really nicely with all the other tools in our stack. Their support has been incredible both for Enrichment and Advertising- super fast response times, thorough issue evaluation, and quick resolution.

**What do you dislike about Clearbit?**

There's little visibility into which attributes were enriched (and which ones weren't), so I'd love to see that as a feature

**Recommendations to others considering Clearbit:**

Definitely worth it- It absolutely changes how you look at collecting lead information and forms on your website.

We have a very unique offering that has some appeal to the general population, so being able to quickly enrich and validate the emails of true leads has been incredible. We've cut down on the number of junk leads sent to sales, and increased our conversion rates on forms by shortening the amount of data we require.

**What do you like best about Clearbit?**

Clearbit prospector is extremely easy to use and to train others who might not be as computer savvy to use. The Salesforce integration is seamless and makes the process of finding, capturing, and converting leads from Clearbit to our sales process easy and effective. Extremely helpful that it links directly to website, Linkedin, etc, the data intelligence is extremely useful.

**What do you dislike about Clearbit?**

Hoping for more leads data there are often not HR contacts available for large companies listed in Clearbit. The data is only updated once a month and weekly would be more beneficial to our efforts.

**Recommendations to others considering Clearbit:**

Clearbit was helpful at first but the lacking of updated & accurate data for HR decision-makers made us end up switching to Zoom Info. It also does not have the deep contact and organization data intelligence in once place and left me still going to LinkedIn and Google searches to find all of the information I needed for meetings. If Zoom Info is out of your data enrichment price range then Clear Bit might be the next best option.

**What problems is Clearbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How to quickly prospect and add that prospect to Salesforce. The ability to access additional information about the person or organization helps save time and improves effectiveness. Data is lacking in comparison to Zoom Info.

Their coverage/match rate is not what I would hope it'd be in the 100-500 employee range. Also, please bring back the Google Sheets integration :-)

Their form shortening product increases conversion rates on Pardot forms by showing fewer fields to the visitor. Overall, we have decreased the number of missing fields by a significant amount after turning Salesforce enrichment on.

It is very user friendly tool with intuitive interface where every icon I present in a well-organized form. Furthermore I can easily find out any company’s webpage and correspond with them about my product. The extensions, that are provided by this software updates automatically to show users useful information. I appreciate its simple lay out and its navigation which allows SDRs to find company associated webpages.

The pricing policy is very high which hinders its usage among the small business setup. Also the companies LinkedIn profile is not found every time. However this tool is found to be convenient one. It helps us a lot in targeting important tasks of companies.

I like the ease of use post-implementation. Going into the platform has made it really easy to verify any potential client or company information. Clearbit has also reduced our forms from almost 10 fields to only 2 fields.

The implementation process was a little difficult on the Hubspot integration side, but the Clearbit team was really helpful in resolving this for us.

**What do you like best about Clearbit?**

Ease of use of their APIs, for a self-service plan it really is a good price and there's not much hassle in integrating them if the required volumes are small-medium. Good database size, also identifies personal emails which is a big plus comparing to others.

**What do you dislike about Clearbit?**

Once you're over their self-service limit, you can only increase your plan at least 4 times over, so there's no real room to grow realistically, either you spend loads for stuff you don't need, either you're going to go over your quota half-way through the month. Regarding Clearbit X, I was interested to see how their new platform works and how it can help lead generation, but they won't even give you a trial and they're being very secretive about it, while expecting clients to sign a yearly agreement, which is a big no.

I like that I am able to lookup email addresses of individuals that may not be public. It's incredibly helpful.

I dislike when there are no search results. There really isn't much that I dislike about using this extension.

Give it a try and you might like it. It's easy to install and very easy to use.

**What do you like best about Clearbit?**

This tool has touched the sales and marketing department of my organization and it is constantly providing me a clear route to manage my sales activities. By the help of this tool I am capable of boosting the sales of my products as it is integrated with so many softwares which helps me to drag and drop the information about my product its integration with salesforce has equipped me effective clients data and the analytics it provides me help me to draft more unique business plans.

**What do you dislike about Clearbit?**

Sometime this tool provides the unauthentic information and couple of time my emails return as address not found. This is very in convenient especially when you try to target certain company form among so many, moreover this tool is little costly they should reduce its price in plans.

I will like to suggest it to those organization which are trying to find a particular business partner for their product selling and marketing. It will show you a clear way of approaching them it will save your time and prevent you from extra visit (door to door).

Clearbit is an amazing platform. With the help of this tool I am capable of managing my customer’s relations and simultaneously I extract the important business data. It is basically a B2B type business tool that helps me to get in touch with leading industry.

**What do you like best about Clearbit?**

Out of all the tools available in the email finding market, Clearbit definitely is an easy to use tool. The best part is Clearbit gives you social media links of the prospects of the organization that you are searching for. It helps to easily connect with that person by sending them emails and connection requests on LinkedIn at the same time. It also shared details of the department the person is aligned to. Compared to other tools Clearbit gives more credits.

**What do you dislike about Clearbit?**

The contact details are not fresh. For example, if the person has left that organization, Clearbit shows his details under that previous organization. This mostly has led to failed and bounced emails. Also sometimes the tool gets stuck.

**Recommendations to others considering Clearbit:**

The tool is amazing but it's not 100% accurate like every other tool. A combination of this tool with any other free tools will give you more confirmation.

I use Clearbit to find the email addresses and social media links of the salespeople I need to connect. It helps me save a lot of time and gives correct information.

**What do you like best about Clearbit?**

This platform that allows you to carry out a more solid and fluid marketing for a stable and effective interaction with customers, will help you identify and understand future prospects, you will also be able to personalize each marketing and sales interaction with the tools and functions that it provides. Clearbit. It will help you to keep the information updated, it is easy to use and its interface is clean and organized, great to navigate without problems.

**What do you dislike about Clearbit?**

Our experience has been good and satisfactory. We have not presented any problems with this great platform, however the information is not 100% accurate, even sometimes we need to validate and update the information again.

**Recommendations to others considering Clearbit:**

It is great for companies that want data enrichment easily in company information, it has an easy, automated and accurate system. You can also transfer all sales and potential customers to Salesforce, it really saves a lot of time and you will have a fluidity of work, this helps to channel valuable time in other areas or simply when communicating with your potential customers, sometimes the information is not completely correct, it could be a problem for some but it has worked well for us and we have obtained significant results. Totally recommended.

We use Salesforce as a CRM for our company, so Clearbit is important to our daily sales activities, from helping to maintain and update our database to providing all the information in one tab. Our work team has obtained a work flow and valuable time savings that we can channel in other areas. Through the tools and functions that this platform offers us, we now quickly find corporate email addresses. We expanded our ability to attract users and convert them and potential customers, our sales have increased and we have significant income, we are happy with the results. We reached our goals in a short time, excellent choice has a very important role for us Clearbit.

**What do you like best about Clearbit?**

The data accuracy is what I love most about this product, and the data searching functions perform nicely, allowing quick multiple searches of different previous company information. Clearbit is also very good software for prospect list building. Clearbit supports integration with several other systems like Drift, Salesforce, and the notification options, and the accuracy of the various contact numbers simplifies various operations, saving more time for the organization. Additionally, the tool's Gmail plug-in is great.

For new users of the product, it may not be simple to get started, but all that does not take much time to learn.

The simplified search on domain, emails and names for all users to search for the right person and contacts for your marketing campaigns alongside with linkedin profile and company information

Being the domain primarily the only way to conduct a search for more results and not having C-type personnel separated from other company users

Just do a trial and you'l get the total picture, your into a 50 total queries in a trial that gives you the leverage to see the advantages of a business intelligence information tool such as Clearbit Enrichment
