Working in a small startup, it is very common to have several platforms for marketing and sales, always looking for savings. Therefore, what I love about Outfunnel is the possibility of integrating all the marketing data and thus giving valuable insights to the sales area to know the exact moment to contact a prospect. What I don't like are two specific things: the impossibility of seeing hard and soft bounces and I also feel that the reporting section is very limited, it doesn't show basic information such as replies, which doesn't offer enough information when making decisions to optimize email campaigns. The app connector is very easy to set up and allows me to create a seemless integration between your CRM and marketing tools. Tools like Zapier area great but Outfunnel goes a step further.
