Therefore, what I love about Outfunnel is the possibility of integrating all the marketing data and thus giving valuable insights to the sales area to know the exact moment to contact a prospect. **What do you dislike about Outfunnel?** What I don't like are two specific things: the impossibility of seeing hard and soft bounces and I also feel that the reporting section is very limited, it doesn't show basic information such as replies, which doesn't offer enough information when making decisions to optimize email campaigns. **What problems is Outfunnel solving and how is that benefiting you?** The integration of our marketing tool with our CRM so that we have all the data integrated.
