I started using Relay app because I needed a way to show my students what AI agents can actually do, without using anything that could compromise or be blocked for security reasons on our university network. Relay was the perfect choice. Just a note- this review is from someone in the academic field. I don’t use it for business.

I mostly use it as a teaching tool in my AI literacy class. Instead of just talking about agents in theory, I can actually demonstrate them in action. It makes the whole idea click for students in a way a lecture never could. They get to see it, not just hear about it.

What I love most is how easy it is to use. I’ve even use it on my phone (not how it’s intended) but it still works, which says a lot. They provide a nice a nice variety of apps to experiment with, which is great for teaching because students can start to imagine their own use cases pretty quickly.

I’m a new user. I tried the product for about a month and, a few weeks ago, I decided to become a paying customer. As a new customer, you sometimes make mistakes during the building process. The system itself helps correct the process, but to make things more efficient, I needed support. I received support and assistance, as well as excellent customer service. The UI is really clean and easy to follow.. The have many built-in connectors that make setting up secure access to different accounts, like Google or third-party services, really simple. The error reporting in Relay.app is great because I can immediately see why things go wrong, and the built-in AI assistant makes it easy to resolve these errors. I also love that they are making improvements at a really rapid pace and are very responsive to the community on Slack. Whenever I have had a question or issue, their team quickly responds to help answer my questions and get things fixed. One Saturday afternoon when I had a question about a small missing feature, one of their developers jumped into a Slack conversation with me and, less than an hour later, had created and launched the feature, which I could put to use right away. I like the ease of use and integrations that Relay.app offers. The simple process to set things up and generate a run is really convenient. The various integrations including HubSpot, Gemini, Chat GPT, and others make it incredibly functional for my needs. I also appreciate how everything is provided in a one-page summary, saving me time and giving me exactly what I need at a glance. It highlights key updates, next steps, and even coaching points that I can share with my team. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, one of the most ease of implementations we've ever had to deal with, especially with the assistance of one-on-one time with Jacob. The only improvement is more automation on the stance of credits that are being used to the user. I'd like to set up a weekly notification for the number of credits left in my account or a percentage, and then view my target based on past runs or a past period. I like the unbelievable ease of use with the new chat that creates the workflow for me. It's great that I can just tell the chat the kind of workflow I want, and it will build it for me, so I don't have to remember how a workflow works. I also appreciate the constant evolution of the product and, perhaps above all, the customer service; they're always there for me. I like the easy-to-use user interface of Relay.app, and how I can use a natural language prompt to set up and improve workflows. I really like how I can talk to the AI agent about what kind of workflow I need, and it creates the workflow on the right side without having to use many clicks. Natural language conversation makes it so that, as a beginner-level user, the learning curve isn't steep, allowing me to start using the product easily from day one. The initial setup is very easy. Once I log into Relay.app, and visit the website, I see a 'Log In' button. Maybe I should be taken to the dashboard right away here? I find the new agent chatbot on Relay.app amazing because it helps me utilize all the most advanced features in an easy English language format, making the interface much smoother. I don't know how to code, so the chatbot makes it really accessible and helps improve my workflows. Relay.app does a lot of neat things with its expansive functionality, and setting it up was very easy and simple. I use Relay.app to make the hiring process in our company automated, and I like that it helps sort emails and data from candidates automatically, saving several man-hours.
