Massive Integration Library: I love the sheer number of integrations available. It seems like no matter what service we’re using, Coupler has a connector that gets us up and running quickly.

Append Mode Rigor: I’d like to see more rigorous checks for "Append" mode. It does a good job with spreadsheet destinations, but it lacks the ability to detect already imported rows for database destinations, which can lead to duplicates.

Since I have five instances of QBO, it quickly used up all the licenses available in the personal edition. Upgrading to the next version wasn’t financially feasible for us, so we decided to stop using Coupler for Stripe imports—especially since we already had a solid view of that data from prior code.
