The biggest positive for me is how much faster our reporting has become. Being able to pull customised versions of our Mailchimp reports directly into our main marketing spreadsheet has saved us a huge amount of manual work. Overall, I found the setup and daily use of Coupler.io to be smooth and efficient. Massive Integration Library: I love the sheer number of integrations available. It seems like no matter what service we’re using, Coupler has a connector that gets us up and running quickly.

Built-in Data Transformations: I really like the ability to perform data transformations directly within the pipeline. Being able to clean and format data before it hits the destination has saved us several manual steps.

HubSpot Association Support: It’s a bit of a specific use case, but I wish it had better support for association data in HubSpot. Mapping those specific relationships can be a bit of a struggle currently.

Append Mode Rigor: I’d like to see more rigorous checks for "Append" mode. It does a good job with spreadsheet destinations, but it lacks the ability to detect already imported rows for database destinations, which can lead to duplicates.

No Native UUID Formula: I would love to see a formula to generate UUIDs. Since sources like Google Analytics and LinkedIn don’t provide native IDs, having a way to assign unique IDs during the import would be a huge win for our data organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find it limiting that Coupler.io doesn't integrate with personal LinkedIn accounts, which hampers our ability to gather some critical data. Additionally, the inability to integrate with social scheduling software like Sprout Social or Loomly restricts our workflow efficiency. This limitation means we cannot automatically pull tags from Loomly, which would significantly streamline our processes.
