I love how Calendly integrates directly with my Google Calendar, Zoom, and Meet. The notification features before meetings for reminders are mind-blowing. I appreciate that I don't have to worry about creating a Zoom link after getting an appointment, as this tool does it for me very smoothly. It's also great that I don't have to manually send Zoom links or do follow-ups; everything is on this tool. I'd rate the initial setup a 10/10, and I'm highly likely to recommend Calendly to others. A lot of features related to notifications and such things are not available in the trial version. They only have some flexibility for that in the paid version. I like that Calendly's UX is well thought ouT with no fluff, and it works exactly as you expect without any extras. The automations and workflow setup are primarily what we use, and they're really helpful to automatically route inbound leads to the correct sales teams / regions without any concern.

They help with lead assignments by routing leads based on our form inputs to the right salespeople.
