Calendars suck. They have forever, they are not well interoperable and it is hard to tell people that you have 4 different calendars that to schedule time with you requires looking at all of them. But Calendly pulls all those together and tells people when they can actually reach you, and that is such an obviously desirable feature it is shocking it took so long for Calendly to come along and solve the problem. Because my calendar items are complicated, it's not automated as I'd like -- I manually go in and update my availability regularly which is prone to error (since I don't always remember when I schedule something outside of Calendly to go in and update my availability.
