What do you like best about Redtail Technology?

I love Redtail Technology for organizing my business with workflows, notes, and all their incredible features. It ensures I don't miss meetings and provides all the important client information I need. Curtis and Aubrey make every interaction fun and understandable, answering any questions wonderfully. I absolutely love Redtail Speak for its quick and efficient communication with clients. Learning more about workflows, notes, and tags is convenient and makes doing business much easier. What do you dislike about Redtail Technology?

My only feedback would be that on the Redtail Speak app the keyboard is not present at the bottom of the screen. I have to swipe up to type and then swipe down to see what I typed. What do you like best about Redtail Technology?

I use Redtail Technology for the calendar and reminders, which is the most important thing for me. I enjoy having the app available to log in first thing in the morning and check my schedule for the day. It's great for putting in reminders for daily tasks and meetings. Uploading documents is really important, and I can pull up what I need when moving between office locations. I love the easily accessible search at the top to find a client quickly. It helps when I receive a phone call and can immediately pull up information or notes from previous conversations. Overall, I've been very happy with Redtail, and I haven't had any glitches. What do you dislike about Redtail Technology?

What do you like best about Redtail Technology?

I appreciate Redtail Technology for being a helpful CRM tool, especially optimized for the financial services industry. It assists from an operational standpoint by automating our processes and SOPs through workflows, allowing us to integrate multiple team members efficiently in handling our client service needs. I like the ability to customize the tool to create different users, subgroups, and teams, which lets us effectively handle tasks without unnecessary alerts bogging us down. The soft touch campaign and marketing features, along with future reminders, really enhance the soft part of our client service. Plus, their support is fantastic, consistently providing five-star assistance, whether over the phone or through the virtual app component embedded in the CRM. What do you dislike about Redtail Technology?

The top thing is gonna be the fact that all documents, both through activities where they're linked in the documents tab and through imaging, when you actually click on them, unfortunately, download to a local drive. What do you like best about Redtail Technology?

What I like most about Redtail Technology is it's very intuitive. It also integrates with Orion, so I'm not doing double work. It pushes and pulls information back and forth between the two, allowing for a cohesive experience. I don't have to worry about what I need to put in one that I've already put in the other. What do you dislike about Redtail Technology?

Definitely the householding. A lot of times I'll go in and I will create on the primary account holder I'll put in spouse, and I'll go ahead and fill that information in. And when you do that, it doesn't work well. So you have to go in and put each spouse in individually as a separate person and then you have to go in and on the primary person, add the spouse to the household. But yeah. So it's a little bit clunky on that. We've had some challenges with that. There have also been some challenges with some of those initial fields when we're filling them out. So we've learned to be a little bit light on filling out initial fields until we get the spouses lined up and linked together. The initial setup was easy as far as just creating your login and, and getting into the product. It was not as easy when you started adding clients to the software where there were spouses. What do you like best about Redtail Technology?

I find Redtail Technology to be a dependable and practical solution for managing client relationships and internal workflows. It is pretty easy to navigate and highly customizable, which is a big plus for me. I also like how it integrates smoothly with a lot of different financial companies that we deal with, along with portfolio management and reporting platforms. The software supports team collaboration well and provides consistent organization that we need. The workflow features are helpful, and the shared calendar, for the most part, works pretty well. What do you dislike about Redtail Technology?

I think they had an internal form field, which allowed you to quickly fill out an internal form to sort a workflow. That might be helpful. Also, internal forms have had a way to collaborate within internally. To get workflow processes done. I think within the workflows, if you had an area where you could have an online form with checkboxes and input text fields, it would add structure to the internal workflows and also to preformatted notes. What do you like best about Redtail Technology?

I like that Redtail Technology serves as a central hub where all client information is kept. We refer to it as the bible because it's nice to have one spot for everything, like contact information, Social Security numbers, and notes on past client interactions. It's the one source we look at when trying to figure out what we've done with a client or what needs to be done. What do you like best about Redtail Technology?

I use Redtail Technology for all of our client notes, which is super helpful for keeping records of any interaction with clients. This way, we always know what was discussed the last time we spoke with them. I really like the bulk email feature because it allows us to send communications to multiple people, and it assists us a lot. Plus, we can keep the same group and update it as we go. What do you dislike about Redtail Technology?

When deleting someone from a bulk group, it will delete them from the system. It would be nice to delete them from the group instead of having to go directly to their profile and losing your spot on the group. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Redtail Technology?

I rely on Redtail Technology to organize my days and weeks, extending out to a month for planning. I appreciate the CRM features because, without them, I would have to use another tool, but it works well for me. I like that I can see everything going on with a specific client in a single view, regardless of who is working on it, which helps in my meetings with the client. What do you like best about Redtail Technology?

I use Redtail Technology as my central tech hub for running my practice. I like its ease of use as a CRM, which allows me to integrate everything from form completion to AI notes and marketing. It solves the problem of centralizing essential client data, integrating my tech stack, and being able to extract client data. The initial setup was very easy, just an Excel spreadsheet upload and done. I also appreciate that Redtail Technology is proactively improving and being a leader in the Fintech industry. What do you like best about Redtail Technology?

I really appreciate that Redtail Technology is customizable enough without needing an engineer to make changes. It's also awesome that Orion and Redtail are now partnered. I like that Redtail integrates with Orion, and I love the fact that at any point you can jump on a chat or screen-share with someone from Redtail who will walk you through whatever you need. Their one-on-one topic-specific trainers are amazing too. Plus, if you want to take a deep-dive into a particular topic, they will spend one hour with you at no extra charge.
