What do you like best about Redtail Technology?

It's very comprehensive. There is a lot of data points you can track about clients, prospects, centers of influence, events, seminars, etc. It's a data lovers dream. Workflows are very powerful. I think the pricing is more suitable for teams as well compared to similar services. The UI updates over the past year or so have been really great and modernized Redtail. It's become much easier to use with several integrations for our broker-dealer and other software services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Redtail Technology?

I really wish we could upload a client via Excel template. It's apparently possible by sending to Redtail, and this may have been updated, but we do a lot in Excel. Being able to import contacts via Excel would be such a game changer. Although the app is very comprehensive, it can feel kinda clunky and slow at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Redtail Technology?

What do you dislike about Redtail Technology?

The only downside of using Redtail that I can think of is that it can be a little confusing when running a quick list or tag group, but when this happens, I call support and they are very helpful explaining how to perform the search. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Redtail Technology?

What do you dislike about Redtail Technology?

I wish it was more customizable and I wish the integrations were more in depth. Like if I update an email for my client, it flows to Mail Chimp. Or, if I add/remove someone to a Mail Chimp tag group, it does that action automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Single Biggest and Most Important Component to My Tech Stack"
What do you like best about Redtail Technology?

Redtail is the biggest and most important component to my tech stack bar none. I use it every day for everything. It keeps me operating at the highest professional level and continues to amaze and adapt. From the start with notes and contact information but has evolved to email and txt messages being captured, it has also allowed me to be completely paperless with document storage. 99.99% of the time their system is working as expected and controls many other aspects of my business. On the rare occosion when you have to call for any type of support or problem, you are always met with a knowledgeable and patient customer service person. Redtail integrates easily integrates with almost every program I use flawlessly. Many years ago, it took time to implement but that investment has paid dividends over the years. What do you dislike about Redtail Technology?

Whenever there is a small change or tweak that I would like to see implemented, it has to go to a committee to decide and never have I seen any of the viable suggestions implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Redtail Technology?

I love the easy search functions and reporting options. I use Redtail as the Administrative Coordinator for a CPA firm and it is wonderful being able to grab clients and pertinent information with ease. I also love the integrations with our other software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Redtail Technology?

There isn't one thing that I dislike about Redtail. One feature that was annoying was the chat box on the lower right corner blocking information, however, we were heard and it was moved. What do you like best about Redtail Technology?

Redtail is well-designed to meet the specific needs of our industry. Very little customization is needed in order for it to perfectly fit what we need from it. What do you like best about Redtail Technology?

What I like best about RedTail is that it has a ton of integration add-ons, for the most part is user friendly, and has the most helpful staff if you get stuck. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Redtail Technology?

I think they may have over complicated the report filters. I have to call RedTail every time I want to filter Active clients that have emails, or active clients that have addresses only. It is very strict regarding their protocols for each activity. The workflows and activities have to completed in their format and it can be difficult to work around. It's the most complete, most intuitive CRM on the market today. It makes information easy to place, as there is a place for ALL client information and that makes info easy to find when we need it.
