It extracts dozens of CRM fields from my calls and automatically syncs them to Salesforce, saving me hours of manual note-taking every week. I also really value the scorecard coaching insights, which give me immediate feedback on my discovery and demo calls without having to wait for a manager's review. Intelligent CRM autofill was the core feature we launched with years back, and remains for many the most critical. I don't think I've ever met a soul that loves data entry.
Your callout of the scorecard self-coaching is great to hear. The best reps out there are always looking to improve their pitch, and being able to put every call you have up against a rubric automatically means, as you said, that you don't have to wait for your manager to tell you what can be done better.
