"Fantastic company, fantastic product and excellent leadership."
What do you like best about StackOne?

StackOne offers a clean, intuitive interface for managing API integrations, making it easy for both technical and non-technical users to connect services without deep coding knowledge. Its modular architecture and pre-built connectors help accelerate integration timelines, while robust documentation and automation features reduce maintenance overhead. They are fantastic! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackOne?

I can't think of many -- they listen to customer feedback and are very responsive. It's an excellent product and organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unified API saves time and hassle"
What do you like best about StackOne?

Building once for multiple use cases is a huge benefit for us. Often we have to plan out integrations and even if they follow a similar integration pattern, it's difficult to schedule time per implementation. Using a unified API has removed a tonne of hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackOne?

You do somewhat have to lock-in to the StackOne ecosystem but it's a worthwhile trade-off. By standardising our approach through a unified API, we will significantly reduce the complexity of managing multiple integrations, allowing us to focus on delivering value rather than maintaining custom connections. "Easy integration with a wide selection of ATS"
What do you like best about StackOne?

The technical documentation was easy to consume and there was a clear focus on security. Using the StackOne dashboard was always very easy, the concept of StackOne Projects made integrating across our different environments a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackOne?

The Node.js SDK would on occasion fall behind the API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to integrate with great coverage of HRIS platforms"
What do you like best about StackOne?

We're the developers of Workpro case management for HR teams and we selected StackOne to use for integrating HRIS platforms into Workpro. We see the benefits as wide coverage of different HRIS platforms; great documentation and onboarding support; improved onboarding for our customers. They also have a good commercial model which ties in well with our product growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackOne?

More of an issue with working with multiple different HRIS backends, some less frequently used fields aren't already mapped in their implementation and it can take a little while for these to be included. However, they have excellent documentation which describes which field mappings are available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, effective and well-supported"
What do you like best about StackOne?

It gets the job done, lot's of integrations, it is not too complex, and the support was great when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackOne?

Gem stability: it's still pre-1.0 and the changelog is not very descriptive as it is generated with another tool, so it makes it hard to know what changed in each version, but at least they release new versions frequently Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Saved time in implementation."
What do you like best about StackOne?

Docs are good. TS SDK is easy to use.

Team around it was supportive and helpful.

Didn't want to spend time implementing layers of mapping between 3rd party providers, having a well thought out implementation that means you write code once that just works is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackOne?

Lack of filtering options when getting lists Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
