"Outstanding Support and a Huge Library of Learning Content"
What do you like best about Go1?

The 2 best things about Go1 are the support (they have the best client support people, a joy to work with) and the volume of learning content. I always find 5 or more excellent courses for my associates' needs. Often, I find many, many more! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Go1?

The only issue we have encountered was a mix up with the sandbox versions of some content causing duplications. Jesse and his team help us find and remove the courses so quickly there was no disruption for our learners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Compliance with Easy Setup"
What do you like best about Go1?

I appreciate Go1's comprehensive compliance offerings, which are crucial for our geographically diverse organization. The setup is easy and straightforward, especially given its integration with our LMS. I particularly like the search functionality and filtering by feedback ratings and course duration. This helps me ensure that team members get high-quality, trusted courses efficiently. Additionally, the vast range of courses—from compliance to personal interest topics—makes Go1 a versatile one-stop-shop platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Go1?

{"The AI functionality, including the AI chatbot and recommendation algorithm, is not very effective yet. I have observed it evolve from non-existent to operational but still not quite good, although it is slowly improving. This area is developing, but it currently lacks the desired efficiency and sophistication.","Some of the tech courses on programming are not the latest versions on Go1. This delay happens because providers tend to sell them first and only make them available on Go1 when slightly outdated. This is particularly frustrating when equipped with developers eager to access the most current content on platforms like Azure or SQL."} Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A huge Variety of Learning at Your Finger Tips"
What do you like best about Go1?

Go1 offers a fantastic variety of learning solutions, courses, and self-paced learning paths for us to choose from. If you're ever in need of suggestions for new learning content, they can provide that throughout the 12 months of learning or even offer AI-suggested content based on your specific needs.

Go1 is incredibly helpful, and we meet with our representative every month to discover new things they are doing for us. They bring in new content and update older courses regularly, ensuring that we always have access to the latest and most relevant learning materials. They have over 80K courses in multiple languages. "Great library of training materials"
What do you like best about Go1?

The comprehensiveness of the training courses they offer, and the ease of finding a suitable course to load to my LMS. I buy GO1 through a partnership with with my LMS vendor; they have made it super easy to get courses automatically loaded to my LMS. We look for new courses regularly, and have never been unable to find a suitable course. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Go1?

None - the closest I can come to haveing a dislike is that they have so many courses available that I can spend a lot of time looking for the "very best" one -- which is a happy problem to have! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My experience with Go1 has been positive overall."
What do you like best about Go1?

It’s a solid platform that supports scalable learning across diverse teams, with responsive support that’s always been quick to assist — and that’s truly appreciated.

Go1 offers an extensive and diverse content library, making it easy to curate learning paths for different roles and skill levels. Its seamless integration with our LMS is a key differentiator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Go1?

Some content can feel too generic or repetitive, and the search functionality could be more intuitive and refined — finding specific content can sometimes be more time-consuming than expected (due to the sheer volume of available courses). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Go1?

Sometimes, the search results can feel a bit overwhelming because there are so many courses. Also, a few courses could be updated more often, as some content felt slightly outdated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Terrible Vendor for Enterprise Agreement"
What do you like best about Go1?

The UI looks nice and they have a large library of learning content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Go1?

They have a user model that is just bizarre. If you have say 3000 staff and an attrition rate of 15% per year. they will charge you for the 15% on top of your staff count in you agreement. We only found this out later and had to pay for it. I've never seen that with over 100 other software vendors. Also, any content you create using their content authoring tool won't work if you want to export and import it to another LMS in the future. It will stop working once your agreement ends. Lastly, their reporting is limited. Any decent reporting needs to be requested through your CSM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Happy Go1 (and Paylocity) Customer"
What do you like best about Go1?

The variety of training videos is outstanding—over 100,000 options covering everything from compliance to professional development—ensuring there’s something valuable for every employee. What I appreciate most is how easy the platform is to navigate, making training accessible to everyone in our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Go1?

Can be a little frustrating when a video becomes unavailable. We have amply notice but we do create an annual training calendar and I have had to adjust that slightly when one of the videos wasn't available near the end of the year. I was able to just find another one that was just as good though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Content Provider"
What do you like best about Go1?

The Go1 content site is institutive and easy to navigate. The implementation and integration process were pretty painless and our Partner Success Director and Senior Implementation Project Manager at Go1 are really helpful and responsive. Go 1 has a plethora of valuable, current and engaging content in many languages from global providers. My organization is very heavy on the frequency of use with our LMS, so we really rely on Go1 to help us meet our goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Go1?

There isn't anything I dislike about Go1 as a content provider, but if I could make a change, it would be to have more control when using the connector to sync content to my LMS. I noticed that when you use the connector to sync content to your organization's LMS, you lose the functionality to some of the controls on the back end. For example, if a learner completed a course and received their completion certificate or notification, there are times when the course may not register as completed. This is usually a glitch that just happens with most LMS's that I have used in the past.

In these instances, I can usually force the course to register as complete for the learner. However, if you synced the course using the connector, you do not have access to the controls, since it is not technically your content; though I don’t believe it is a “Go1” issue. My work-around to this is to just download the SCORM from the Go1 content site and create the course from scratch in my LMS. This allows me to have more control on the back end, without having to create an EIB. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
