## Go1 Reviews
  ### 1. Outstanding Support and a Huge Library of Learning Content

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ken R. | Talent Development Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Go1?**

The 2 best things about Go1 are the support (they have the best client support people, a joy to work with) and the volume of learning content. I always find 5 or more excellent courses for my associates' needs. Often, I find many, many more!

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

The only issue we have encountered was a mix up with the sandbox versions of some content causing duplications. Jesse and his team help us find and remove the courses so quickly there was no disruption for our learners.

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their integration with Workday Learning was a tremendous help. Their new search features also making finding content much easier.

  ### 2. Streamlines Compliance with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter E. | Head of Learning and Development , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Go1?**

I appreciate Go1's comprehensive compliance offerings, which are crucial for our geographically diverse organization. The setup is easy and straightforward, especially given its integration with our LMS. I particularly like the search functionality and filtering by feedback ratings and course duration. This helps me ensure that team members get high-quality, trusted courses efficiently. Additionally, the vast range of courses—from compliance to personal interest topics—makes Go1 a versatile one-stop-shop platform.

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

{"The AI functionality, including the AI chatbot and recommendation algorithm, is not very effective yet. I have observed it evolve from non-existent to operational but still not quite good, although it is slowly improving. This area is developing, but it currently lacks the desired efficiency and sophistication.","Some of the tech courses on programming are not the latest versions on Go1. This delay happens because providers tend to sell them first and only make them available on Go1 when slightly outdated. This is particularly frustrating when equipped with developers eager to access the most current content on platforms like Azure or SQL."}

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Go1 solves our compliance challenges across multiple regions, providing a straightforward integration with our LMS. Its extensive course range, search, and filtering capabilities ensure our team's diverse learning needs are met efficiently.

  ### 3. A huge Variety of Learning at Your Finger Tips

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric H. | Training Manager, T+D, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Go1?**

Go1 offers a fantastic variety of learning solutions, courses, and self-paced learning paths for us to choose from. If you're ever in need of suggestions for new learning content, they can provide that throughout the 12 months of learning or even offer AI-suggested content based on your specific needs.

Go1 is incredibly helpful, and we meet with our representative every month to discover new things they are doing for us. They bring in new content and update older courses regularly, ensuring that we always have access to the latest and most relevant learning materials. They have over 80K courses in multiple languages.

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

They need more Blinkus books titles. They get more each month, I love the blinkus books.

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Go1 is assisting companies in providing learning opportunities for their employees. They offer courses tailored to meet the needs of your company.

  ### 4. Great "Insights" Dashboard: Valuable Feedback on Courses and Customer Topics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Constanze B. | E-Learning Author, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Go1?**

We love the "Insights" dashboard! It gives us feedback on our courses and shows us which topics are particularly popular with customers.

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

Unfortunately, "placeholders" for courses cannot be deleted later, which is sometimes a bit of a shame.

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have so far received only little feedback from our customers. With Go1, we receive more feedback from users, which we can then evaluate and analyze.

  ### 5. Great library of training materials

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott G. | IT manager / Safety team member, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Go1?**

The comprehensiveness of the training courses they offer, and the ease of finding a suitable course to load to my LMS. I buy GO1 through a partnership with with my LMS vendor; they have made it super easy to get courses automatically loaded to my LMS. We look for new courses regularly, and have never been unable to find a suitable course.

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

None - the closest I can come to haveing a dislike is that they have so many courses available that I can spend a lot of time looking for the "very best" one -- which is a happy problem to have!

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have to contract with a lot of different authors to get teh variety of courses we need. With Go1, we can source everything from one vendor and save a lot of time, effort, and money.

  ### 6. My experience with Go1 has been positive overall.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Go1?**

It’s a solid platform that supports scalable learning across diverse teams, with responsive support that’s always been quick to assist — and that’s truly appreciated.
Go1 offers an extensive and diverse content library, making it easy to curate learning paths for different roles and skill levels. Its seamless integration with our LMS is a key differentiator.

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

Some content can feel too generic or repetitive, and the search functionality could be more intuitive and refined — finding specific content can sometimes be more time-consuming than expected (due to the sheer volume of available courses).

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Go1 helps us address the challenge of scaling learning across a global and diverse workforce.

  ### 7. Great learning platform for teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kishore P. | Product consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Go1?**

I really like the huge library of courses available. From compliance to soft skills, there’s something for everyone. It’s easy to browse and find relevant content quickly.

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

Sometimes, the search results can feel a bit overwhelming because there are so many courses. Also, a few courses could be updated more often, as some content felt slightly outdated.

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Go1 helps us centralize learning for our team. Instead of spending time sourcing courses from different providers, everything is available in one place. It’s helping improve employee skills faster and keeps learning consistent across the organization.

  ### 8. Terrible Vendor for Enterprise Agreement

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Go1?**

The UI looks nice and they have a large library of learning content.

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

They have a user model that is just bizarre. If you have say 3000 staff and an attrition rate of 15% per year. they will charge you for the 15% on top of your staff count in you agreement. We only found this out later and had to pay for it. I've never seen that with over 100 other software vendors. Also, any content you create using their content authoring tool won't work if you want to export and import it to another LMS in the future. It will stop working once your agreement ends. Lastly, their reporting is limited. Any decent reporting needs to be requested through your CSM.

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gave us a learning platform with a bunch of learning content that had a very low engagement rate. It allowed us to host our company's learning content.

  ### 9. Happy Go1 (and Paylocity) Customer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah E. | General Manager of Administration, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Go1?**

The variety of training videos is outstanding—over 100,000 options covering everything from compliance to professional development—ensuring there’s something valuable for every employee. What I appreciate most is how easy the platform is to navigate, making training accessible to everyone in our organization.

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

Can be a little frustrating when a video becomes unavailable. We have amply notice but we do create an annual training calendar and I have had to adjust that slightly when one of the videos wasn't available near the end of the year. I was able to just find another one that was just as good though.

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve had a fantastic experience with Go1 as our training platform provider. With access to over 100,000 training videos, our employees have a wealth of learning opportunities at their fingertips. The integration with Paylocity has been a game-changer, allowing us to track all training within our HRIS effortlessly. This has significantly improved compliance, employee development, and overall engagement. The platform is user-friendly, and the customer support team has been responsive and helpful every step of the way. Highly recommend for any company looking to streamline their training and development!

  ### 10. Great Content Provider

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Go1?**

The Go1 content site is institutive and easy to navigate. The implementation and integration process were pretty painless and our Partner Success Director and Senior Implementation Project Manager at Go1 are really helpful and responsive. Go 1 has a plethora of valuable, current and engaging content in many languages from global providers. My organization is very heavy on the frequency of use with our LMS, so we really rely on Go1 to help us meet our goals.

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

There isn't anything I dislike about Go1 as a content provider, but if I could make a change, it would be to have more control when using the connector to sync content to my LMS. I noticed that when you use the connector to sync content to your organization's LMS, you lose the functionality to some of the controls on the back end. For example, if a learner completed a course and received their completion certificate or notification, there are times when the course may not register as completed. This is usually a glitch that just happens with most LMS's that I have used in the past.

In these instances, I can usually force the course to register as complete for the learner. However, if you synced the course using the connector, you do not have access to the controls, since it is not technically your content; though I don’t believe it is a “Go1” issue. My work-around to this is to just download the SCORM from the Go1 content site and create the course from scratch in my LMS. This allows me to have more control on the back end, without having to create an EIB.

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have any current problems; however, GO 1 has helped us with specific training for our organization to meet audit guidelines, organizing content, tags and mapping during our LMS integration.

  ### 11. A deep dive into co-operate learning hub

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sugandha N. | Business Development Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Go1?**

It has a massive content library with LMS & Workflow Integration. It also provides curated learning path & personation. It is also time saving with global reach & local relevance.

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

It is some time hard to navigate, the quality & depth of the content is inconsistent, limited customization. It also has search & filtration challenges.

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For professionals who has less time, it is easy for them to learn anytime & anywhere, it also helps in tracking ROI of the course.

  ### 12. No. 1 software to bring top training providers together

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sachin G. | Customer Service Representative - Contact Center, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Go1?**

The best thing about Go1 is that it is designed specifically to bring training providers together. This platform is unique and the best in the market. It is fast, reliable and user-friendly too.

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

There is nothing as such that I dislke about Go1 as it is the most valuable platform for content aggregation and learning resources.

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work for a private company called Desoto and all the learning resources that we complete are through Go1 only. Every month, we have to complete the learning modules and at that time, we access Go1 platform. Hence, it is benefitting us in multiple ways.

  ### 13. Go1

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andi S. | Human Resources Generalist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Go1?**

Friendly service, positive responses, help with class needs, a wide range of class offerings.

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

Some classes are better than others; it's hard to know which classes to recommend to our employees without sifting through so many. That's not really a complaint. It's just hard to know which classes will be great unless you watch them all.

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing a wide variety of classes for our employees for personal and professional development. That benefits us by saving time and money elsewhere.

  ### 14. An incredibly amazing solution for corporate courses in industry.

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

No such dislikes can be engaged with more courses.

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Corporate LMS for the employees has been challenging and costly too. But it's just great.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Go1?**

Intuitive and easy to navigate. Both administrators and learners find the user experience smooth, whether it's browsing through courses, tracking progress, or reporting on learning outcomes. The platform’s simplicity helps businesses roll it out without significant training for both HR and employees.

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

The cost of accessing the full range of content and features may be a barrier for organizations that are not yet ready to invest heavily in a comprehensive learning platform.

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whether you're a small team or a large enterprise, Go1 helps centralize and simplify training, ensuring everyone has access to the right learning resources.

  ### 19. Good platform, hard to navigate

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guy H. | Chief Executive Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Go1?**

I love the number of courses, the variety of courses and of course the depth of knowledge

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

Go 1 is difficult to navigate, difficult to find the right courses. Often some of the leranings are not appropriate. My staff often tell me they tried to do some leadership courses but they find they are so basic and inmature. Another suggested that some of the courses were out of date. He went on to do a Master Class in creating training programmes only to find that it dated to 2019 and was really aimed at get rich on Udemy rather than how to create a good training course. The learnings are poorly dated, poorly optimised for levels etc

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wanted to provide an all round education platform for our staff

  ### 20. I would happily choose them again.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greg F. | Talent development manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Go1?**

The support from the account manager has been incredible to help set up and launch our intergration on my own. The range of content allows me to meet the majority of our business needs through this one platform.

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

There is'nt really anything I dislike on the Go1 side. The only problems we encountered were caused by our People System Dayforce, although after working through those niggles things now run smoothly.

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We faced the challenge of catering to multiple training needs for a large number of people at multiple sites with only one L&D resource. The content we have sourced through Go1 allows us to meet all these needs and more in an affordable and streamlined manner.

  ### 21. Best Learning Platform curated!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Go1?**

2 years of using GO1 for our organisation's training needs have shown us how versatile the platform is. Everyone learns differently and one is able to enroll in modules that suit their style. There are plenty of short & long modules which are thoughtfully created and the content is very valuable.
The Customer Support team are also very prompt and amazing at helping e resolve my questions, concerns and issues.

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

I do not dislike anything. It would be good to have an inbuilt guide / list for the training providers based on the common training topics like - Microsoft, customer service, Human resources, leadership where learners can access it with a few clicks, rather than a GO1 Admin populating and updating the list separately.

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business comproses of white collar and blue collar employees. The content on the platform is perfect since it meets the training outcomes for both. There is also the ease of use for those who are not too tech savvy, as they can complete the trainign with minimal guidance on the platform.

  ### 22. A Helpful Platform for Training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Go1?**

Go1 has many courses to choose from, it is easy to find something for everyone. It is very simple to use, and their support team is always helpful.

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

There are so many courses that it can take time to find the right one.

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Go1 made training faster by giving us ready-made courses. It saved us time and helped our employees to learn new skill.

  ### 23. Excellent foundational digital learning resources, but at price and not the latest materials

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andy S. | Global Head of Learning & Development, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Go1?**

HUGE library of digital learning resources
Covering a massive range of skills
Across multiple modalities
Whilst per person licence fee seems pricey, if utilised well it proves excellent value

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

Doesn't integrate deep enough with LMS, so requires significant manual intervention
Resources from authors can be dated
Good support for implementation

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Foundation digital learning resources, multi language across organisation. Cost effective delivery of foundational skill develo0ment.

  ### 24. Continually Improving

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Go1?**

The system is improving, which allows our company to use more features to suit our needs.
Customer support is relatively good.

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

Go1 appears to becoming too commercialised. Customer needs are evolving but there seems to sometimes be a commercial benefit put before the customer.
Some of the UI is not intuitive.
Customer service is not as responsive as it used to be

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ad hoc issues as they arise

  ### 25. Good software for employee training and development and education

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

Go1 provides wide range of courses and easy interface. and that is the need of hour, nowdays many organziations are looking for employee training and development softwares and this is the perfect fit.

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

sometimes it gets down on my PC, i dont know the root cause of this otherwise its a good software for training and development

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has alreayd ibulut training modules for corporate employess and you dont need to create anything from scratch you just need to enroll and everything will be at your doorstep. this has reduced our HR team's burden and we got to know more many googd things which we were not aware in training and development of employess.

  ### 26. Great product that provides endless training resource for all your business needs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

Almost too many training options to choose from

Offering training when business needs it
Gives the ability to allow staff to pick up training during unscheduled moments of down time

  ### 27. Go1 customer review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Go1?**

User friendly design interface make it easy to search and fid the courses that we are looking to import for our staff. Furthermore, the filtering options are also excellent as it is great to be able to filter by region, provider, length etc. this really helps narrow down what at time can be quite an extensive number of courses to review.

We have integrated Go1 with an LMS platform which was very easy to do and the onboarding support from the customer experience team at Go1 was excellent.

The content is regularly used by staff signing in to complete e-Learning courses.

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

A little bit like Netflox and other streaming sites the only downside is it can be challenging at times to find the courses that you want despite the excellent filtering options as our staff are often left with hundred of search results even after filtering. This is a harsh drawback in many ways as I would much rather a provider with a wide variety of content and providers as opposed to a limited range of content.

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are now able to offer learning and development content to our staff 24/7 something which we previously did not have the ability to do.

  ### 28. Our experience of Go1

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Go1?**

Great content and very easy to navigate for simple one-off courses.

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

Sometimes it can be overally complicated. For example trying to put together a range of modules for a course and then analysing the results and completion rates. Sometimes it's just too convoluted and confusing and our AM is not very helpful - they just want to upsell.

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting all our compliance training in the one place

  ### 29. L&D integration platform from multiple sources

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Go1?**

  ### 30. Easy to Use!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Go1?**

easy to use, to find courses already made and also create your own courses and awards

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

sometimes a little slow and when you're searching for a user, if you don't write the full name the search won't work properly

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

compliance e-learning and internal e-learnign all in one place

  ### 31. Easy to Use & Wide Range of Courses

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Go1?**

We're using Go1 to provide a simple ecourse platform to close to 100 hotels for them to be able to train staff faster. It's a very unique use case but Go1's accomplished everything we wanted so far. It's easy to use on the client side which was one of or biggest concerns before we had it up and running. The library is also quite impressive, it definitely olds its own in content pertaining to our field against some of their bigger competitors

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

We've had a few custom requests from the team to add a couple bits of content that would be fntastic to have for our purposes. They have been able to deliver a couple of our requests but understandibly it takes a bit of time before we get the content

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's great becase we've been able to expedite the learning management processes of some of the biggest hotels in our region all from a single platform. Before then, we were really struggling with scaling our services because there was too much manual stuff we had to do to get the courses to their viewers but now we have easy access to distribute and create reports on courses

  ### 32. A Great Platform for Learning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Go1?**

The huge library and variety of courses that can be accessed from multiple different providers in one place. Our account manager from Go1 is always on hand to answer any questions we have or help with any tasks we have. It is also very easy to pull reports from and monitor learning across the board. I also love that I can pull the .skorm file for learning content from the site to reupload onto our internal site for compliance training.

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

I don't really have anything to put in this section, what is to dislike?

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to quickly add compliance training (eg. Anti-Bribery Training) to our internal platform by downloading the .skorm file directly from Go1, saving us a huge amount of time and energy having to create it from scratch ourselves. We are also using Go1's ED&I calendar & playlists to help plug a gap in our ED&I training.

  ### 33. Learning Platform GREAT for ALL Levels of Staff

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brenda A. | Manager of Learning & Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Go1?**

I like that there is learning available on the platform for front line employees through executive leaders. Most of the content is 15 minutes or less which allows for quick, just-in-time learning.

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

Go1 is a newer LMS so there are some functions that are being worked on. I have appreciated my access to give feedback to product development.

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Go1 is enhancing our required learning as well as growth learning for our team members. We have been able to publish our own content in one system. Our learners have one login and one place to go for compliance, technical, and development training.

  ### 34. A versatile platform that gives flexible L&D options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Go1?**

Apart from this being a great learning platform, the customer success team is so helpful. They really want you to get the most out of the product and have tirelessly and patiently supported us through all phases of development and implementation.

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

There really isn't anything we don't like. It did take us a while to understand everything the platform could do and we're still learning but the support team have been on hand to help guide us through every stage.

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Go1 has enabled us to make relevant and targeted learning available to all employees. The extensive content available means we can create specific learning journeys for employee groups and provide individual content playlists. We were looking for a product to support learning in the flow of work,Go1 has enabled this.

  ### 35. Awesome learning system for every single personnel types

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Asef M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Go1?**

The site is easy to use, there is a variety of excellent stuff, and I can post my stuff. The crew also provides exceptional assistance. There is a wealth of material accessible on a wide variety of subjects. Some of the lessons are useful and fascinating.

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

You are unable to delete an account once they have been saved; therefore if you perform it improperly, you are trapped with the account. It might be beneficial if we could sort the learning programs by existing location.

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to move our employee training away from documents and spreadsheets. We developed a mobile-based and computerized learning and evaluation platform in a couple of a period of time, which means no administration and monitoring of competence gaps within a framework.

  ### 36. Great content and support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abby M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Go1?**

There is a huge variety of content for pretty much every topic you can think of. It caters for all learning styles using different media such as videos, interactive courses and audio with different lengths of courses. The support is great, Emily answers any questions we have and provides extra ideas for us.

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

It would be great for managers to be able to create their own playlists rather than just admin.

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides our compliance training, helps with tech specific learning, provides a vast range of topics that we can't be an expert in. It also helps us provide baseline learning for microsoft. It also provides content for specific projects we are working on i.e. leadership

  ### 37. This is a reliable learning platform

The platform is an executive online learning solution, that benefits all enterprises without complications.
The content on online materials is useful and committed.
Lastly, the learning experience is made simplistic and reliable.

  ### 38. MY Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lawrence I. | Lead, Retention & Advocacy, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Go1?**

The platform allows you to use learning items from other published courses to build your course. Imagine having access to over 70k learning items. Nothing stopped me from combining the materials from 10 published authors.

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

I wished the items had more content tailored toward the Africa market. Another fall-back is the bandwidth of the platform. Currently, it can only take about 1000 employees per company.

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A solution that can curate courses from other learning platfoms.

  ### 39. Qualified Learning Avenue for Individuals and Enterprises

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Huffin R. | Team Leader , Management Consulting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

Further, with a single subscription, users are guaranteed of quality and competent information.
Lastly, the avenue has qualified and high tech support.

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

The credibility derivered from the program is useful and assertive learning details are effortlessly managed.
More so, the dynamics in the learning institutions is another credible part that guarantees efficiency.

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform delivers accurate corporate training, where solid learning is well emphasized.
More so, the e-learning materials are well uploaded and useful details outlined.

  ### 41. You can't Go1 wrong!

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Go1?**

Go 1 has virtually unlimited courses and topic areas that others can't compete with.

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

Because there are hundreds of providers, it can be challenging to refine your programming.

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting our architects and engineers continuing education credits. This is a major benfit to us as we need to get our folks continuing education credits.

  ### 42. L&D Platform for everyone

  ### 45. Though it is integrated collection of content from different sources, it's not fetching the exact.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Go1?**

Easy to search, Content from different sources.

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

The content is not like other learning hubs like coursera.

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's acts like dictionary. Anything you type, we will get something closer or similar.

  ### 46. Great library and easy to use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heidi C. | National Human Resource Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Go1?**

This system has native integration into the HR System in place which allows for all HR/L&D information to be kept in one place. The library of training courses as well as the ability to develop our own modules has met our expectations and useability requirements.

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

Cannot remove a user once uploaded so if you do it incorrectly, you are stuck with the profile. It would be helpful if we could filter the training courses for Australian or Aust/NZ only content.

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration efficiencies and staff training management.

  ### 47. Too much content to make any sense out of

Lots of content to serve all employee needs.

  ### 48. Pleasant and responsive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Go1?**

Having complete control of the portal and locating external learning resources that are relevant for the business. Online chat function is great, always willing to help

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

Most of the time i need to ask the online chat to reset passwords as the reset password email is never sent to my users.
Would love to have the ability in Go1 to set up sessions that would then generate an invite and an evaluation at the end if the session
as well as having access to time spent on a module.

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

working with Go1 to try and get an insurance code of practice online module.

  ### 49. Go1 going from strength to strength

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Building Materials | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Go1?**

The best thing about GO1 is the partnership. Yes the platform is great and there's a huge amount of high-quality content, but the real value has been partnering with our CSM to solve challenges unique to our business.

**What do you dislike about Go1?**

We want more data and analytics but that's something the team is working on and investing in.

**What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had to transform our manufacturing training from paper and excel. Within a matter of months, we've created a training and assessment solution which is mobile-based and automated, meaning no admin and reporting on capability gaps against a matrix. This is a huge benefit to our business and reduces waste including overtime for face to face training that was not required. We couldn't have done it without the support of the GO1 team and the flexibility of the platform itself.
