What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?
There’s a lot the platform does well, and they are always working to be better.
There are several areas where the user experience feels challenging and could meaningfully improve overall usability.
1. Views feel fragmented and don’t give a full-picture snapshot
Within a job view, there are multiple display modes, but none show all key information together. It would be incredibly helpful to see, in one place, when a candidate was last contacted, their role requirements, and their exact stage in the hiring process.
2. Limited flexibility with contact information
When reaching out to clients or candidates, being able to store and view multiple email addresses is essential. The current setup does not allow you to do so.
3. The interface is not intuitive
Many tasks require extra clicks or digging to find what you need. A more streamlined UI would significantly improve the day-to-day user experience.
4. Important actions aren’t available in bulk
For example, the ability to bulk-add notes or activities to multiple profiles would save considerable time.
5. Candidate notes aren’t easily visible
You can’t see all notes at a glance without opening the full profile. This slows down quick reviews when managing
As an Admin, you should be able to have a different view, not just the ability to turn on and off. I want to have my teams information in our system so it's in one place, however if I did that everyone would have accesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
