
I like Recruiterflow for its smooth functionality compared to other applicant tracking systems we've used before. It's easy to understand and navigate, which is really helpful. I also appreciate the customizable email templates we can send to candidates. Furthermore, the integration with LinkedIn, allowing us to parse a profile and automatically create a candidate profile, is a great feature. I think what could be improved is that when I'm adding a new candidate, it opens a new window or another tab in my browser. Instead of having to open multiple tabs, it should just be within the current tab so that it's easy to track what stage I'm actually at, especially when adding candidates. Also, it would be helpful if there was a function to select all candidates in a certain stage and assign the same task to them. Right now, I have to manually assign a task to each candidate, which is time-consuming. There's limited functionality for multiple updates or assigning tasks to multiple candidates at once. For example, if they need to undergo an AI interview, it should be possible to assign it in bulk instead of one by one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
