Also, I like real-time tracking that keeps them and HR teams in the loop. Its customer support is amazing, too-always so responsive and willing to help. It just makes international moves so much easier, a lot more relaxed. **What do you dislike about Localyze?** While great, there are a few things that could really make Localyze shine: sometimes it feels like there are longer processing times of applications than one would expect; secondly, it would be very nice to have some more transparency about timelines. Generally easy to navigate, there are glitches or slow loading at inconsistent times. Also, customer support is generally great, though response times can be variable at peak periods. A bit more flexibility in the facility to customize workflows for particular company needs would also be a great addition. **What problems is Localyze solving and how is that benefiting you?** It reduces administrative burdens by automating much of the paperwork and sets out a clear, step-by-step guide for me. However, the embassy insisted that the insurance must also include the start date itself. Unfortunately, this issue couldn't be resolved with Localyze's insurance partner. As a result, I had to obtain additional coverage from Allianz. I don't believe this was Localyze's fault, but the insurance partner, Feather, was unable to assist with this specific requirement. **What problems is Localyze solving and how is that benefiting you?** Localyze has made the relocation process much easier for me. Updates are being shared via the platform, too (e.g. about appointments). Whenever action on my end is required, I get a notification. All documents that are relevant to the process can be accessed via the platform, both from the talent and from the employer's side. The process is as automated as possible, whenever something is out of the regular the case manager jumps in to solve the issue. We are using the product on a daily basis. Taliban not being an official government, made our case exceptional in almost everystep **What do you dislike about Localyze?** It is really hard to think about! I can think about the tools they are using for communication (messaging) Intercom, it happened to be buggy in the past and it is not obviously not the best UX for the long messages or long conversations. Also in the marketplace part, I tried to use it for apartment finding, however the contracted company was too slow that I decided to cancel my request after a week **What problems is Localyze solving and how is that benefiting you?** There is no try and error having them backing us, which saves lots of time and resources.
