
The technology Cloudways provides to customers is best in class in my opinion.
Their customer support is world class, always committed to solving issues quickly, they take ownership of a problem, to such an extent that you feel like you're on the same team !
And the constant, well-designed and intuitive improvements and additions to their product suite is more than enough for almost every client to never want to leave ever again :)
The value to developers and technologist's is simply that you can rely on both the Cloudways technology and Support team, and not waste time endlessly with performance or debugging issues - they do the heavy-lifting for you, and you get to over-deliver to your happy clients, with ease.
I've hosted well over 15 different sites with CloudWays in the last 10 years and I wouldn't dream of migrating elsewhere :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To be the market leader, you have to provide the best technology and expertise - which simply adds up to a premium price structure that can deter some smaller customers.
It would be nice to pay a local price for local hosting at AWS Cape Town, and not have US Dollar as the only currency as it surely adds to the administrative and transactional cost that inevitably is passed down to the consumer.
This however is a opinion that lacks a complete view of how the pricing is formulated - so it's entirely possible that there actually isn't room for cutting costs to suit the local pocket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
